“Came here on a Thursday night to enjoy a paella pop-up and it did not disappoint. Very good and innovative selections of wines along with a fun atmosphere. Especially appreciated the displays of vinyl and old videotapes. An excellent addition to the East Bay wine scene.“
“Amazing place, a bit unexpected when you drive by. Ihad great moments and made best friends. Cocktails are best in region! Try!“

“What a cute spot. Stopped in for a cold drink and to use the bathroom in the middle of a hellishly long wait selling clothes in a cramped crossroads, what a relief to find this spot. I look forward to coming back. I like the pineapple hops cider the server recommended.“
“Very cool atmosphere but took almost an hour to get our drinks .“

“Popped in for lunch to check out the newly opened H&T and loved it. The brisket was delicious with a side of Vaquero beans that packed plenty of flavor as well. I could see the bar is well stocked with a great selection of spirits as well as a bunch of quality local beers on tap. Points as well for having a quality N/A offering. I received fast and very friendly service. Looking fwd to visiting again soon and wish this new business the best of luck as it was obvious that plenty of heart & soul is invested at heads & tails.“

“I loved this place and I had a good time there. I don't drink a lot. I had a single beer here with a friend and I really enjoyed my time while I was there. The bartender was friendly. I had a beer and my friend had a virgin cocktail. Both tasted great! ????
Kid-friendliness: I'm not sure why you would take your kids to a bar. I mean I guess my dad used to and I turned out fine. ? Seriously though, don't take your kids to bars.“
“Really welcoming atmosphere for our group as we were walking around Sausalito and looking for something approachable after a long walk across the bridge. Pool tables, juke box, long bar, cheap drinks. They had some special flavored tequilas they were making some nice on-the-fly cocktails with for some in our group, and we were really happy with them.“
“It was my first time to this iconic venue. I saw one of my all-time favorite bands play, Steel Pole Bathtub with the Antler Family opening. This is a quaint little venue and people come from all over the Bay Area. It's also run by all women. It's also not far from the BART station.“

“Had an absolutely amazing time at tipsea last week. Great neighbourhood bar with lots of cool regulars. And the service was phenomenal, Felix and Monica really took care of us and made us feel special. The drinks were complex and delicious, plus $1 oysters! Highly recommend checking it out if you're in town“

“This was my first time dining there. Definitely not my last. First class atmosphere, Customer Service and food. I see other items on the menu I want to try. And the best part is the locale. I only live 2.5 miles away from a top notch dining venue on the water. Fantastic!!“
“I was really impressed with Copper & Malt. The layout makes it very easy to find what you’re looking for and Ashley is very knowledgeable when it comes to wine. I recently tried an orange wine and was surprised how much I liked it considering I usually prefer red wine. I also tried a bit of sake. Since I don’t like the taste of alcohol, I was surprised how smooth cold sake is. I’m no longer turned off to sake and would recommend doing a sake tasting if you’re new to it like me.“
“It was a great positive experience and true local hidden gem! Come say hi to the owner Ann, tell her I sent you.“
“Need more hand sanatary for people that dont wash their hands. (u dont even wanna know)Other then that Davet poors a smooth Gin & Tonic..Dude used to poor a nice one for me. So, ill go down to see if hes working at the "Capri"“

“The Owners of this bar are super unique spirits full of awesomeness.. and they provide Live Music, which is so important in this world full of stress and chaos. Also, they kept the feel of the old Toots...and walking into familiar atmospheres is a great sense of comfort and family.“
“Kerry House, nestled on Piedmont Avenue in Oakland, stands as an exceptional local haunt revered by residents for its vibrant atmosphere and welcoming vibe. The establishment boasts a well-curated jukebox and an inviting outdoor patio where smoking is permitted, making it a rare find. Bartenders exude energy and friendliness, contributing to the lively ambiance that has been a hallmark of Kerry House for years. Flanked by exquisite restaurants and charming baguette spots to both the left and right, it's positioned in a bustling area, promising an engaging experience. While soaking in the locale's lively spirit, visitors should be mindful of parking regulations. Ensure you feed the meter or opt for paid parking to avoid the inconvenience of a ticket. “Recently hosted my partner's 30th birthday here. From beginning to end, Jennifer was extremely accommodating. She worked with me to figure out which of her several party packages would work best for me -- she truly offers something for every price range! Once we hammered out the basic details, Jennifer made sure to capture the smaller ones too. For example, the party I hosted was a surprise party. She asked me to share a photo of the guest of honor, to ensure that none of the staff accidentally ruined the surprise when we walked in. The music, drinks, staff, and atmosphere were all great. Loved the back patio as some extra space to grab some air. Since we came during the holiday season, the bar was beautifully decorated with ornaments and lights, which made everything feel so fun and festive. Overall, can't rate this place highly enough. Thank you, Jennifer and Acme staff!“

