“I was a huge fan of Delirama, my absolute favorite sandwich was the Delirama Mama, so I was sad to hear the owner was going to pivot in a new direction. I prefer take out to dining in, so I waited for that to be an option, and put my order in today. I got a fried chicken sandwich and the pastrami Reuben, both with chips. The menu says a small salad is served with the sandwiches. The fried chicken sandwich is HUGE and delicious. I prefer my fried chicken to be a little on the dark side, which this was. I only wished there were more pickles, but that's because if I could subsist on pickles I would. The Reuben was the same as the Delirama one. My husband was bummed it was "so small," but that's because I used to get the biggest sandwich option and this one is the regular sized one.The chips were yummy, and still warm from the fryer by the time I got home. Or had just taken on some of the radiant heat from my sandwich. Either way, delightful. The salad is not small, it is quite generous in size. The dressing is a little sweet and a lot acidic, which I really enjoyed. My one complaint is that it was overdressed for me, but I prefer the minimum amount of dressing.I gave the atmosphere 4 stars because it was a bit dark inside for me.“
“This place is AMAZING and at such a good price. We had the Achari chicken pizza and it was incredibly good - you can choose spice level and halal/no halal. The owners/workers are super super nice and there are games set up (Carom, chess, board games etc.) Highly recommend!!!“
“My new favorite pizza place in Vallejo. The pizza I ordered was made with care and attention to details. The toppings were evenly distributed, the crust was perfect - not too thick, the cheese and the sauce were applied evenly covering the whole pizza. Great price, generous amount of toppings. I’ll definitely repeat.“
“A relative newcomer to the pizza scene, Omar and his staff, are rocking a truly super slice. I was skeptical at first when I was charged $8 for a slice, until I realized that these slices are twice the size of ordinary slices, and they taste really good. The dough recipe here falls somewhere between California and New York pizza, with a hearty wheat flavor that stands up to the sauce and cheese. Think if you crossed the cheese board with Arinell's. Located in the former location of armadillo Pizza, in this Asian mini mall, Super Slice also has assemble-it-yourself model where you build your own pizza, and salads with fresh vegetables and greens, and an ice cream cooler with Ben and Jerry's, Haagen Dass, and moreWhat's not to love? Giant slices, great pizza, cool people, good prices, and a convenient location.I super recommend Super Slice Pizza.“
“A little on the pricey side but a great treat. I placed an order for a whole quiche. It was a great. Picking up my order took a long time. There were 3 people ahead of me and it literally took close to 5 minutes per person. I wish there was a separate line to pick up an order or that there was more staffing to help customers faster. It was worth the wait though.“
“Date night with the lady and we decided on pizza. We did a quick search and found nothing but over priced greasy choices in our local area (Walnut Creek, Concord). We found four corners pizza n pasta and the pictures and reviews sounded good. We ordered the Papa Charlie’s pizza and a Caesar salad and it had exceeded our expectations. Home made Caesar and ranch dressing, fresh toppings, evenly spread, and crispy crust. You can tell they take pride in their food and it shows. Lots of open seating, great atmosphere and clean. We will be back to try the rest of the menu. This is my new favorite pizza spot and I highly recommend it.“
“I intended on trying something new and ordered the Salmon Caperi. I just had an unexplainable taste for something that the dish Perfectly satisfied. Great atmosphere for a stormy day made for a perfect silver lining as well. Divine dining!!“
“Came here after searching for a brunch spot after some shopping with my mom. I can't believe I had never been here. The service was wonderful and there are a lot of seating options. It was a cold day but we stayed warm under the heaters. The food came out quickly and everything was delicious! We can't wait to come back for lunch!“
“We recently had dining at Slice of Martinez, with my daughter and her friend and I couldn't be more delighted with the experience. This pizza restaurant not only serves up delicious pizzas but also provides excellent customer service that truly enhances the dining experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff at Slice of Martinez went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their friendly and attentive service added a personal touch to the meal. The menu offered a fantastic variety of pizza options, wings, cheesesteak and fries. I was impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the mouthwatering flavors.“
