“Have always had a great experience at The Money Pit; except for today (10/28/24). My wife and I stopped for lunch and ordered 2 hamburgers, 1 fry, and 2 drinks. At the time of ordering your employee gave me a to-go carrier for the two drinks, and I told her that we were eating at the Money Pit. She gave me two cups for the drinks. I paid the bill of $20.04 with cash, and she gave me my change. She seemed very put out that I was not taking the drinks and food out. Anyway, when they brought the meal, there were 3 hamburgers, not 2. I said I ordered 2 and she basically told me I was lying and walked away. If you get a server about 30-35 years old, 5'4" tall, with glasses at the Money Pit expect to be treated in a rude matter. Never happened to me in the past (over 10 years of eating there), and I hope you don't have to deal with this employee.“

“Shout out to Cashier Raul! Super helpful and friendly, he went over my order slowly (I had a large order with special requests as well), he was so enthusiastic and made it his goal to ensure our order was correct. As a manager (myself) in the customer service industry, it’s refreshing to see employees at places we frequent who stand out in such positive ways. All the staff at In N Out are great, but Raul definitely stands out. Thank you, Raul!“

“Maria with the glasses was on it! She was taking orders working in the back and still came out to wipe down tables! She provided us with excellent customer service and definitely stood out when it came to her team! Even tho there were alot of customer Maria took control and did it with a smile thank you once again Maria for the great experience you are highly appreciated ma'am!“

No tortillas on the east coast come close to the authentic taste and texture of a Cali Burrito type of tortillas.
I order the big 14” ones monthly to get that little taste of SoCal out here in on the east coast.

“I got Jr Whopper set with nuggets and fries. Food is as Burger King gets, though I'm surrpised at how hot and crispy the fries are even though it was seasoned a little too much for my taste. The buns were dry as expected but the veg in the burger felt fresh.
The atmosphere is pretty nice, with comfortable seating, decently clean, and lots of windows to bring in sunlight.
What I want to highlight is the staff! The staff is very kind and ready to help. I wasn't sure if they had nuggets in the morning so I asked and they were kind and patient in answering my questions, suggesting the menu, and waiting for me to decide. I hope this place gets better reviews and more people :)“

“I recently ordered My Favorite Jumbo Jack burger Regular style No added anything ! They're on sale 2 for
$ 5 . I usually always add cheese , No Ketchup , Grilled Onions . This time I just went with a Jumbo Jack , Jack in the Box style and it was Soo Tasty ! It really wasn't missing anything ! Great taste just the way it was !
And their Tiny Tacos are Yummy too ! Jack in the Box has Great Food Choices ! Enjoy !

“OMG! Del Taco you are so nice. I ran out to get a very late dinner of tacos � and a chicken burrito � to save for lunch tomorrow. I had my hands full of stuff I was putting in my trunk so I wouldn’t forget it in the morning and what did I do? I go through the drive thru and get to the window. I reach over to grab my wallet out of my purse and there’s no purse � . When the nice man came to the window, I apologized and told him I forgot my purse. He told me they were closing early to have some work done, and gave me the tacos. ���. You can be sure I’ll bring by the � in the next few days. I really appreciate not having to run all the way back home and then turn around and run all the way back to get some dinner. Thank you Del Taco and the nice man in the window.“

“Predictably good food, served up fast, hot and tasty. McDonald's has added packets of hot sauce that are actually incredibly good. Try them next time on the hash browns and even on those double burgers. Still prefer McDonald's catch up for their fries. Everybody is well trained and friendly. What's not to like? An American classic food establishment.“

“They were way understaffed for a lunch rush on a sunday. Only three people on sift. The three people working did great under the pressure. Wish management would have given them atleast two more people so the line could have moved better, and so mistakes were made, but the staff even though short handed were very welcoming and fixed my order promptly.“

“I'm writing this preview to acknowledge Jay for exceptional service hard work. She answers the phone. She takes the order. When you arrive she is the cashier. And then to my surprise she's also cooking the pizza. While waiting for the pizzas to be finished she is preparing the line with boxes and stickers and all at a very fast rate and all the time making sure that pizza come out correctly. If I was still in the position to do so today I would offer her a job without thinking twice. Regardless of experience I could tell in a few minutes that she could adapt to any situation and be an amazing employee. Thank you Jay.“

I really want to love this place, as it's a local mom n pop shop and convenient for sandwiches, however, this is the second time in the last 3 months we have been overcharged.
Today I ordered a "lite lunch" 3" Tuna which includes a drink. I also ordered a 6" Ham and cheese combo- I ordered an extra bag of chips to complete both meals and was charged for 2 drinks + a medium combo. In short, I was charged for an extra drink at 2.90
The last time we came, we ordered 1 Meatball, 2 ham n cheeses, and made 2 a combo. All sandwiches were 6", however we were charged 2 combos and 2 drinks.
Either combo only means chips, which is 4.85 for a bag, or we are getting double charged for drinks.“
