“If you like Panda Express, this is the restaurant that started it all. Food is much better here, and there is a much larger selection than Express. Friendly staff, and great portions. You will not leave hungry.
From the wontons and paper chicken, to the orange chicken and Mongolian beef. We usually go with at least 5 of us, and 3 plates feeds us all. With a couple of apps, of course.
If you've never been, give them a try.“

“I had dinner at Gourmet Palace China Bistro on Saturday around 6:30 PM with my family and ordered the orange chicken, beef with broccoli, shrimp fried rice, and a basket of steamed dumplings to share. Everything came out fresh and hot in about 15 minutes. The orange chicken had a crispy coating with a flavorful sauce that wasn't overly sweet, and the beef was tender with plenty of fresh broccoli. The shrimp fried rice had generous pieces of shrimp and wasn't greasy, and the dumplings were soft with a tasty filling. Our server checked on us a couple of times, kept our drinks refilled, and made sure we had extra plates for sharing. The restaurant was clean, the portions were generous, and we even had enough leftovers for lunch the next day. It was a great family dinner, and I'd definitely come back to try more of the menu.“

“Black bean fish was superb! It came out hot and fresh in the fish was so fluffy and flavorful in the sauce. It was delightful. I grew up ordering house special fried rice, but my husband prefers chicken fried rice. Most times I’m disappointed and longing for my childhood staple but this chicken fried rice was actually flavorful and delicious. The chicken was very fresh and tender. Now, unfortunately, I ordered the roast duck and roast pork plate and left most of it on the table. It may be because it was the end of the day, but it was very lackluster. It tasted stale. The skin was not crispy and we almost asked to have it taken off the bill, but I did eat a lot of the duck so we just know not to order it again. The duck was at least edible. The pork was not. It was just so dry and lacked flavor. The skin looked crispy, but it was not crispy at all. It was leathery.“

“Dined here around 3:30pm and it was empty, so great time to come! We ordered sweet & sour chicken, orange chicken, chicken chow mein, and Mongolian beef and all dishes were delicious! Portions are big (we all got small but we all had lots of leftovers).

They also have boba milk tea which was one of the best we've ever had. It wasn't too sweet and tasted like they actually used real tea. Perfect for a hot day.

This level of service, and excellence, is a rarity--- the consistency of which is remarkable. For a real "old school" Chinese atmosphere, China Wok is it; as well, the prices are still reasonable. “We used to have a Paik Noodle’s in our area, and it sadly closed 😭😭. Excited to find one within driving distance. Very clean, good service, and the food was delicious!

We walked in really late but they were very hospitable and we were still able to eat in.

We ordered the jjajangmyeon, tangsuyuk, soy garlic wings, and sweet and spicy wings. Everything was delicious. You can’t go wrong.
They gave us some jjambong (soup only) as well. That was also delicious. We seriously ate it all.“

I was here often around the end of 2019.
I remember they used to have good chicken wings. I haven't been here since then untill today, and I won't be here maybe for years atleast since I eat almost everywhere.

By the way... if you're on a budget, this place is a good place to eat. Their portion is generous and the foods are good. The Chinese lady who take your orders, scoop the foods, and charge you on the register has been very nice everytime I visit this place, doesn't matter how long she hasn't seen me, she's always kind.“

“I used to come here years ago. I worked basically a few doors down at the Dispensary. I haven’t been around in years but I was over in the area and I stopped by. The stand out here is the Spicy Orange Chicken!!! It was perfectly fried and the jalapeños were the perfect complement. The noodles had a great chew to them and my two other sides had a lot of flavor. I went with teriyaki chicken and mushroom chicken.
There are chili oils on the counter and sriracha to take to your table. This is one of the hole in the wall places that I love.“

“Absolutely LOVE this restaurant! We stop here on our way from Arizona to California. We literally changed our route we take so we can stop here for lunch! The service is always stellar. Somehow we always have the same waiter and he’s so nice! The soup dumplings and chicken fried rice, sooooo good! My husband always gets the short rib fried rice and it’s always amazing. “Been here many times and never had a complaint. The food is always good and fresh, large portions and very reasonable price. The Japanese chicken is killer and cant be found elsewhere. Also there are two noodle options, chow mein or rice noodles and they're both good. Its always clean and they have a large selection of options. Chicken wings are made to order and always taste good. There are closer chinese food places to me but I will drive here over them, its worth it 10/10 will visit again (and again and again)“

Prices, affordable.

Parking, plentiful. The restaurant is on a corner, so you have at least 40 or 50 spaces available. 3 handicap spots in front. Easy wheelchair access.

Food, great! The Sweet and Pungent Shrimp ($22 as of September 2026) is amazing, sour, sweet (not overly sugary), Pungent with ginger, and a light heat kick with red pepper.

...and the BBQ Pork Fried Rice ($12.50) is plentiful, lots of meat chunks, good savory flavor with a good amount of carrot and snow peas.

I love this place, and I will be back.

“No dine in so I won’t review service and atmosphere. Crab Rangoon was good. Orange chicken was fairly good but some pieces had more orange flavor than others. Black pepper beef had lots of vegetables and would have preferred more beef, flavor was good but could have been more peppery. Xo sauce string beans didn’t have much flavor, but I tasted the sauce in the bottom of the container and it was good so maybe the beans need to marinate more. I’ll try it again tomorrow and see if it tastes better. So, all in all, I’d say the food is kind of average.“

“Quaint little family restaurant tucked inside a small corner lot strip mall. Limited parking with lively community atmosphere. Friday night. When we arrived, there was a local DJ uplifting the area with some 80s, 90s and 2000s popular music in front of the smoothie shop a few doors down, which I loved. When we found the place (use your GPS because if you blink, you'll miss it.) When we entered the door to the restNext, we were greeted by the owners5 and our orders were taken immediately. Large portions served and we changed our minds from takeaway to dining inside the restaurant. We chatted more with the owners while our meals were being prepared. They presented us with our food at the table, along with ice for our beverages and offered fresh poured Duck Sauce (requested) and Soy sauce. The food was hot and delicious! The portions were big (lo mein noodles with shrimp, chicken And beef, fried rice, beef and Chinese vegetables and egg rolls) and the vegetables were even cooked just right, so all of the flavors popped nicely in your mouth. They offer a buffet-style lineup (pick 2/3/4 menu items plus Lomein noodles and fried rice) or made-to-order dishes. This will definitely become a weekly treat for us.“

“Loved the pan fried chicken bao. The stuffing was delicious and the dough was filling but not heavy or too oily. Definitely would go back to try more of their bao and dumplings. The noodles were alright maybe I got them on an off day. They felt a bit overcooked and mushy but the flavor was nice for the stir fry shrimp garlic noodle.“
