“Highly Recommended Hot Pot Spot – Fresh, Flavorful, and Fantastic Value!
I recently visited this hot pot restaurant and it quickly became one of my new favorites in the area. From the moment we walked in, the experience was outstanding.
The ingredients are incredibly fresh — the thinly sliced meats, vibrant vegetables, and seafood all looked and tasted top-quality, with no signs of staleness. You can really tell they source high-quality items and prepare everything daily.
The broths and flavors are delicious! Whether you prefer a rich, spicy Sichuan-style pot or a milder, savory one, the soups are perfectly balanced and packed with depth. The dipping sauces are customizable and addictive — we couldn’t stop dipping and refilling our bowls. Everything was so tasty that we kept ordering more rounds.
Hygiene is clearly a priority here. The tables, utensils, and hot pot stations were spotlessly clean, and the staff maintained excellent cleanliness throughout our meal. It felt safe and comfortable, especially for sharing a hot pot experience.
The service was excellent — attentive, friendly, and efficient. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, helped with recommendations, and made sure our broth stayed at the right temperature and our plates were cleared promptly. The whole team made us feel welcome and well taken care of.
Best of all, the prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes you get. It’s genuinely good value — you leave satisfied without breaking the bank, making it perfect for casual dinners, family gatherings, or group outings.
Overall, if you’re craving authentic and satisfying hot pot, this place delivers on every level: freshness, taste, cleanliness, service, and affordability. We’ll definitely be back soon!“

“Our daughter is obsessed with soup dumplings which we found at Fusion Dumpling. The traditional pork were great, but try the black truffle and wagyu soup dumplings. You won't be disappointed!“

“Ben Ben Hot Pot was the coziest hot spot experience I've had. I ordered the ox tail broth. It came with tender oxtail meat. There was a generous variety of ingredients to add and open access to tea and drinks. Our waitress knew just when to offer more broth and meats. The music was calm and the ascetic was clean and cozy. Great value at a low price, I will defiently be back !“

“Hot Pot Champ in SF is an absolute win. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is welcoming, clean, and lively—perfect for both group dinners and cozy catch-ups. What initially attracted us was the Ferris wheel presentation with the beef and lamb is suuuupppperr cute! Not only is it fun and eye-catching, but the quality of the meat was outstanding. Fresh, tender, and perfect for hot pot.
The broth options are rich and flavorful, I mix the tom yum with my husband’s spicy soup and the ingredients across the board are top-notch. Service was attentive, friendly, and fast without ever feeling rushed. They’re happy to explain options and make recommendations, which makes the experience even better.
Portions are generous, prices are fair, and everything just hits. Easily one of the best hot pot spots in San Francisco. This place is now officially in our regular rotation.“

“This place always serves their DIY hot pot piping hot like roof-of-your-mouth-burnt hot. It’s one of our favorite hotpot’s in berk. I’m sad they close in between 2pm to 5pm because I always crave it around 3pm!
Once you come in, you navigate towards the bowls and you can grab whatever you want with the tongs. Then set it on a scale and choose the soup base. The cost is per pound of food. I like the classic bone broth. But even mild or not spicy, is quite spicy. They also have a dry pot version, where they just sauté all the items you picked out in some sort of mala sauce. But I find the soups much tastier.
Atmosphere is not much. They have a tendency to turn Tables over pretty quickly. And many will just eat and bounce. Not really a linger type of restaurant.“

“Affordable prices & delicious food. Very friendly owner & all our food was made to order. Off the beaten path but glad we found it! It was away from the large crowds. Try the claypot rice and the pan fried buns! The Chrysanthemum tea was so good!!!“

“My partner and I went here for a date.♡ We absolutely loved the experience! Service was amazing, and so was the food. We rushed because we didn't know there wasn't a time limit. 😅😂 At the end of service we received our dessert, and left with our broth.. and the itis! We slept SOO GOOD. Lol.“
