“We always come here! I recommend the Orange Peel chicken. Fast service and fresh food. They always make the food when you order and use everything fresh. I haven't had a bad experience here at all and the food is always top notch. Definitely a common spot for me and my family.“

“Their dumplings are so flavorful and their prices are so affordable! I always order the pork xiao long baos and also recommend the pan fried pork dumplings, any of the wonton dishes, and the cucumber salad! Out of their dessert buns I like their sesame buns the best, then the sweet custard, then the red bean. I don't order them as much because I get too full on savory dumplings, but really recommend getting them if you have room.

They usually don't have any music playing, but the foos comes out so fast that I don't mind the silence in the restaurant, which is only the case when no other patrons are seated.

Xiao Long Bao - so juicy, so flavorful, perfect amount of filling. I love these so much and they are definitely my favorite dish from here! 10/10

Pan Fried Pork Dumplings - very juicy for a pan fried dumpling, but somehow still so crispy! 9.5/10

Wonton Soup - I prefer their wonton soup over their spicy ones because it's much more flavorful with the broth! 9/10

Dan Dan Noodles - so flavorful, packed with meat, great sharing dish! I always order it if I'm eating with 3+ others 9/10

Cucumber Salad - Love how the cucumbers aren't too vinegar tasting as I don't enjoy pickle flavors much, but definitely add some soy sauce and chili oil to make the dish even tastier 8.5/10

Spicy Wontons - I wish there was more flavor added than just spicy for their spicy wontons, and their not as spicy as I would like 8/10“

The owner, “lady Aey” helped me with part of my order and she asked if I’d been to Thailand because I liked spicy and asked for the fish sauce- I think I was sounding very sure of what I wanted :) I told her that coincidentally, I was going to Thailand this summer. We exchanged what’s apps and she said she’d help me to plan a great trip.

“We’ve been coming here since their soft opening and it has quickly become a family staple. We are always greeted when we walk in, and the owner always manages to stop and say hello. The xiao long bao and chili oil wontons are a must try, but they have so many other dishes to offer. Not to mention, the portion sizes are enough to enjoy with your group. I love that my kids love it. If you’re ever wanting to try somewhere new, I definitely recommend going. They have a customer for life! 😊“

“Came here after a round of golf. The owner was very nice and welcoming. She answered all my questions well. I got the garlic noodles and wings and added a drink and fries.

The garlic noodles and wings were great. I really enjoyed the flavor of both. The garlic noodles had plenty of garlic. I got it spicy and enjoyed the type of spice that it came with. The wings were well seasoned and very large. After frequenting Wingstop, their quality had drastically dropped in quality and size. I found it nice that the wings here were fantastic. I ordered the Soy Garlic and the Korean Spicy. The fries were also great. They had a great crunch to them and taste.

Overall, I enjoyed all of the food, but enjoyed the spicy garlic noodles even more so. I noticed that they also had a ramen setup with different korean ramens. The owner also recommended the dirty fries that comes with different types of fixings. I'll definitely come back to try those the next time.

“You really can't make a bad choice with any dish you select here. We tried the House Special, and the spring rolls are absolutely essential. My son is a big fan of the Ban Mi with grilled pork, and we also enjoyed the charbroiled pork vermicelli with egg rolls. Every dish was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back for more. Plus, the best part is that they offer a discount when you pay in cash!“

“A certified Diamond Bar classic. Everything is solid here, from the pho, to the rice plates and appetizers. The pricing is reasonable (expect to spend in the low 10's per person) and portions are good sized. They have two TV's in the case you wanted to catch a basketball game or football game as you eat. “We discovered this local gem and decided to try it. They did not disappoint. Their noodle had a good chew/texture in the beef brisket noodle soup. Sesame noodles had good flavor and adequate amount of sauce. The XLB was flavorful and juicy and same with the pork pot sticker. Garlic bok choy also well good along with the popcorn chicken. We had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone looking authentic noodles and dumpling in the area.“

A highlight was when our waitress got permission for us to try the Asian sausage—she called it an 'explosion in your mouth,' and it really was delicious! “Recently this place has become my hidden gem. I am absolutely obsessed with this little restaurant nestled in downtown La Verne. The food is absolutely fantastic, and the owners are criminally under charging for their generous portions and delicious food. However, I think im most impressed about how much the owners care for their customers. My sister and I went to get coffee from nambah, and we came back to wait for our food. The owner saw that we had our drinks and without even asking, included coffee biscuits/cookies in our bag to enjoy with our beverages. My sister and I were absolutely baffled at the generosity because this is the type of treatment you’d see in places abroad. But we felt totally welcomed, cared after, and most importantly viewed as people rather than customers. I have been going here once or twice a week for the past 2 months and they haven’t failed me once.“

“Marugame Udon in Chino Hills is such a comforting spot; especially on a cold, rainy day. Their udon soups are absolutely delicious, warm, and full of flavor. You can really taste the freshness in every bowl.