“Zachary's Chicago Pizza delivers an authentic taste of the Windy City's famed deep-dish pizza. The inviting ambiance sets the stage for a culinary journey, with each slice boasting a perfect blend of crisp crust, gooey cheese, and savory toppings. Whether you stick to classics or explore innovative creations, every bite is a delight. With friendly service and a commitment to quality, Zachary's is a must-visit for pizza lovers craving a taste of Chicago's culinary heritage.“
“My wife and I went to Pizza Twist, Hercules with a friend who is gluten intolerant. We were delighted to have ordered two Gluten Free Pizzas (Cauliflower crust). One was Veggie Tandoori Paneer Pizza Twist and the other one was Chicken Tikka Masala. These were the most delicious pizzas we had in a long time. The new owners were very friendly. Superb service - Pizzas was made quickly. Will come back again.“
“This is a family owned business. So again. I love to support family businesses. I usually should get the premade breakfast burritos. The staff is very friendly. They do get busy, so you just need to be patient. Overall it's a nice ambiance. And their pastries are so good. If you ever the area give them a try and you won't be disappointed.“
“Low and behold, what do we have here? An amazing pizza spot! Pizza + Garlic Knots + Beer = Happiness. Raymond’s Pizzeria Point Richmond is a bright destination offering pan & thin-crust pies and slices, plus a few salads, meatballs & draft beers. Just stumbled upon it while exploring the neighborhood. ??“
“I wish I could give more than five stars. I reached out to Tonya to see if we could get pizza making lessons with a small group of friends (because the pizza at Anaviv's Table is so good). Tonya was enthusiastic and flexible about helping me set up the event. The event was run by Darren with help from Siyoon. Darren was patient, engaging, and deeply knowledgeable. He guided us through every step of the process, giving us tips and tricks along the way, and by the end we had both a lot of pizzas to enjoy right then and plenty of dough to bring home to make more ourselves. Siyoon helped everything run smoothly so that we could all have a good time, and as a parting gift, gave us each a saffron lemon bar to take home with us.My wife and I have always enjoyed visiting Anaviv's Table in all of its incarnations. We're excited about how they continue to grow, and just so impressed by everyone on their staff.Thank you!“
“Excellent pizza, cute atmosphere, and good service. The Neopolitan pizza (i.e., The Benchmark) was excellent as was the caesar salad. Been here twice — the first time the pizza crust was a bit hard, so I wish they would make it fluffier Italian-style, but the second time it was more on-point. Would go again!“
“The BEST pizza ever!!! Crust, toppings, seasoned oven.Oh, and the MINESTRONE!!! I aspire to make a vegan soup as delicious.Service is EXCELLENT!!!Lovely friendly atmosphere.Hometown is the word to describe the whole real deal.Vegetarian options: Pizza...choose toppings, which are many... also other vegetarian options. Minestrone is vegan.“
“The lavender vanilla Latte is yummy. The ladies were so friendly. The cafe was delightful to spend time in. A nice environment for all ages.Kid-friendliness: Hostess presented a corner for the littles to hang out. They also have board games to go play with the family. I wanna go back to try their pizza.“
“The pizza was omagersh, HIGHLY recommend Jay’s Special, it was so good that we forced ourselves (2 people) to eat a whole large pizza, we couldn’t let it go to waste, we were stuffed and couldn’t eat another slice!… then we got a cookie pizza and ate it in the car while listening to a song about cookies.Vegetarian options: The veggie pizza is indeed a thing. (Vegetarian, not vegan cause.. y’know… it’s pizza)Parking: Right next to the restaurant, just a few feet from the parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs in sight and there are only booths, very nice“
“Absolutely perfect. I haven't had practice pizza in 15 years bc I moved and no longer had access to one. But while traveling back home today after a family emergency, I got one and it tasted just as good as my childhood taste buds remember. With how the last few weeks have been going, I sincerely needed this nostalgic pick me up. It honestly brought back endearing memories. Thank Pacifica for keeping that same taste. I hope to come again next time I'm down this way ?“
“The staff are friendly and the place is small and clean. We ordered a large pizza - half carne asada and half al pastor. They were both delicious, the taste and level of spiciness was perfect. They provide you with salsas for the pizza which was also great. We will definitely come back to get more.“
