“This place fricken rocks, it honestly made my wife and I consider moving down to LA! We're both motorcycle riders so seeing the whole place be themed around that lifestyle was very creative and attractive. Even if you're not a rider, this is a really fun and cool spot. Very fun dishes and drinks, various forms of seating for eating and drinking (outdoor/indoor), and there's lots to simply look at so you may finish your meal and meander around to look at all the neat motorcycle paraphernalia scattered throughout the room.
The food was delicious American-fare, the service was attentive, the drinks are high-quality, the prices are reasonable. The area it's in...ehhh I wouldn't walk here if I could avoid it, there's not too much nearby worth visiting. Oh, and it's dog friendly! They even have meals for your pooch if you feel inclined. Our dogs loved their homemade dog treats and enjoyed their provided water bowl.
Definitely a spot we'll go back to, and if we move to LA we're guaranteed joining them on one of their monthly rides! We also bought a couple motorcycle shirts for our rides. Easily my favorite spot in the area.“

“My friends and I came to Airliner for a Galentine's Day. We sat in the lovely back patio and enjoyed the drinks. Thank you to Santi for the amazing service and drink suggestions. He was the best! Recommend this place for a nice dinner out or drinks with friends. One thing that I would like to see addressed is making sure all of the heat lamps work in the patio. We stayed in the outdoor patio through the evening and it got really cold (well, chilly for LA). Wish there was an operating heat lamp near us.“

“Amazing food. Plate licking sauces, organic,locally sourced food. Korean fusion. Did I mention organic pickled everything. Enzyme rich food. Beyond healthy. Humble little hope in the wall run by a husband and wife team. Dude went to Korea to study with the most famous vegan nun chef in Korea. A must go to for anyone who loves food and especially loves fusion with organic and very well priced. He should charge Much more but they don’t.“

“Did my popup there on a Saturday and it was super fun!!! The whole Verdugo team were slammed but kept it together and stayed super positive and welcoming. The clientele were very friendly and patient. Everyone was mingling and the DJ was doing pretty good. I need to go back and dance!“
“Johnny's was a great vibe all around service great, good music, cocktails are great very balanced took a date there twice and we both liked the vibe we will definately be back. I dont know why so many 1 star reviews complaning and comparing to the old way Jonhnnys bar under that management tables were filthy weird smell, bar top sticky and drinks were cheap but taste horrible. This new Johnnys is an uopgrade. I personally have even inquired to work as a bartender there because I like how balance the drinks are. I love the fact they add Amaro to an Long Island Iced Tea“

“Great beers and wine, great food, even better staff. Truly a great spot. I went on my dog's birthday to get him a burger and the staff was so helpful. They made sure his was free from salt and onions, and ours were made the way we want. The staff is fantastic and the drinks are well curated. The fried pickles and jalapenos are great too!“

“We went in search of the @losdoradosla truck and found it parked in front of La Cuevita. We ventured in at around 6p and discovered that it was still Happy Hour. My husband ordered an Old Fashion and said it was one of the best he’s ever had. I ordered a specialty vodka drink and it was refreshing. We’re definitely going back soon with friends!“

“Ordered the off-menu Pomodoro pasta and it did not disappoint. The tomato and petit basil sauce was bright, fresh, and perfectly balanced. The wax beans were a standout - snappy and bright with serrano chile, toasted hazelnuts, and a tangy Frenchie vinaigrette. The garden lettuces were crisp and well dressed with radish vinaigrette, fresh dill, walnuts, and shallots. Good vibe, happy staff, great mix of flavors. The orange wine pairing tied it all together. “I came here this past Friday, Feb. 20th, for an event hosted by the SoCal Boba Run Club in which they had line dancing, mahjong and for the last hour or so (12am till 1am), a rave. The whole event was incredibly fun and well put together, the ambiance was semi well lit up during the first few hours and then the lights were fully dimmed down for the last hour (during the rave part). The staff was friendly, courteous and professional, some even helped some friends and I learn the basics of mahjong. As for food, I was too busy dancing, talking to people and trying to learn mahjong, so all I had was a soda and it was great. Will definitely be back for any future events. 10/10 venue.“

