The two women working provided amazing customer service and were very patient with me in helping me choose a drink despite how busy/active they were in preparing other orders (date today 07/01/2023 @ 6:45 PM). Got jasmine milk tea 50% sweet with cheese foam and YUM I give it 5 stars!! Great boba! Detailed breakdown below:**Service, 5/5** Minimal interaction with staff because you order at the kiosk. Also, a lot of the flavored bobas weren't available when I came by, but it was a weekday afternoon, so maybe that explains it.**Decor & cleanliness, --/5** Not applicable, this location is appended to the side of 99 Ranch Market, so there's no "interior" and it's hardly a standalone shop. Decent tea spot that's a bit overpriced. I got the Jasmine Milk Tea with honey boba, less sweet, less ice. The Jasmine flavor was pretty good but it did taste a bit watered down. With that, the boba was a chewy and malleable texture which was unexpected. The self order kiosk was convenient but there was only one which meant waiting in line a couple times.