“Great spot for a drink or a quick bite! On some days there is live music and the people-watching never disappoints!Vegetarian options: Not Vegan or necessarily vegetarian friendly.Parking: Parking is generally easy. There are plenty of side streets when the main street is full. There are no parking meters in this town ?“
“Highly recommend! They use high quality ingredients and have a very diverse menu - I really appreciated the variety of protein options along with choosing your spice level. I got the Chicken Tikka Masala pizza and it was delicious (spicy, not greasy, well made)! The staff are also very nice and personable - even in the short time I was there for a pickup, they were very accommodating. Would recommend this to anyone who’s interested in fusion pizzaKid-friendliness: Plenty of seating for large parties“
“Pizza crust is the bestVegetarian options: They have veggie pizza and good sides like garlic bread, cheesy bread, and salad. Or you can also create your own pizza the way you want it with good choices for other sauces like bbq, ranch, pesto, and creamy garlic sauceKid-friendliness: Kids are welcome in the presence of an Adult, nothing to do in the establishment but or food to go, not to much space for dine inWheelchair accessibility: Person with wheel chair will be able to come in and order and take out . Not enough room to dine in. Phone and online orders available“
“At this point, they know my name. LOL My family and I are here atleast 1/2 every week or two! The reason is beyond the pizza always being cooked perfectly! It's their customer service! Whether I call in the order or go in person to pick up, whoever is standing behind the counter is always so kind, attentive and shows appreciation for making a purchase with them! THAT is rare these days and THAT is why we keep coming back!“
“I decided to get food for my girlfriend and myself rather than cooking for Thanksgiving. Angry Chickz was closed, even though Yelp said they were open. I decided to try their neighbor, Mountain Mikes. First of all, phenomenal service. Did not ask for drinks after ordering wings and pizza to go, and they gave them to me generously. Clean and well maintained, I learned that this store is under new management. It made sense the store manager's service was so on point. I mentioned that I am the branch manager at the enterprise truck location in Vallejo, and that this interaction influenced my decision to get my team food from here in the future. The wings were delicious, flavors were great and well seasoned. Pizza was also very good. I am satisfied with my experience and am impressed with what Jassy, the manager, is bringing to this location.“
“I had first tried Little Star pizza during one of my lectures at CAL. I took the left overs to my husband and we both agreed that this is the best deep dish pizza in the Bay Area. We decided to dine in recently and felt a bit off that we had gotten seated in a distance while other customers were seated closely near the bar. Although the food is great, my husband, who has worked in restaurants before, can agree that for the time we dined in (which was slow) we had alright customer service.“
“Mountain Mike's on San Pablo Dam Rd is the best Mountain Mike's in the area! Calling in an order for pickup is a breeze, staff was very courteous, and accommodating. There's another branch nearby along Fitzgerald Ave, but that one is sub-quality, and literally over-priced! Compare prices! I like it that we have this pizza place in our neighborhood!“
“My wife and I love the meat combo and italian prosciutto pizza here. Definitely unique and delicious at a reasonable price. They have a nice patio area in a great part of 1st St Benicia. It is perfect for lunch or relaxing in the afternoon with a coffee or drink. It reminds me of the pizza style at Casa Barotti on College Avenue in Berkeley, but I like the pizza more here and there are more food choices. I definitely suggest Drift check out the different styles of pizza offered at Barotti, as they have a wider variety. The family that runs it is so warm and welcoming. We are very lucky to have a place like this here in town - I really hope people in town recognize what we have! They even have gluten free pizza on Fridays which is pretty special for Benicia.“
“I tried pizza from here for the third time today, and This is the best pizza I have ever had. I think they have a different kind of pizza sauce or cheese which makes the pizza that delicious. First, two time it was cheese pizza only, and it tested great! I ordered their special pizzas for my daughter's birthday party, no any complaints at all, it was delivered on time and the food was fresh and yummy! My favorite pizza place from now.“
