Parking: Extremely small and usually packed parking lot, at most two handicap stalls and only one entrance that's accessible for the drive-thru, (use driveway on Garey Ave)“

Other than the great customer service everything else was also pleasant. The only downside is the environment around Starbucks!“
“Very pleasant baristas who say a greeting as you enter. Ample amount of comfortable seating) and fast service (got my drink in about 5 minutes). I had a good experience here hanging out for about 2hrs studying. Wifi is strong enough to do standard web browsing without any stutters. 2 private restrooms.“

Claudia from starbucks resolved my issue same day on 7/11 for the breakfast sandwich replacement for next day. This is still my go-to coffee when I'm in the office.

Today, I got the breakfast and coffee pairing deal for $6 but what disappointed me was the bacon was not well cooked. Still white and not crunchy. I hope they can improve their food prep in better and safe way for customer. This is my go to place for coffee during my work day.
This is my go-to Starbucks location if I need coffee because it's close to my workplace. They're right next to MCD, so I can grab a quick breakfast or lunch and pair with my coffee. So far, they've never made a mistake on my drink, and unlike other stores, I always get the trenta vanilla sweet cream cold brew.“
“Ever since I moved in the area this has been my go to Starbucks for the past 2 years. Service and beverage quality has been consistent all through out. The team they have has been very nice, pleasant and engaging. Leslie and Anthony were the nicest they were my lucky charm for the day of my promotional interview. Really appreciate the well wishes and great vibes that day. Also appreciate Andrew, Olivia, Vivian and George who are always welcoming and accomodating. I prefer stopping by here when I can before heading to work even though there is a starbucks closer to my office. 😌😇🫶🏻“

“This is a pretty run-of-the-mill Starbucks location it's about what you would expect and it services North Pomona and the Route 66 area here.
In the past they once messed up our order by not adding ANY syrup! 🤣
But besides that past error experience they always have pretty good drinks!
I like coming here to catch up with people or just to get a quick drink.
The baristas are kind and do their jobs well.
My mom got the blackberry sage drink and it's very delicious!
My matcha latte is also very good.
In the past I had the peppermint hot cocoa at this location, and it was also delicious.

“Many of the other reviews simply complain about how busy this location is. Since this is a college Starbucks, it's understandable that it takes time to get your order. However, that’s not the main point of my review. Personally, I enjoy this Starbucks. The staff are friendly, and the store is clean. I do wish the wallpaper on the walls would be repaired, as it is falling apart. Overall, I would rate this Starbucks an 8 out of 10.“
“This is genuinely the best starbucks I've been to. The staff is always so friendly, inside the building is really cozy and there are often plenty of people hanging out there. I've seen some reviews that said modifications aren't allowed, but I've personally never had that experience here. We always ask for modifications and the staff dutifully adds them. They are very patient and efficient --which is surprising considering how busy they get in the morning! The coffee is pretty consistent in quality, sometimes a little eh, but we can't be perfect every day. Overall, awesome.“
