“Only had the pizza, wings, beef lamb wrap and fries so far the few times I was at Tanforan. Fries were decent, wings were good (not dry), pizza was great (love thin crust), and the meat in the wrap was good, not dry and the wrap was very filling and wrapped tight. Overall I’ll give 5/5, and the staff was very nice as well. Will come back again if I gotta pick up another game or watch movie“

It will allow you to sample everything and still be content. I wish one thing they did differently was double the pita bread serving for the appetizer plate. That’s the only con. “This restaurant is close to the Milbrae Caltrain and Bart stations and the San Francisco International airport. It's an excellent choice for having food when dropping or waiting to pick up someone at the airport. The food is fresh and delicious There are good vegetarian choices.“

“The kebabs were so good, I don't think I've ever had kebabs that even came close to these. We came in kind of late but they were still friendly and served us a lovely meal. The hummus was flavorful and had depth, usually garlic is overpowering but not here. Even the dressing on the salad was delicious. I wish we lived closer.“

“We ordered the house combo and it was very tasty. It came with 4 meats(chicken,beef,gyro ,koftedes). All of the meat was juicy,tender and well seasoned. The rice. was fluffy ans delicious. The mixed green salad had tomatoes amd cucumber and was topped with a pickled cabbage and dressed to perfection. I only had a small bite of the pita because rhe meal was so filling. I can't wait to try the baklava we ordered. What a great find. I will definitely be going back to this restaurant.“

“Where do I start? First, I didn’t take pictures of the food because I already ate it 😅. The place (family market) is a nice corner store that sells everything from liquor to groceries with a kitchen attached (The big baba)! We tried their Philly cheese steak and it’s super tasty and filling! We tried the kofta plate and the chicken shawarma plate. The meats are great and the side fries are super tasty and crispy! Garlic fries is a bomb! Prices are fair, food is delicious, and quantities are big. Highly recommended! Will be back!“

“Our party of four came on a Wednesday evening at 7:30pm. Neighborhood parking is a bit challenging due to the popularity of the area with all the businesses there, but we found a 2 hr. spot (enforced until 9pm) after a couple loops. We ordered the house sampler plate, shish kabob, beet salad, the zahara bil tahini (cauliflower), halloumi, chicken shawarma, and for dessert, we had kanafeh, qatayef, halawa o buza. Everything, including the complimentary Palestinian dips with pita chips, was absolutely delicious- fresh and beautifully presented. It was hard to pick a favorite but I really liked the cauliflower! Two members of my party ordered a mocktail called Cinderella, and they were raving about it. The food was so good that we forgot to take pictures; we were too excited. I did remember while we were waiting for dessert, so there is one dessert picture in this review.

Our server, Lina, was attentive and very kind, and the other servers and staff were also very nice, professional, and polite. It was obvious that the staff wanted us to have a wonderful evening and we truly did. It is a very welcoming restaurant with lovely decor, excellent food and nice people. We can’t wait to come back and try more items!“

“This was a lovely last minute date spot before a movie! We were able to get seating right away, and the service was spectacular. We ordered two of the pasta dishes and a glass of wine - all of it exceeded our expectations, and we were disappointed to have to rush out of there so quickly to catch the movie. It also seems like a great spot to go with a group - plenty of seating and no wait. The owner was lovely, we look forward to going back soon to explore more of their wine menu!“

“Oh my goodness. Such a gem in the rough. Amazing food in the middle of an industrial area. I'm an old fat white guy, and the meal defeated me. For the first time in a long time, I needed a doggy bag. The Shawarma were delicious as were the pickled veggies and cole slaw. The Arabic coffee was to die for. So rich and thick!“

“Great wine, food and atmosphere. One salad is more than enough for two people. We got the Retsina wine which was off the hook, soft, velvety and delicious. We got the soup which was reminiscent of Tom Kha in a way and also delicious. Greek fries and lamb salad were also made just right and the food was brought out so quickly. “Awesome new vendor in the kiosk that used to be Bi-Rite in the Civic Center Plaza (pre-pandemic). I've had 4 things here (napolitano, caprese and veggie sandwiches and beet salad) and they've all been fresh and delicious with a generous serving. The bread they use is soft and yummy, not too "bready" with a good bread:fillings ratio. My main critique is the pricing, which -- while in line with SF prices -- isn't going to be accessible to most of the local residents of the TL/SOMA. The gelato pricing starts at $5.99. With a playground right behind the kiosk, it would be nice if the prices were lower so a family of 4 wouldn't have to pay almost $25 to get ice cream on a nice day.“
