“Found this place while visiting San Jose. Overall the food was pretty good, a little too sweet for my liking but everything was served hot and fresh with big portions. The atmosphere is very quaint and cute. I love the decor and the all the employees seemed fairly kind and helpful with helping us decide on what to order.“

Pick up was super easy--they had set up tables with lots of space in between orders and room for social distancing. And you should have seen the size of the bottle of hand sanitizer available for anyone to use! Let's support our local businesses and keep Blue Mango going!“

“A very hidden gem in San Jose. I never would have known this was here. Quiet atmosphere, attentive service, grand portions and the Thai tea is freaking sweet. We ordered a Thai tea to go. The Korean chicken and waffles are delicious, sweet tasting fried chicken. The Bahn mi skillet was a perfect size for me (I'm a big guy).

Oh and yes they have mimosas.“

“This is some of the best Thai food I have found in the Bay Area. Their curries in particular have quite a smooth flavor - I would recommend the Panang, the Red, or the Massaman. I find it hard to tear myself away from those, but when I do, I have had an enjoyable time with both the Pad Thai and the Pad See Ew. And if one is getting takeout and wants rice to eat later, the Siam Fried Rice is great. Tomato in fried rice is not something I have seen before, but it tastes great in this! Frankly, I'm surprised I rarely have to worry about getting a spot - this place is astonishingly under-utilized for being so amazing. Probably because a lot of folks do not know about them, but they keep my vegetarian partner well fed, and she is a bit of a picky eater besides, so I would like to keep them around and in business! Finally, they are doing an amazing job of staying open and efficient during the Covid-19 crisis, implementing better order/online and cheap delivery options. Thank you so much Thai Erawan for doing a great job, and I hope more people eat there so that you can always be around! (Oh, and the heart-shaped rice-moulds just happened to be very on point the first few times I brought my partner there - so extra points in my book for that!)“

“Thaibodia is a great spot if you are eating with family or a group. Portions are generous and work really well for family style sharing, so ordering a few dishes is usually more than enough for everyone.

Food comes out hot, flavorful, and consistently good. Nothing over the top, just solid Thai dishes at a good value. We almost always have leftovers, which is a nice bonus.

“Long overdue review, But I've been going to Thai Elephant Express since they've open. I can remember when their Pad Thai prices were around 8-9$ a plate! (Miss these prices )

Although prices have gone up, the quality hasn't changed. Everything I've tried here is delicious.

My go order is usually the 2 plate combo with, Rice, Garlic chicken and either the yellow curry chicken or tamarin fish.

If you haven't tried their Pad Thai, I would strongly recommend this as well. The portion sizes in everything you order is very generous, and their service is friendly and quick!

Parking can be a bit crazy, so sometimes I'll park across the street at Target, and then walk over.

“Good ambience. Food is tasty. We ordered pad kee mew but the soya sauce was strong the owner ( who is a chef as well,) personal came to understand the problem and talked to us nicely about his commitment for good taste. Appreciate the genuine efforts.

Unlike other Thai restaurant, a veggie dish come with tofu as your choice of protein but here it's either vegetable or tofu. If you want a mix then it's a extra. I think this should be changed.“

“First time at Westfield Oakridge Mall and decided to grab dinner here during my visit. The food is fresh, tasty and affordable. Those are rare qualities to be found in Mall food courts. “Laksana happened to be right in Crescent Village where my friends and I were meeting up for an event. We didn't have much expectations at first but was pleasantly surprised at the experience. First, the ambiance is undeniable. A higher-end feeling Thai restaurant with lavish decorations and a color scheme that calms you as you're dining inside. They have a large menu with a lot of staples you'll find at most Thai restaurants. What surprised us was that they have a dedicated vegetarian menu, meaning we were able to order and modify items to be made fully vegan so everything could have a little bit of everything. We started with their Roti and Papaya Salad, both came with large portions and with great flavor. The salad was actually spicy and refreshing. Our two mains included a Red Curry with Soft Tofu and a Fried Tofu Basil plate, and some brown rice on the side. The tofu basil dish was our definite favorite. The tofu was cooked very well and we kept going back for more. While higher in pricing, the food and portions were pretty good and the ambiance was one that really stood out for us.“

“My first time try Lao food and it was very delicious! I got the Kao Poon and a sausage. The Kao Poon, perfectly flavored noodle soup, i paired with the spicy Lao sausge, very flavorful. Great combination! Very friendly staff! Looking forward to go try more of the menu.“
