“This is our favorite restaurant to celebrate special occasions in Petaluma. The food is full of flavors and the meats are cooked perfectly. All the specials are unforgettable and leaving you wanting more. You can tell the chefs put their heart and soul into making every dish.”
“Great people. Even better food. Family accessible (food kids like, prices parents like, healthy, yummy, fast, all the things.) We recently ordered the family platter of Swedish meatballs to go and it was amazing. All four of the kids (ages4-11) enjoyed the meal. The youngest enjoyed the lingonberries so much, the smidgeon of leftovers went into her lunch by request the next day. The rest of the meal did not make it past the table- too yummy / all eaten. ;) Salad with beats is my personal fav. Highly recommend!”
“I miss you guys and the wonderful meals and wines. You will forever be my favorite place.”
“My friend and I recently discovered this restaurant. We’ve been looking for a good khao soi place & this hits the spot! The pad Thai is okay. But we will return for the khao soi! I also enjoy that parking is easily available here versus other restaurants in Petaluma.”

“My friends and I stopped in for lunch one day and the food was fantastic!! Fresh homemade chips to go along with fresh homemade salsa! The chicken enchiladas with the mole sauce were wonderful and the al pastor had such a great flavor!! The service was wonderful and friendly!! Highly recommended and I can't wait to go back!!”
“Grand Central Petaluma isn't just another café—it's gives heart and soul to our community. Whether you're seeking a quiet moment with expertly crafted coffee while watching the river flow by, or looking for the perfect spot to connect with friends, this place delivers both solitude and connection in equal measure.
What truly sets Grand Central Petaluma apart is Natalie and Juan Carlos's vision as community builders. They've transformed this space into something extraordinary, regularly hosting everything from intimate art exhibitions, to lively children's and cultural events, and captivating live performances. You can feel the genuine care the owners pour into this community by providing a space to celebrate art, connection, and the unique spirit of Petaluma.
The coffee and food are exceptional, but it's the warmth and authentic charm that keeps drawing me back. A true local gem.”
“Crumbl Cookies Petaluma has quickly become our family’s go-to spot for those special moments that deserve something extra sweet. What sets this place apart isn’t just the incredible rotating menu of gourmet cookies it’s the genuine warmth you feel the moment you walk in. The staff here treats every customer like they’re picking out cookies for their own family. They’re patient with indecisive kids, generous with samples, and always happy to explain what makes each week’s flavors special. Last visit, they even helped my daughter choose the perfect birthday surprise cookies for her teacher. The cookies themselves are works of art thick, soft, and loaded with quality ingredients you can actually taste. Whether it’s their classic chocolate chip (which somehow tastes like childhood perfected) or one of their creative weekly specials, each bite feels like a small celebration. The pink boxes have become a symbol of good news in our house!”

“We read Houston’s article in the Argus about Urban Deli and had to try it. It was everything he proclaimed. I tried the Mediterranean Platter and everything was delicious - the falafel were uniquely spiced and not too salty which mixes often are. My husband tried the chicken schwarma platter and the walnut baklava and enjoyed them both. The customer service was excellent. So excited to have this new deli downtown.”
Outdoor Dining
“Wow! What a treasure! A diner that's not greasy and offers healthier food. The servers are amazing. Pumpkin blueberry pancakes! Potatoes that are fresh, flavor with an optional dollop of sour cream. Wonderful Greek omelet with fresh spinach.
I'd be here everyday if I could.”
“as usual: Great hamburger, fries and for the money can't be beat. Only one irritation occurred last week (this only happened once) : we were enjoying our usual No. 2 order, when a young lady about 24 or 25 accompanied by a slightly older woman, both well dressed, came to our table and wanted us to buy their lunch. We refused, they returned to their table fronting Lakeville, and subsequently hit up another diner, who succumbed and bought their food. Blessings to him for his generosity, but we didn't appreciate being panhandled as we sat enjoying our lunch. hope it doesn't happen again or In&Out will have lost two paying regular customers.”
“The BEST sandwiches in town. I, personally, think they are a much better quality than when it was Mr. Pickles. Much friendlier staff and owner. I rate this 10 stars. Love the vegetarian sando on Dutch crunch with Swiss and Baja sauce. Chicken salad sando excellent too. All good! Fresh”
“Several times a week I enjoy Peet’s coffee with a friend after our morning walk. When we enter the store Renee is usually at the counter flashing her beautiful, welcoming smile! She is always gracious and upbeat while providing outstanding service! She is a gem.”
“Some of the kids games were broken and that was a major bummer. Either they.should remove the game/ coton candy maker machine or have someone there who can get it up and running.”
“Possibly the most delicious & soul satisfying meal we’ve ever eaten. 👏”

