“Quiet little grill hidden across the street from the entrance to Spyglass Golf Course. They serve breakfast and lunch and have a great variety of snacks and drinks. Right on the golf course so you have great views from the inside, and outside, seating.The staff was great. Very helpful and attentive to my specially ordered sandwich and were very courteous.Food came out fast and hot and made to order. Beers are in a stand-up fridge, and we're exceptionally cold.The menu had a great set of options to choose from as well.

“Our visit to Stoke's Adobe last weekend produced the best meal I've had on The Peninsula in a decade! Restauranteur, Sarah Orr, has hit one out of the park. The dishes prepared by Executive Chef, Bryce Hansen, were flawless, my favorties being the seared scallops and truffle chicken. Loved the nod to former occupant and socialite, Hattie Gragg, with the inclusion of the Hattie's Old Fashioned on the cocktail menu :) Looking forward to our next visit and an opportunity to sample other items on their ever evolving menu.”

“Superb friendly staff! And the cakes are delicious! We got passion fruit cake and pistachio - raspberry cake. They are beautiful, delicate, and sophisticated! I love their small pastries like financier as well. The croissant and puffed pastries are a bit too dry for me. Still it is better beyond average puffed pastries. Definitely want to try other items!”

Parking is little difficult as it’s in the prime area. But inside the brewery it’s simple fabulous 👍 much recommended one for brewery lovers”

“Came with my wife and son. We had sardines as an appetizer. Three sardines, which were OK. Then we had the salmon which was excellent. We also had the snapper with shrimp which was also excellent. Waiter excellent. Wait for the order was a bit long but worth the wait.”

“I first visited this amazing local deli in 1989-1990. I remembered the half loaves of bread stacked high with a pile of my choice of meats and cheeses. Although I was only 18-19, Compagno’s established my standard for an amazing sandwich. 32 years later I brought my sons here for lunch. Same delicious goodness a generation later.”

“Came around 4:30pm and avoided the dinner rush around 5:30pm! Overall, I am thankful Monterey had a nearby vegan restaurant (with so many options too) but the flavors could be improved. Nachos 3/5 nothing special. Fish tacos 2/5 not that flavorful even with the mango topping Chicken taco 3/5 ok Potato taco 5/5 best taco imo! The outer crispy layer was done nicely and the potato was nice and warm inside :) Spinach salad 5/5 simple yet so delicious! Strawberries, jicama?, and pumpkin seeds were a nice touch. Great contrast to the rest of the meal (light feeling). Special shoutout to the salad dressing (a sweet, applesauce like taste 😋)”