As a first-time visitor though, I will say the ordering process was a little confusing. A clearer sign or simple explanation for newcomers would go a long way. The layout of the tables also feels a bit uninviting and could definitely be improved to make the dining experience more comfortable.

With that said, the staff truly made up for it. Everyone was warm, kind, and welcoming, which I genuinely appreciated. Overall, great food and great people; just a little room for improvement in the flow and layout. I’ll still be back for that amazing udon! 🍜“

“Situated inside of 168 Chinese supermarkets with its own set of clean seats and tables. The stir fried thin rice noodles were good, as were the fried stuffed tofu. This is a good place to taste some basic Indonesian dishes besides nasi gorings.“

“This family-owned business usually never disappoints. We love the veggie pho because the broth is vegetable based, not chicken stock. The vegetables are always cooked to perfection and the portions are decent. On our last dining experience, we ordered the vegetable dumplings which came out very quickly. At first bite, I realized they were not vegetable but some kind of meat. While the place was busy, we couldn't find anyone to flag down fast enough before they delivered the correct order because the first one was chicken dumplings. Other than that, it's a good place for yummy food at good prices.“

“Tried Tokido Ramen in Chino Hills and were pleasantly surprised by the flavor and service. We had calamari, fried soft shell crab, and panko shrimp to start—each one crispy and well-prepared. The Tonkotsu ramen with garlic oil was rich and satisfying, and the version with black garlic oil added a beautifully smoky depth. We added extra corn for a little sweetness and it balanced the broth perfectly. Boba milk tea and lychee tea with boba rounded out the meal.

The server was attentive and helpful, and despite the cozy space (only six tables), the food came out hot and flavorful. This spot may be small, but the taste is big. We’ll definitely be back.

“I was in town and looking for a new place to try. Thanks to Yelp, I found Noodlemii nearby. We headed over for a weekend dinner and didn't have to wait long for our group of two.

We tried a variety of their menu items, including the black pepper udon ($12), yellow curry ($11), beef skewers ($6.50), and a Thai iced tea ($3.50). Food came out pretty timely and everything was really good! Good portion sizes too.

Bonus points for being part of the Diamond Bar Open Rewards program. Good amount of parking in a shared plaza. Will be back to try more of their noodle dishes next time!“

“Friday 8/9/24 Dinner at Golden Noodle & Grill in Rowland Heights. I’ve ordered #38 Roasted chicken on tomato rice. It is so crispy outside flavorful and tender inside; so delicious. This restaurant is a hidden gem which makes delicious Vietnamese foods with reasonable prices.

Long, service staff, was friendly and attentive to customers.

Van Huynh, restaurant owner & chef, has a great personality and cooks delicious Vietnamese foods. Dishes includes pho, broken rice, vermicelli, Chinese noodle soup, chow fun & mein, congee, Banh mi, Vietnamese deserts, milk shakes, and smoothies; all at a reasonable price. She took her time to greet me and even strike a pose for a photo which is posted on her Google map restaurant. Thank you Van!

The restaurant has nice decorations, clean, well lit, and well air conditioned on this warm day.

The establishment is pretty much self-service based with a large open dining area with communal tables in the middle and two seat booths along the side walls.

Ordered their combo dumpling bowl with hot & sour soup, pork chop, house noodles, mala spicy beef noodles soup, and oolong milk tea with Bob and pudding.

Place order via kiosk. It was easy to navigate and see what the dish you're ordering looks like.“

“Decent Taiwanese styled Chinese food located inside of the H Mart Plaza. It offers a wide range of dishes. It also has goose meat, which I used to love at this restaurant. They have now brought the goose dish back and I will try it on our next visit. “Great deal on the AYCE under $25 per person! You can pick whatever your tummy desires from the menu, with over 60 + items, and enjoy the made-to-order food. We started with tease/ light appetizers- rice noodle, fish shumai, takoyaki, fried chicken leg, clamsside up fried eggs then moved to carbs- friend rice, Chan's famous congee, hong kong style stried friend egg noodle, beef stew, shrimp wontons, followed by hand dipped shrimp tempura, edmame, fried scallops, fried oyster, Japanese sake clams and much more. Finished strong with house special ell rolls and a scoop of ice cream. I loved how Chan Kee adjusted the food portion to each order, since we have 3 people in the party, they would offer either 3 pcs of a small protion of the order, they want use to try everything on the menu, and not try to feed us with flavorless carbs. Our favorite item for the night was fried chicken legs; it had crispy skin, but the meat was juicy. Shrimp wontons with nothing but shrimp, we loved it so much and ordered twice. Sake clams were very fresh and flavorful! The AYCE does have a time limit of 100 minutes per visit, but it is still enough time for you to fill your tummy! We do plan to visit again and try the other items that we didn't try at dinner :)“