“From the moment we crossed the threshold, we were folded into the kind of hospitality that feels less like service and more like being invited into someone's home—if that home happened to have a kitchen staffed by culinary magicians.
David, our server, moved through the evening with the rare combination of attentiveness and ease, reading the rhythm of our meal perfectly. Even when we didn't need him, he was a pleasure to watch—gliding through the restaurant with his own distinctive cadence, part walk, part dance, entirely his own.
But let's talk about the food. The trout and avocado dip arrived as a study in balance—savory, impossibly creamy, with neither the delicate trout nor the richness of the avocado overwhelming the other. Scooped up with their house-made chips, it was the kind of starter that sets the tone for everything to follow.
Then came the Delicata squash rings—golden halos of autumn, each one a perfect balance of sweet squash and caramelized edges.
The French onion soup deserves its own paragraph. Too often, this classic arrives as a salt bomb with rubbery onions lurking beneath a cheese raft. Not here. The base was rich but measured, letting the sweetness of perfectly cooked onions shine through—tender, never stringy or chewy. The bread and cheese on top? They melted into the broth like a dream.
The Branzino for two was revelation. Buttery flesh, skin so perfectly crisped it flaked at the touch of a fork, each bite elevated by those addictive Parker House rolls that begged to be torn apart and dragged through every last bit of butter on the plate.
And then the St. Honoré tart—crowned with three perfectly golden choux buns, each bite revealing layers of pastry and cream with caramel notes that lingered long after the last forkful disappeared.
This is the kind of meal you remember not just for what you ate, but for how it made you feel: utterly, completely satisfied. We will be coming back.”
“Me and my girlfriend tried this restaurant this past Sunday on account that we became aware of them having a vegan menu to supplement there regular menu, obviously being Vegans ourselves this was pretty exciting, not many places have an entirely separate menu for us to access, well this was only the first of many good qualities about this establishment, the service was impeccable and all the staff were incredibly friendly and engaging and helpful, as well as genuine, and the food, let me tell you, you won’t find better flavors at almost any restaurant, I’m not even kidding, and the list goes on and on, the pricing was fair, the portions were plenty, the salsa and sauces were amazing, the variety was great, and what’s more is that they did not attempt to substitute any of the alternative meat options, they just made sure there dishes were flavorful and decently proportioned and came out of the kitchen in a timely fashion, literally we had not one complaint and this review is so much more than deserved, don’t even know if I’ve had a better all around experience at a restaurant ever, please all vegans if you have not tried this place yet, please do, and those of you that are not, they will not disappoint either! Thankyou Tortilla Real!”
“Our food was excellent. Brother had prawns in a spicy ranchero sauce he ate every bite said it was addicting! I had a chicken chimichanga the chicken was super fresh and yummy the rice was outstanding! My husband had the chili relenos combo he lived every bite! Great Mexican food!!”
“We were very excited to try this place out and really enjoyed trying the seasonal brisket and meatball tagine. My husband loved the creative cold brew coffee options and the horchata was delicious (warning though the serving size for the horchata is very small).
I really loved the persimmon bread dessert. Reminded me of a richer version of my family persimmon bread.
I appreciated that the cost includes the tip as that is how it should be (supporting the staff in the price). We will return to try their changing tasty menu.”
“Last night, at the Vault of Scottsdale, I had a marvelous experience with Adobe Road Wines and the TRG team. They had the iconic #66 TRG GT car that won the 24 Hours of Daytona victory, and they provided a marvelous collection of wines to the guests. Kevin Buckler and Callum were nice enough to give me a VIP pass to the event. The crew member for The Racers Group race team - Al - was very friendly and informative about the race team. He allowed me to sit in the car behind the wheel and get photos with it. The Vault also had a nice sports-car collection, and it was the perfect setting for the wine-tasting. Al and Cullum were nice enough to give me a tiny ARW token, and autograph some photos of the TRG GT America race-car I saw race in the streets of Nashville a few years ago. The food was delicious - the sweets with fruit, the cheese and crackers, and the best mashed potatoes I've had by far. The food was high-quality and I got to make some great connections. I wish I could attend every event that they host, but I will definitely return the next time they come to Arizona, hopefully for multiple events. Everyone - if they come to your location - this is a 100% great experience for both wine tasters and motorsports fans. Thanks to Kevin, Cullum, and Al for the terrific hospitality and VIP entrance. I admire and respect what Kevin Buckler is building up with Adobe and The Racers Group. If you're ever out in San Francisco area - go to Petaluma and visit their headquarters in-person. The scale is not high enough for me to justify the experience. So, I have to give it 5 out of 5. If not for the 5/5 scale, it'd be a 100/100. :)”
“We went here for my birthday…with a toddler.. and they made us feel SO welcome! Nothing more authentic in all of West County, the prime rib was PERFECT, and the experience was lovely.”
“Great customer service! Food is good and plentiful! Nice atmosphere!”

