“I googled "best Chinese in LA" and then this popped up as the #1 place. So we drove - and had a very good meal. However, if you expect the classic Chinese dishes, you will be disappointed. This is Shezuan, "a different animal". So no rice, no sweet-and-sour-this-and-that. So be prepared for very spicy Szechuan food. Noodles. No rice. Try the dumplings, they were delicious. We ordered mild (1 out of 5 spice degrees) and we were burning inside (we had two separate orders of dumplings - but spice grade 1. There is no consistency, so be careful). So if spicy is what you are "in" for, you'll love it. The ambiance is sort of authentic ;-) - the sign on how to use the toilet (outside the restaurant in the alley) says more than words. But then, it was $100 all-in for the four of us only. My advice: I could barely understand the service language. Better check the menu before you go. As we were first-timers, I wanted to share three starters and three mains among the four of us and leave it up to the waitress to make us explore - she did not understand. I asked if they served beer. The answer was "noodles or dumplings". :-)“

“The sushi here is solid. You get lots of pieces and thicker pieces of fish for a good price. My favorite roll was the sunset roll!
My family and I also ordered the tempura ice cream for dessert. It wasn’t the best tempura ice cream we’ve ever had. It could have had a crispier exterior and the ice cream didn’t have a strong matcha flavor.“

“Located inside Sheraton hotel next to the bar area. We tried seafood tasting menu. Food was good but nothing to rave about. Most of the dishes used crab meat for the main or for garnishment: It was overdone. Service was good, nice ambiance although lights were turned off in some part of the restaurant.“

“The taste is very good. Regular customers suggested that the rice bowls are too small. They are all freshly made and taste very good. Nowadays, there are too many pre-made dishes. The store is quite good. With so many bad reviews, I think many of them are discredited by peers. I recommend the lamb chops for 16.99.“

“The uncle is super nice and the boss lady is very nice.Freshly baked salted crispy chicken, crispy and slightly spicy yydsThe winter melon tea is the least sweet that any of us have ever tasted. It is very refreshing and sweet. The braised eggs are also delicious. The most important thing is that it is fresh and not salty ?Although the store is not big, it is very cozy and sells fashion music ?“

“This place was fantastic 👏🏻 👌🏻. The food was fresh and delicious, and the fresh hot pot 😋 was a treat. Not to mention, I had an invaluable assistant. I had the chicken, beef, and vegetables, and my date had her delicious pork and vegetables dinner.“