“This is my favorite place to get a Cesar salad. It’s not your ordinary salad. I’ve been to other establishments and it tastes bland. However, the flavor of the dressing tastes here tastes so authentic. I always add chicken and it’s super filling! Also, get the mango Italian soda. So so good. That is both my takeout and dine in order! I am also a very big fan of their pastas!! I recommend this place to everyone.“
“Went to the city, and was hungry midway through my drive back home. I was feeling some pizza, so I stumbled across Islice. I've never rlly tried New York style before, so I gave it a try this day. I ordered a long island and a veggie, it came with a drink. The service and food was amazing, I got filled up and the portion size was excellent. They were really nice and I will definitely will be coming here a second time.“
“I came here with my parents on a random Saturday and I have mixed feelings. First off- it's important to give them huge kudos for the pizza. I was very impressed. The quality of the dough is on point, and the toppings were generous and delicious. They all are in the 9-10 inch range, so small enough to eat one on your own and be full or have leftovers. It also makes it easy to split a few of them amongst several people. The bread they bring as a starter is nothing to write home about. It kind of tasted like that frozen dough you thaw out when you need to throw something together. BUT the red pesto sauce it's served with is to die for. I ended up putting it on everything. Calamari is awesome too. However, I've never tried anything else on their menu. Truth be told, it's because most of the pasta dishes look rather unappetizing. They're swimming in watery sauce. I can't really speak to the taste so I could just be judging a book by its cover, but I'm most likely to just stick to the pizza. As for the service, things get a bit strange. The woman who served us (I think the owner?) was nice enough but her energy was loud, frazzled and intimidating. Whenever she came by the table I would get anxious. It's also not the cleanest or nicest looking- kind of just your run of the mill sticky table type place. I'd recommend just getting everything to go.Overall, pretty great pizza joint and I'm sure I'll be back soon (for takeout going forward)“
“They were 5 stars pre-COVID, but they went down during the "world tour". This is through no fault of their own. Getting quality ingredients was tough. It's greatly improved and they're working their way back up to the five star rating.Love the calzones and the pizza-definitely not missing the pools of fat from a 2022 pizza. The lasagna and ravioli don't have the five star flavor they used to have, yet. I don't miss the prepacked salads in the styrofoam cups.I can't wait until they're fully back at 5 stars! Keep it up!“
“The Aloo Gobi pizza is my absolute go to! Fabulous, so tasty and satisfying. I haven't tried many other things, because it seems sad to pass up my favorite. La Vals is also very convenient. The pizzas are always ready in 20 minutes, the owners are very warm and personable, and if you opt for delivery that is very swift and courteous too. Strongly recommend!“
“This is some of the best pizza in the Bay Area! The crust is amazingly delicious and the sauce is flavorful while the topping tastes and appears to be fresh. I grabbed a make my own pepperoni slice with some extra toppings while my bff had a small pizza. I would move to this area to eat Extreme Pizza every day cause I want to try all the interesting house specials but for now I'm content just driving over.“
“Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't love pizza?.Wheelchair accessibility: Located in the Safeway shopping center so access is on main sidewalk from large center parking lot ground level with plenty of handicap access throughout the lot.“
“As a Type2 diabetic it is a challenge to order from a restaurant through delivery services because you never know what's in the food or what it is cooked with/in. I am really pleased with the crustless pizza I ordered...it was a good portion, as was the chicken caesar salad, enough for 3 servings. It tasted terrific and best of all DID NOT spike my glucose. Also the nutrition was listed for the ingredients. I will be ordering more from this restaurant. Thank you Papa Murphy's for increasing my menu and delivery choices.“
“This has become our go to pizza spot. We have tried 3 others in the area but we end up coming back here and now we don't bother going anywhere else! While the pizza isn't super different from what I'd say is a chain restaurant style pizza, we do enjoy their serrano chili pizza and will continue to be regulars here!I usually get service that's friendly and it is nice to be greeted by!“