“Neil not only makes a really great coffee beverage he is super consistent and it's always great! Not every coffeehouse makes a consistent cup. I have to be really careful with added sugars and Devine Mother Tea and Coffee makes the best Sugar Free Vanilla latte around. For your next cup go find the little Divine Mother Tea and Coffee booth!”
“We are so grateful to HenHouse Brewing for their generosity in donating beer for our fundraiser to help save dogs in Contra Costa County. Their support helped make our event a huge success, and the beer itself? Absolutely phenomenal.
What makes HenHouse beer so special is how it’s made: always fresh, unfiltered, and unpasteurized. Brewed in small batches with an eye toward quality and creativity, each flavor bursts with vibrant hop character and balance. HenHouse has built a reputation for brewing with intention—showcasing the artistry of hops while keeping drinkability front and center. I agree. DELISH.
Our guests loved the lineup and I borrow this writing from online descriptions:
- Hollow Moon IPA – Bursts with tropical guava and piña colada notes from Mosaic and Sabro hops, perfectly balanced.
- Frozen Envelope IPA – A hazy, juicy treat, dripping with orange, pineapple, guava, and grapefruit. It looked like a creamsicle in a can and tasted even better.
- Big Chicken Double IPA – Bold and brimming with hops (Mosaic, Simcoe, Amarillo, and more), this is HenHouse at its hop-forward best.
Best Life Blonde Ale – Smooth, crisp, and lightly hoppy, the perfect can to crack open any time. And great graphics!
Not only were the beers a hit, but HenHouse’s generosity and community spirit shone through. They did not just donate—they partnered with us in creating a fun, memorable experience, and I'm confident they got alot of fans post-event.
Simply put, HenHouse Brewing represents the best of Northern California craft beer: inventive, community-minded, and always brewed with passion and care. Plus their graphics are so fun!
We can’t thank them enough!”
“Everything was So good! There were 15 of us and we all enjoyed everything”

