“Do you ever wish you were two people so you could eat twice as much? Well after visiting here... I sure do. Got soup dumplings (superb) steamed pork dumplings, cucumber salad, beef in a crispy wrapping whose name I am forgetting, and red bean dumplings. Everything was exquisite.“

“The price of the meal is reasonable, and each noodle dish tastes authentic. The sesame sauce of the miscellaneous sauce noodles is thick. I especially recommend the beef burrito, which has a lot of beef and is fragrant. The fried pork buns are very suitable for takeout.“

“This is a newly opened restaurant, so the environment inside the store is very clean and the furniture looks new. There are not too many choices on the menu. The Hainanese Chicken Rice is very tasty, but the chicken is slightly less umami. The Bamboo Shoots and Chicken Soup Noodles have a sweet soup base, which is worth a try.“

“The store does not use an online platform, so please do not order food on the online platform. This time, after ordering on qmenu, I went to the site and said that they did not cooperate with the platform. Fortunately, I did not pay. I ordered the Beef Knife Fried Noodles ($13.99), which can be swiped with a credit card if you spend $20 or more. There is a lot of beef and it is very tasty. The vegetables include cabbage, onions and tomatoes. Although it is a little oily, it is still quite delicious overall.“

“LOVEDDDD the red chili oil wontons! LOVED. I always try this dish where restaurants serve it in hopes of finding the ONE style I like - here it’s very close to the Din Tai Fung style with less sugar and a better price. They also use a good handmade wonton with delicious filling. A lot of places mess up on their use of wontons and sauce.
LOVED the lamb noodle soup!! I generally love lamb across the board, and they do it really well here - clear broth style, hand made noodles, no gamey taste/smell (so my mom says as she can be more sensitive to it). Greaaat price.“
“I guess pandemic era review: 04/01/2022(Sorry for the photo quality, there's a thick plastic barrier in the way, then Google downscales the quality after that)My family has been visiting here for decades. The lady is nice. They are willing to make a custom order for me that's not on the menu at all.The prices are good. The food tatses great. The servings are generally good.I've never had problems.Small family business. My usually places are kind of far, so I have them make me fried eggs with tomatoes :)Very unknown restaurant unless you go out of your way to find small restaurants, or frequently shop at the grocery store inside the building. The restaurants here should get more attention, I hope people see my review(s).I would suggest either choosing from the menu or knowing Chinese to order; English may or may not be understood. I simply have a clear picture of what I want made :) The daughter usually isn't here to help take orders, from what I've noticed.I have them make me fried egg with tomatoes because my usually place(s) are kind of far :)This place is in an area with lots of other adjacent restaurants. The restaurants I've tried have been good, but this is the place I frequently find myself at.“

“So I just visited Hong Kong a few months back and the wifey and I was craving some authentic HK style breakfast hence we decided to head over to the Delicious Food Corner on Valley Blvd in Rosemead. We got there just right after they open because we weren’t sure if there was gonna be a wait since it is a popular HK style eatery in the area, luckily we got seated right away and was greeted by the servers with the menus. My wifey ordered the beef congee with rice stick and chow mein combo and I ordered the Sautee Beef Instant noodle combo with their HK famous Pineapple Bun. The food came fairly quickly and we dove right in and boy did it hit the spot as everything was spot on with what we had back in HK. The congee was favorable and smooth while the rice stick and chow mein was cook just right not too greasy which made everything perfect. The Sautee Beef Instant noodle was also superb with the right amount of curry and soupy flavor which I was so craving for and the pineapple bun was down just right with the butter melted but not burnt. The hot milk tea that we ordered along with our combos completed the whole meal as you can rarely get the perfect cup of HK style milk tea from other places and they did their tea just right. Overall it was a great breakfast experience and we will be back for lunch or dinner soon!!“

“Years ago my mom randomly came to this store after a gig in the area, and she was shocked by how good it was.
We happened to be in the area again, and my mom INSISTED on coming here. We ordered number 1 and some cucumbers. Clean, rich flavors. We got mild, and while there’s a kick it isn’t overwhelming. Numbing spice though!
Cucumbers were fresh, salty and rich on the outside and crisp.
Unassuming interior, delicious meal.“

“Consistently the best roast duck (not to be confused with Peking duck) even in SGV (San Gabriel Valley). Always juicy, tender, and amazingly tasty. We only take out from this store, but we do it regularly. I have no idea what the service is like or the physical plant, as my wife is always the one to go in to get the duck. Oh, the chicken chow fun dry is also consistently tasty, generous, with tender pieces of chicken. I don't know if chicken chow fun is even on the menu. Most places only list beef chow fun, but if you ask for chicken at Sam Woo, you get a very tasty dish.“

“Heard a few locals say this is one of their top 5 fave noodle spot.
I ordered #26 - Fujian Shrimp and Pork Mei Wong. It is dry noodles , soup on the side.
As you bite in you’ll immediately recognize the hint of vinegary flavor on the noodles. It was light, easy and sumptuously good.
On first look you might think it is Vietnamese as that cracker with shrimp looks like one. It turns out it is equivocally Fujian dish. Maybe Taishan?
Peach Green Tea - it is $2. I felt it was way too syrupy sweet. I did not like it as much.
If you get the one with plum in it, it is $7 buy 1 get 1.
The House Special congee - has shrimp , pork, chicken, beef, liver and kidney. I am not a fan of liver and kidney, they did remove it for me.
I came on a Saturday. 1pm. There were some people queued up outside but I was alone. I got seated asap.“