“We love this new pizza spot! Our group tried the cane, pua, and carny pizzas, and they were all amazing. The Cane pizza was phenomenal though. The hot honey and Calabrian chili peppers really sent it over the top! We also really enjoyed being able to get the pizzas and head over to Five Suns Brewing to eat them with a nice beer around the fire pit. I’m so glad that Martinez is getting better quality options nearby!“
“Pizza is still delicious but the loss of salad bar and desire to help customers from the kids behind the counter is a real disappointment. Every pie and bread stick that came out of the oven while we waited over a half hour for a personal salad, two bread sticks, and a small pizza had huge air bubbles that were destroying the items piling up as they came out of the oven while all the employees were standing around hiding in the back. After waiting 20 minutes when I was told it would only take 10 minutes to get food we went back to the counter only to have the employees tell us they had no idea about the order we're talking about. Finally after going through all the employees we were given part of our order and had to remind them about the rest. Upon arriving home 45 minutes later we found these so called bread sticks that resembled piles of dough bubbles. Sad to see a great pizza place go so far downhill.“
“Best chicken wings I've ever had! Got them plain, they were really crispy and tasty. They give you a ranch dressing that is more tangy than most ranch. But it goes REALLY nicely with the chicken. 10/10 do recommend. My fiancé doesn't care for chicken wings, but she ended up eating half of mine.“
“Can you say free delivery?! Plus, they have the best prices in town. They are just pizza men either. They have a wide range of food options such as Philly cheese steak, chicken sandos, fried calamari, wings, salads, fish n chips. Very quick turnaround time too. Thanks Mr. Pizza man .“
“We got the Zacatecas special pizza, it was fresh and absolutely delicious. An extra large pizza was about 40 bucks, but absolutely worth it. I would definitely come back and order again. Not sure why the reviews aren't great for this place, but I can only review the pizza and it was amazing.“
“I love the atmosphere here and the owner and staff are so nice! Food and wine excellent! Fabulous brick oven pizza! Their tiramisu is perfection! *I just wish they would upgrade their bread and serve a garlic/spice infused olive oil. That is the only thing lacking and keeps me from coming more often and regularly.Parking: Free after 6 pm and sundays“
“The best salads and Pizza in town , custom ur pizzas and salads ! Jordan was amazing and patient , it was closing time and they all work so hard to serve the customers with their beautiful smiles and happy souls Made me the most tastiest salad with pesto and tahini . Thank You Jordan and team !! Happy Modding ! Happy holidays“
“This restaurant has evolved over the past two years (or so) from average to outstanding. The food, wine pairings, craft cocktails and service are all five star.I would recommend the meatball appetizer and either papardelle or gnocchi for the main course. It may be upsetting to some that the tip is built in as a service charge but I tip 20-25% anyway. Also, if that helps attract and retain the good servers that they have, great!“
“Placed an online order with a contactless delivery as we're sick. Asked for extra of some things and received them no questions asked, hassle free. Pizza tasted great, got a nice little note on our box and a text letting us know where they left the pizza. Above and beyond, today! Thanks guys!“
“Makes sure you check online to get the online special, otherwise it's a bit pricey. The women and young lady that work there are really nice and friendly, very pleasant. The tall guy (maybe a manager or owner), not so much. ?♀️ Maybe it was an off day.No tables inside for dine-in, but there's 2 tables outside. We ate outside. For our 2 topping medium pizza, chocolate-chip cookie pizza, and 2-litter bottle of Pepsi: $35. Not bad! But only because we got the online special.Pizza was good. ?“
“This place really delivered on the lamb Gyro. I brought my wife here soo she could try the lamb Gyro and she was impressed. This place has to be my favorite place in the East Bay to get a Gyro. The prices have gone up since I first heard of them but still hasn’t everything. Still, it’s a heck of a bargain and your taste buds won’t be disappointed. my tummy is always happy after I eat my lamb Gyro. Thx“
“Surprisingly good pizza. The place is more of a takeout spot in an older strip mall but don’t let that deter you.It has picnic tables that u can sit at to eat in. Thin crust, good quality sauce and cheese. Friendly people working there. Just off the highway. Better than I expected - a pleasant and yummy surprise.“
