“definitely unprofessional not ok to tell a customer that even though the person taking your order over the phone messed up your order then you call then rude employee female at 6:30 pm answer the phone saying they can resend it out but charge me delivery fee again which is not ok or how it works I worked for domino's for a few years now and we don't do bussiness like that at all its unprofessional to lie to a customer then when the customer ask for a manger you don't put them on hold for 15 minutes and you over hear the person on the phone say just great saying not professional things about the customer completely rude and employee needs written up an reprimanded for this type of behavior but the manager is going to make it right but no customer should ever have to wait 45 minutes more to get there correct order completely not ok hopefully the GM and the district manager will look into the store off bear valley in apple valley to train there employees in proper procedures and professional way to handle customer service we order all the time never have these type of issues very disappointed“

Try the Bada Bing; it's not too spicy and not too sweet, the sausage chunks aren't overcooked at all, and whatever seasoning they throw on is perfect. Bring friends (or a lover, like my sweetie did), buy drinks, and enjoy the vibes. Two hungry adults can finish a twelve inch, so I'd guess a ten inch would be a solid solo meal.“

“We have been eating at The New Yorker for 27 years now and I guess that says it all!!! We love the place and the owner Rosalia. It is a great family place, feels like a old school Pizzeria and the food is consistently great! We usually get pizza and their sandwiches and have some for the next day. We especially love the plain cheese pizza it can stand alone with out any extra toppings but topping can be good too. We love the sausage parmesan sandwich it can be messy but in a good way. Their pastas are great as well.“

The staff and owner are wonderful, courteous, caring people. If you are going to get pizza in Cotati or Rohnert Park this is the place to go! New York style, thin but the crust stays the right amount of crispy and the end crust is a delightful perfect finish!“

My daughter asked Raley our pizza maker if she could arrange the pepperoni in a smiley face. Raley kindly obliged. We appreciate her kindness our daughter is special needs and talks slowly. She was very patient as our daughter chose what she wanted on her pizza. She also gave her a Mods sticker to write her name on and post on the counter there. Which our daughter thought was so cool. “This is the best Mountain Mikes location!Been coming here since I was about 8 years old, and the staff has changed but the food is still amazing. They even have kept the gaming room section.The last time I came in, I ordered a half Snowy Alps and half cheese and extra pineapple.It was a busy night, but I got my pizza promptly. After getting in my car I opened to sneak a slice, and it didn’t have extra pineapple, it had pineapple and pepperoni. I called immediately and the staff was AMAZING! I can’t stress that enough. Not only did she remake the entire pizza, while I waited she told me to just keep the second one, then the owner came out and apologized, handed me a free soda and 2 more large ranches. I was really taken back by the level of amazing customer service they provided. And the pizza was delicious! So perfect, this place is hard to beat!!Thanks again guys for making my night and correcting the item!! ♥️?
