“I ordered a Lentil miso patty burger and it was absolutely delicious. The patty tasted fresh and soft on the inside. It is a great alternative to impossible patty, that I always look for. Overall, it’s a great vegetarian option. The Ginger Sage Kombucha was also very refreshing.“

“Ok.. I just hit the jackpot with this Cafe'. I have been craving a hot pastrami sandwich for the longest time thinking the only place to satisfy my craving will be in New York until I gave Sweet Joanna’s a try. I was lucky to be there when one of the owners, Mr. Zaro, took my order and confidently assured me that their sandwiches are the best. He was not lying. I got the best looking layered sandwich of pastrami, cheese, pastrami, avocado, pastrami lettuce and tomatoes on a warm Dutch crunch. I had to take a photo of this master piece to post here. I was in heaven when I took the first bite. The bread, the cheese and pastrami were heated first, explained Mr. Zaro, then the other fixings were added. That way you get an amazing crunchy bread with warm pastrami, melted cheese and the fresh veggies. This place will be my first stop when I am in San Francisco. It is clean with friendly staff and a great service.“

“I got the green refresher, SO soothing and delicious. Staff is really kind even on New Years Day busy all day! Thanks for the delicious food. I got that and a vegan masala bowl. Delicious and a lot of food for the price in that area. I love this spot. Highly recommend. No pics but whether you get vegan or meat/vegetarian you’re eating good here. 4 stars on atmosphere because it is nice and warm but somewhat small and basic. Still recommend. 🫶🏼. The food is also prepared healthily as they bake their fries. Quality ingredients and really good seasonings. Something for everyone. “Baked BBQ Pork Bun was the best that I've had. Dim sum was a lot more expensive than the last time I visited. I thought that it was cheap that time, this time it was not expensive, but definitely not as reasonable. Food was still pretty good, but just not as good as several other favorite places around the country. Cash only!“

Perfectly fried, no batter, just flour and amazing seasoning. Has a slight acidic, spicy vein running through the seasoning. Really quite satisfying at 2am when the bars close, or buy a bucket for Sunday picnic. It's a franchise, so you can find it in most cities, at least in California. But again, it's in a gas station convenience store, so it's not a dine-in, seated meal. Some of the best fast food out there! I mean, who doesn't crave fried chicken every now and then?!“

“It was late night order and I’ve never had a burger dog before but wanted to try since frisco fried out them on the scene back in the day. Ordered my door dash and couldn’t wait. As soon as they arrive I could smell the goodness so I take my pics and dive in.Burger Dog: Hefty on the meat, felt like it was more beef than an actual burger and I wanna say easier to eat. Only change I would add bacon and that’s my bad. Very good burger dog!Bacon Hot Dog: Butterflied Beef Dog with crispy bacon! Another hit.Very simple menu options but they hit it out the park. Would definitely double back to this spot to try them fresh.

Parking: It’s on 20th street so not impossible but keep your eyes open spots get taken fast

“Uncle boys is a go-to for a late night burger, chicken sandwich, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, fries. They're available on delivery apps, but they also have their own app that they prefer to use to keep prices lower and profits in-house.

I've had many good experiences. Mostly doing delivery and takeout with them. Uncle boys has a cool history and I'm glad they're around the area when things tend to close on the earlier side.
