It's difficult to find a quality sushi bar with top-notch 'wagyu' sushi. The carpaccio is outstanding and much more. The chefs (Luke, Jose, Effrin) all do amazing work, and the owner deserves praise for sourcing high-quality fish. When I'm not in the mood for cold sushi, the yellowtail cheeks are the best in Orange County. The price is also best you'll find in ALL of OC.
All jokes aside, this restaurant is truly excellent. It's owned by a very kind man and is a local favorite in a small part of Orange County.
Luke, bring in Monk Fish Liver and Yamakakai Tuna and I'll be here daily.😋“

“Came here for Father’s Day and we received phenomenal service and the food was amazingly delicious. My not-so-adventurous kids loved every bite. We will for sure be back!!! It was not too busy so our food came out within 10 minutes. Thank you, Manny and Ellie!!!“

“Food is absolutely delicious! The ramen has been hitting with these rainy days so happy this place is nearby. You can order online for pickup or on the phone too. The staff is super nice and the food is moderately priced but the quality is worth it.“
