It had big cubes of soft Pakistani cheese in a tomato based cream sauce with finely chopped ginger. Fabulous. We also enjoyed a grilled eggplant with a Persian yogurt cultured from sheep and goat milks. The butter chicken was exceptional: he grills his chicken, chops it, then adds the juicy chunks of meat into his delectable sauce. His ground beef kabob was juicy and tender. I enjoyed an inhouse, freshly made mango lassi. Wow! We have enough leftover to enjoy a shared lunch tomorrow.“

The baingan bharta was good, but I've had better. We also tried the dosa with coconut dipping sauce, and it was very crispy and tasty. Over half the menu is vegan or can be made vegan by request. I like how many booth seats there are here, and a nice window seat section as well. Very calming atmosphere with professional staff. I do wish there was more variety to the art on the walls though, as it feels a little bland.“

We started with the samosas, and wow – they were on another level! Hot and crispy on the outside, perfectly spiced filling inside, and that magical “time release” effect where the flavor hits you a few seconds after the first bite… OMG, pure heaven! 🥟✨

What i did not appreciate was the fact that we went to the buffet and my teenage son wanted to treat us well not knowing they had a table with dessert we asked if for everyone with buffet they said yes. When my son went to pay what was supposed to be $60 for 3 buffets was $85 because each item was individually priced on the dessert. Also they ran out of the meat that his friend enjoyed eating so he didn't get the full enjoyment of the buffet. They stated they would make sure not to run out we could come back tomorrow but at $85 that is way too much.“

I was just at Sac Yard brewing where your truck was and had the samosas and the butter chicken fries and everything was hot fresh and tasty. the food is very gourmet tasting. fresh, hot and very well prepared!! The serving size was generous, specifically there was a lot of paneer in my radiant gold curry. It came with rice and I ordered a butter naan on the side. The owner was so personable and welcoming. I’m visiting from out of town but look forward to coming back here and hopefully bringing family to share the experience.
