“First of all, if you go to this location ask for the server Maria. I would give her 10. Excellent customer service. Always kept us informed of status of food. Never had to ask for a refill. Always with a smile on her face like she enjoys her job. As far as food we ordered ribs and chicken. The ribs were a 10/10! Meat falling off the bone and excellent flavor. I give the chicken a 5/10. Overcooked and did not care for BBQ sauce.“
“Been coming to Texas Roadhouse for a while now . We drive from LA to Rialto just for Texas Roadhouse. Service is awesome. They are a people first establishment and it shows from all the servers we have had they have all been very nice, helpful, very friendly. And always go above and beyond to make sure that you have a wonderful experience. Depending on what you order. Steaks take about 40 to 15 minutes depending on the cut and how thick the steak may be . Also depending on how busy it is . Steaks from our experience always come up to temp. We always get med rare and they are always on point . There are some times that we get some where in between a med rare or medium rare but they alway go above and beyond and are very nice enough to get another steak working for you . Over all 10/10 will always be coming to this locationParking: Parking is a little hard depending on the day and time but there is a huge parking lotKid-friendliness: Super friendly with kids I have my 7 year old son . Very welcoming they have kids menus . Mini burger chicken tenders they get to choose from one of their legendary sides my kid always loves their home made apple sauce“
