“I am surprised I didn't have a review for this restaurant earlier. The last time I came, I was obsessed the Next Level breakfast burrito, and I couldn't stop myself from getting it again! Their turmeric latte is delicious and worth the try. Have yet to come for lunch, but maybe next time I will get lunch. Breakfast ends at 10:30am, it looks like. There is seating outside at the parking lot, and it's covered if you'd like to sit and relax for a bit. While it's a small spot, it leaves an impression on you.

Parking: Approximately 30-40 spots but it also houses other businesses, and that can start to become crowded around 10am.“

“i judge donut shops by the quality of their plain donuts. after trying several different shops, magdali deli remains #1 on my list! their old fashioned batter is buttery and sweet even without glaze, fried to crisp perfection.

the donuts are slightly higher priced than some other places, but i believe they taste better. the espresso machine is usually broken so i go for a café con leche. i like that they sell mexican candy and snacks!“

“No frills great drinks and snacks. I really love this place's design and set up, feels old school in all the right ways. The milk shakes are great, and I love the little egg puffs. Guys working the counter were all hard work and friendly. Seems like a spot for a lot of young people to get an affordable bite. They have a lot of fun arcade and board games to try out too“

“The service provided here was one of the best. I came in with my brunette partner and we didn't feel discriminated against. Gricelda was very kind.

Our food came out quickly and hot. The portions were very generous for the price. And the dishes were delicious. Gricelda brought us a homemade green sauce.

“I saw someome make a TikTok about this place and immediately knew I had to add that to my list. I headed out to Berkeley on a Friday morning to try it out and I bought a friend who isnt a big fan of Thai and or Asian food. I was thankful to experience this style of northern Thai cuisine I believe the order Tanzie referred to it as. The hospitality and service was above average. I enjoyed all of my food and so did my friend. The pork jowl was agreed to be are favorite out of the all the dishes we tried. Very juicy , flavorful and just all around deliscious topped off with that crispy fried garlic. The brown rice over that soft scrambled "lava egg" was to die for paired with the savory tomato based minced pork that I ordered extra spicy of course. The star of the show that me and my friend both agreed on had to be the "prik nam pla" which I would describe as a sweet and spicy vinegar or fish sauce based dipping sauce accompanied by a nice punch of spice from the thai chili peppers. I dont have any complaints whatsoever and I will definitely be back.“

“Vibes were immaculate, the drink I got was not.
I got an iced kinfolx latte which has cinnamon, nutmeg , brown sugar and organge zest.
I couldn’t taste any of that.
The espresso was very very strong so if that’s your thing you will like it!

My partner is a big fan of the smoothies, particularly the almond butter one. The staff here are always so welcoming and kind. Among smoothie bowl places that i’ve been visited in Bay Area, this place has one of the most aesthetically pleasing bowls. The price is a bit higher compare to other smoothie bowl places, but it is worth it since they offer great variety of topping. The taste and the texture are okay. “Went on a little date with my lady to this place. We saw it on Bay Areas Check Please. The fried chicken sammich caught our eyes. Went on at about 2,….maybe? Was busy but was seated fairly quickly. We check out the menu while in line so knew what we were gettin. Noah, I believe, was the waiter fella(the reason I didn’t give that fifth star was cause after he took our order, we didn’t see him again). He was food came out not soon after we ordered. Hella quick. I got the chicken(breast/wing) and waffle with sweet potato butter. FIRE!!!. My lady got the chicken sandwich. MORE FIRE! To wash it down I got the brown sugar lemonade. JOHN BLAZE FIRE!!! Also there was a live dj spinnin on the 1’s and 2’s. Kind of a neo soulish vibe. Overall, it’s a dope spot. Nah’mean?!?! Forgot to mention that we shared the shrimp ‘n grits. My lady loved it. Once I dabbed a bit of Chrystal’s hot sauce on it, it became……FIRE!“

We sat on the street, watching the world go by while shoveling in the delishness. Affordable & we paid with card. Could use some fresh paint & some deep cleaning though. Bathroom needs a gut job reno.“

It was on Sunday, which is typically the brunch time of day so I plan on going back during the week when it’s not as busy. “Went here for the first time this morning after a friend raved about the place. I ordered the turkey sausage breakfast sandwich. The service was friendly and everyone was really nice. The environment was clean and welcoming. They have free Wi-Fi. My sandwich was brought out within about 5 minutes. It was hot and fresh and everything was good. My only issue is that they make the egg in the microwave. I could tell from the texture and steaminess of it that it was microwaved, probably in a plastic container. I asked the employee if a microwave was used for any part of the cooking and he confirmed they cook the egg in the microwave. When I go to a cafe, I don't want my food microwaved. If I had known they would microwave, I would have asked if they can make my eggs on the grill instead of the microwave. I might try that next time and see if they will accommodate, because I avoid the microwave.“