“Can not say how much we loved the bartender! He was so welcoming and funny. We had delicious fish and chips, they have tartar or cocktail sauce or malt vinegar. Perfection! Very chill vibe in the meticulously clean bar and really nice TVs to watch any game. Thanks so much!”
“We were spending the night in Petaluma and were searching for a good place to eat online. The menu looked good so we decided to go. The dining room was small, but clean and inviting. The man at the counter was friendly and welcoming. The samosas were flaky and delicious. The meat on the steak salad was so tasty and the salad was large and fresh. The person working recommended the Spicy Basil dish, and it did not disappoint. The food was so good,if we lived here we would eat here all the time.”
“Oh my this place was good! Better than many of the Korean places I’ve been to in SF and Santa Clara… we drove up through an hour of traffic from south Marin and it was worth it. The husband-wife duo are so fast & efficient too. My only ask is please open a location in Marin! (We need you to rescue us from our Korean food desert)”
“came here after a long hike. the atmosphere is so welcoming for dogs and kids. would come here agian”

“definitely unprofessional not ok to tell a customer that even though the person taking your order over the phone messed up your order then you call then rude employee female at 6:30 pm answer the phone saying they can resend it out but charge me delivery fee again which is not ok or how it works I worked for domino's for a few years now and we don't do bussiness like that at all its unprofessional to lie to a customer then when the customer ask for a manger you don't put them on hold for 15 minutes and you over hear the person on the phone say just great saying not professional things about the customer completely rude and employee needs written up an reprimanded for this type of behavior but the manager is going to make it right but no customer should ever have to wait 45 minutes more to get there correct order completely not ok hopefully the GM and the district manager will look into the store off bear valley in apple valley to train there employees in proper procedures and professional way to handle customer service we order all the time never have these type of issues very disappointed”
“Been eating in house and to go at this Chinese restaurant for the last 16 years. Family run and they always remember our order via phone or in person. Consistantly good, fresh made food. Best in town and we don't go anywhere else to get Chinese food. Pot stickers , won ton soup, chicken soup, prawns dishes and veggies are always great.”
“I came threw town and stopped at Bianchini's. I got a Roasted turkey breast sandwich. It had this pesto mayo inside that was super good. The meat tasted fresh and the roll was fresh baked. The man that took my order was really nice and I thought overall that they had good customer service. Would go back if back in the area.”
“Great place with great wings and a nice staff. You can tell they care about the food they serve. So that was a little weird😉. Thanks for the wings, they were most num num, will wing again for sure. Here's your bag of emoji for the win, as is customary 🙏🏻🌟🏆🥇(gold stars can be picked up after 4, you must have your id and ticket for theoretical internet dollars - NO EXCEPTIONS)”

“Had lunch there today. I had a French dip sandwich made of prime rib.. I had the sandwich, packed with prime rib, plus au jus. The fun was crispy, but not ready. As a side, they provided tater tots, which I happen to love. I asked if I could also have a side of coleslaw, which was delicious and was added without charge. It was about the best French dip that I’ve ever had in 67 years. The bun was crispy, but not heavy. Dipped into the au jus, it was heaven. They are good hearted people, and they should be patronized.”
“Great service. Great food. We will be back. Please put braised short ribs back on the menu.”
“High quality sushi, super clean environment, high ceilings modern decor. Only problem- they all still wear masks. Foolishness! (RN here and I know the truth). Highly recommended sushi fare.”

“We dined at Taps On The River for the first time last evening. I was so impressed with the service and friendly atmosphere. We chose our table inside by the large windows that looked out on the River. Our server was Jessica and she was simply wonderful. She was very attentive throughout the meal but not intrusive (give this lady a raise!). The food was wonderful. Plenty of choices for all. I might suggest that you put something chocolate on the dessert menu. Thank you all for a delightful evening.”
“Four of us had an awesome experience last Friday night at Jan’s 256. Our server, Alice was especially attentive to our needs and wants. Our meals were spot on as usual. Jan’s short ribs are the best in town and the fish and chips were perfection. Always enjoy being at 256.”
