“We ate at Justin's restaurant 15 years ago, it was awesome back then and now it's an experience not to be missed. Every dish was better than the one before, it was an ethereal dinner with a few hacks that I'll add.
The restaurant & bar area are beautiful, it reminded me of The Menu, except nobody was yelling "yes chef". There's a great outdoor patio and grounds that aren't to be missed. I can't adequately describe the food, other than to say each dish is a new experience of heaven.
The hacks are if you join the wine club, it's 20% off of dinner. There are 2 menu options, the Estate menu for $225 and Chef menu for $350, the Chefs menu is the better value and incredible dishes. If you're into wine paring with the menu, it's $110 for each person, but you can also share 1 wine paring for 2 people.
The Wagu beef was beautifully done, as was the cheese souffle, the scallop with caviar in a white sauce was amazing, it was all I could do not to use my finger to scoop up every molecule of sauce. The executive and sous chefs are artists and this menu is their masterpiece.
The staff is extraordinary, they're personable and attentive without hovering or being disruptive. Obviously this is an expensive restaurant, but if you're looking for a memorable event or celebrating a special moment, I can't recommend Justin highly enough.“

“Food was decent, but the value for breakfast is not good. Coffee is SEVEN dollars, a bottle of beer here is 6 for comparison. Only 1 piece of toast with my omelet? The place was ok, but I felt like I was being nickled and dimed. I was able to walk down the street and get Amazing coffee for $3“
“We have the ability to buy Justin Isosceles at home in WI so that particular wine brought us out here to Paso for the first time. The curves & hills you need to drive out to the winery on Chimney Rock road are well worth it!
You are greeted at the door & shown to your table. Karley was our wine educator for the day. She shared with us dark, delicious reds that were all estate grown and a crisp, yet smooth Chardonnay from Monterey county. We snacked on some focaccia while enjoying the beautiful scenery & mouthwatering wines. We have a few bottles that will highlight our table back home.“

They setup an appointment for wine tasting and to pickup their wine. It was a truly amazing experience and the exemplary customer service was top notch! “Small vineyard that produces delicious wines. The owner, Steve, came through and spent a good deal of time with us. We opted for the outdoor terrace which has beautiful views of the vines and the surrounding area. Our server, Michael, did a great job of explaining each wine including where the grapes were grown, percentages of the various varietals, and type of barreling. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and we will be back again.“
“We had a wonderful experience at Willow Creek Wine Co. last weekend! Their wines are fantastic, we truly enjoyed everything we tasted! The experience itself was incredible…greeted by the winemakers/owners was such a treat having them spend time chatting and sharing their passion! Then Berkeley created such a memorable experience, shared a delicious perfectly paired plate to go with our tasting and walked us through each of the wines. “I recently had the pleasure of visiting Union Sacre Winery, and I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience I had! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding. The staff welcomed us and made us feel right at home. They took the time to get to know us, sharing their passion for wine and guiding me through their tasting selections with great care. We loved hearing about their unique story and their journey in the wine industry.
As for the wine, we loved each one! We were impressed by their unique wines, which showcased the winemaker's creativity and attention to detail. You can truly taste the love and craftsmanship in every bottle!
The atmosphere was equally inviting. We enjoyed sipping wine on the patio, surrounded by beautiful views, which made the experience even more memorable.
Overall, Union Sacre Winery not only offers exceptional wines but also an unforgettable experience thanks to their incredible customer service. I left feeling inspired and can’t wait to return for another visit!“

“Sculpterra is such a vibe! It’s not just wine tasting, you get this amazing sculpture garden with live music and a really chill atmosphere. Bruce, wine educator, was super cool and made sure we had a blast. The food truck hit the spot, too, and we even got 10% off! Definitely worth the drive, perfect spot for a day out.“

“We had such a fun time here! It's right behind Dark Star Cellars tasting room-recommend you walk right by that and into Volatus! The winemaker was full of stories and had us laughing the whole time. The wine was also delicious! The place has a military theme because the owner and winemakers we're/are also in the military. They do a lot of great stuff for veterans, too. Great place!“
“CaliPaso is one of my favorite places in Paso Robles. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, mildly exciting with sports generally on the large screen TV and a super friendly staff. Their wines are wonderful and reasonably priced. It’s just a nice place to spend time with friends old and new.“
“I recently had the pleasure of visiting Four Lanterns Winery with my mom, who is a wine club member and was excited to share this experience with us. We arrived just before a scheduled event and were informed that tastings were no longer available. However, after explaining our situation and requesting a quick tasting before the event began, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us.
Jackie was incredibly friendly and made an exception for us, allowing us to enjoy a brief tasting. Her willingness to go the extra mile made us feel genuinely cared for, and it turned what could have been a disappointing visit into a memorable experience.
The wines were fantastic, and the hospitality was even better. This level of customer care is what sets Four Lanterns Winery apart, and I highly recommend visiting, especially if you're looking for a place that values its guests as much as its wine.“
“We just had Dinner after not going for a long time and we had the pizza and the bacon bleu burger but the best thing was Tyler he was an excellent waiter server. The dinner was great the atmosphere was great it was a good idea to go there much better than the first time when they first opened highly recommend you go back if you didn’t like it the first time. “Although not a popular spirit at the moment, Re:Find Gin is hands down the best Gin I have ever tasted, and although I'm just a guy on the internet, I have had literally hundreds upon hundreds of different Gins. The Rye is EXCELLENT, albeit young in taste, and is far below the price of equivalent Rye's on the market at around $70, making it a must buy for your home bar/consumption. The Burbon is also excellent, however it is pricey at the current offering. The current non-cub price of $160 is too much for my limited palate when you can get, just off the top of my head, a 6, 10, or 12 year Whistlepig for significantly less. Mixers and other offerings are a fantastic buy for the non-purist or for the many of us that just want a terrific beverage after work...without the work :) Re:Find is the first membership I decided to sign up for in over 14 years. You can't go wrong with small batch made with love over mass-market.“