“This place is narrow but an absolute gem of a place for live fairly intimate music performances. The sound system is great, the service even better, and the crowd very fun. It's also incredibly convenient to get to via train from Union Station so you really kinda have zero excuse if you get a DUI.
Not sure how the table situation works but I'm assuming you have to get there early to score one or at the bar. Otherwise it's standing room only with a few loose stools toward the rear atrium section.
The only true but minor inconvenience is the having to swipe/pay for every drink purchase. I get the why but the service and drink options make up for it.“
“The is my favorite place in Uptown the beer is always amazing but most of all it's the staff. Jess, Lee, Chantel and especially Amber always make my experience exceptional. Whittier wouldn't be the same without this crew. Cheers!“

“New in town, so I drop by on a weekday to check out the scene but to my dismay I lost my driver's license/id and tried to use my expired id. The security guard follows the rules but still made me feel welcome so I respect that. She allowed me to come in but I couldn't buy alcohol.Bartenter was polite. Overall this looks like a good place to have fun on weekends. I'll be back when I fix my ID issue thanks.“

“Nativo is a small Spanish tapas joint off a side street in Highland Park. The paella sampler was well done—seafood was fresh, saffron flavor was balanced, and the socarrat crust was crisp. I also tried a jamón croqueta and grilled octopus, both of which were flavorful. The wine list is modest but thoughtfully selected. The ambiance is dim and cozy, with candles and exposed brick. The only thing is noise — during peak hours it gets loud, but that’s part of the energy.“

“This place is so much fun! Probably over 40 machines with tons of old schools games. Even on a Saturday night with a crowd there are still plenty of games to play. They have a small parking lot that's free but there's also lots of free street parking.“

“3 pool tables the coldest, cheapest beer/ drinks in Southgate & Los Angeles CA. The owner Fred is a great person. A little ruff around the edges but the best damm bar in Southgate. The people there are awesome 💯. I come from Pasadena to Southgate just to drink beer and play pool . Let That sink in...“

“Anarchy Library has a cool rock vibe. The cover is only $5 and drinks are cheap. The music is good. But it is very crowded with no space to dance. The men's bathroom needs more urinals and dividers. It is not enough for the crowd. Good prices but the space and bathroom need work.“

“Great place to come, very chill and servers are always walking around. Chips and Salsa are great, somewhat spicy. They usually have food on weekends only, I recommend this place. Been coming here weekly with my wife, jukebox has great music selection, can download the app so you don’t have to worry about bringing cash. Parking is hard to find, suggest using Uber or something.

“We were a walk in with zero expectations considering the neighborhood this is located in, but wow -- it was lovely. The selections on both food and wine menus were limited, but very good. Much like a proper european restaurant, they are not trying to be everything and OK at it, they do a few things on which they excel. Atmosphere was great, much more Silverlake than Lincoln Heights. I recommend highly and will be back.“

“Love it! Happy hour house cocktails we're good and even after happy hour was over drink prices are very reasonable. The crowd was awesome the bartenders were super nice and fun. The karaoke guy and girl were superb at what they do. I learned they do karaoke 7 days a week. Yeah, I'll be there every Saturday for sure! ?“
“Drinks are good and vibes are good. Gets packed on Fridays and Saturdays but still is a good bar for the area. Tee is a great bartender, very friendly and she makes good drinks and nice to talk to. The one thing I don’t like about this bar is that despite its cool heavy metal, goth Game of Thrones-esque design, there is not enough heavy metal playing. Still, pretty cool bar but please play more metal or at least classic Rock.“

“Came hungry, came thirsty, and came in need of a good spot to let my creativity flow. This is it. This place has it all. The ambiance gets you set to sit, relax, and unwind. The drinks are on point, delicious and well served. The service and welcoming environment is just the beginning. Food is gourmet, lighting is perfect, service is amazing, and the rest; well, come and find out for yourself. Great experience. I'll definitely be a returning visitor.“