Each wine I sampled was complex and beautifully balanced. Everything was beyond my expectations and I loved my time here so much I couldn't help but sign up for a membership. “We stayed there through harvest host on Saturday night. We were greeted promptly and they showed us where to park our RV. Wine was great and tastings were reasonable priced. Lots of parking and lots of tables. Some seating inside and out. They often have entertainment and we got lucky they did the night we were there They had a kids movie night inside the open air tasting room and parents could hang out and taste wine. We especially loved the Zinfandel and the other blends. The rose was good too.“
“This should be a stop on everyone’s list when going to Paso Robles today’s wine. The regenerative farming techniques are incredible. Great to see the animals working on the farm. Staff is very well trained. There is an EV hook up with a trickle charge, which was super helpful to give us a few miles until we got back to Paso to charge up.“

Alyssa provided us with unforgettable experiences—Alta Colina Rosé is one of my favorites. I even brought some home. My Rosé made the flight all the way to Columbus with me—it’s that good.“
“Just had an amazing experience at Eberle. Kirk, our tasting guide, possessed a wealth of knowledge about the vineyard and its history. He could not have been more entertaining, informative, and just generous with his time and tasting! Thoroughly enjoyed all the wines- all the reds have elegance and depth- but are less in your face than some California reds,but so smooth, lovely and enjoyable. We will be back!! In the day and age when everywhere is reservations only and super pricey, Eberle is a breath of fresh air- with years of quality to back up their stellar reputation.“

“My spouse and I visited Calcareous in mid-March for a Cabernet tasting that was out of this world. We tasted a variety of wines from different vintages that were all outstanding. Each was beautifully made and are a great value for their price point. Our host, Nate, explained the wine characteristics, production details, and winery history. He expertly answered endless questions about the local wine community and other wine trivia. The whole experience was just great.“

“We had fun at the PourHouse! Our bartender was super friendly and helpful. My husband even drank a pickle flavored beer. 🤣 He liked it. You better really like pickles if you order that one. Don’t worry though, they have plenty of other good beer! We also liked their merchandise. He bought two shirts, a hat and coozies. I think you could say we liked it here. Hope to be back to hang out again. That’s for a great time! Also, I loved the lit up PourHouse sign. How fun!!“

“What’s not to love about Fratelli Perata? As soon as you drive up, you are transported to Italy, gazing upon miles of rolling hills of vineyards as you get out of your car. Walking in, classic Italian music plays softly as one of the Perata family members greets you. The tasting menu is unique for Paso, focusing mainly on Italian varietals - and what lovely expressions they are. You’ll learn about the Perata family history while sipping on yummy Barbera and Sangiovese. You’ll want (at least) one of every bottle before you leave, guaranteed. We can’t wait to come back!“

“We had the full belly breakfast sandwich and it was amazing. The deli is super clean and all of the staff are friendly and very accommodating. The owner Heidi was also working so that was a huge bonus. We will definitely be eating there again.“

The tour of their property shows the pride they have plus you learn how Kit and group focus on sustainability and working with Mother Nature to bring us the best wine possible. The wine room feels like on top of the world overlooking Paso from its hill location. We enjoyed their vino so much, we shipped home a case. “I met with both owners; they were well-versed on their wine selections both white and red. I purchased several bottles including white and red. My favorite was Gemeny Vineyard Petite Syrah 2020: full body, low tannins. Rich nose and flavors.“
“Off the beaten track but so so worth it! Gorgeous outdoor setting and cozy indoor space are both comfortable. Large variety of wines including unique varietals and blends and all are lovingly crafted and delicious. The cheese tray is not-to-be-missed. I haven't had a chance to try the wood fired pizzas, but can't wait to go back. My hosts were Kate and Cindy and they were both knowledgeable and friendly. Came in as a customer, left as a friend. If you have a hard time deciding which wine is your favorite, as I did, I suggest joining the wine club.“

“Came to Paso for a girls weekend and did a tasting at Nicora. The wine was excellent. Sarah was the host for our tasting and she was terrific. She was very knowledgeable and shared great stories about the winery. She also gave us recommendations for restaurants and other spots to visit during our stay. I’d highly recommend checking it out.“

“Had such a wonderful tasting with Mary, we came back the next day for a pairing of bites and wines with Nicole. Exceptional experience. Chef Jeffrey’s food was perfectly paired and Nicole was very knowledgeable without being condescending. Allowed us to discover the effects of different foods on different wines. Even the”black glass” quiz at the end was illuminating. Will be back with our wine friends.“