“Nice place to hang out and watch some live music. Was there to play the club with my band Midnight Sinfini. The sound system wasn't high tech so the sound could have been better but was a really fun place to play a show. I would consider playing here again.“

“I don't really like bars for the most part, but this place has a great music scene!
I came to support a friend at the jam, Ceasar Myles and the Dreaded Truth reggae band came from the SF peninsula, and the next thing you know we had a Saturday night gig.
Now they want us back...
So much for staying out of bars.
The family atmosphere on the Tuesday night jams is amazing, I really can't say anything bad about the place.
As a musician, getting a consistent warm welcome and a plate of food is over the top for me.
I have never been treated so well at a club gig, it's like being the headliner at a festival, such nice people there!“

“Tikka masala: spicy but good, great portions of tender lamb (I like spice but needed more rice).
Service was quick and friendly--a godsend as I was starving at 11pm. They serve food late.
Cocktails not my fave but good. You can't beat this place for late night food and drink, however. If I was still in college, I'd come here.
Great dim interior, cozy to hang out in. Noticeably young crowd, though.
I miss the old location but the new one ain't bad.“
“We were made to feel so welcome here on our first night in Oakland, had a great experience at this bar. The bartender and the local crowd that night were so friendly. They gave us great suggestions on things to do while in town for Halloween Meltdown. Would of never thought to take the ferry while we were here otherwise and it ended up being a favorite experience on our trip. Great dive bar atmosphere. It was cool to hear about the punk history of the place. The bartender sent us home with homemade spaghetti! We can't wait to visit again sometime.“

“Club Tac in Crockett, CA, is a hidden gem that pleasantly surprises with its eclectic atmosphere. The unpredictable charm keeps you on your toes, and the friendly service adds a welcoming touch. Don't miss the chance to indulge in the delicious Italian sausage sandwich – a must-try that leaves a lasting impression. The pool table adds to the entertainment, so be sure to bring some extra dollars for a game or two. Christina, the talented cook and owner, is the mastermind behind the crispiest fries you'll ever taste. If you find yourself in the quaint town of Crockett, a visit to Club Tac is a culinary adventure waiting to happen.“

“Ordered the cheeseteak and alfredo pasta. The entrees alone were already a 5/5 with the taste and presentation.
Then dessert.
I wanted to try the vanilla bean bar, but they had replaced it with caramel bar and ice cream.
Disappointing but I do like caramel too.
I bit into it, died, and ascended.
That dessert was a 10/5.“

“Tap Hause at UC Berkeley is always my spot for sure! Drinks are top-notch and won’t break the bank. The bartenders, whether students or not, are all about great service. “The food was incredible, the place was perfect for the event. However the bartender felt overwhelmed and was giving out a bad attitude. Got a little uncomfortable for a couple of ladies when he slammed down a glass or two. The other came by and asked us to place our drink orders with the waitress only. I highly recommend this place but beware of the bartender.“

“Chinatown can be a daunting place to dine in San Francisco due to its vast authentic cuisine which is unlike anything outside of China itself. I don’t speak or read any of the dialect, but somehow managed to order food and drink that was delicious. I’m pretty sure that we created much amusement for the other diners who were rather interested in the ‘foreigners’ selections. Hey, we’re tourists from the UK enjoying our adventures and are used to ridicule thanks to our lousy corrupt government, it was no big deal. Chinatown, great cuisine in very different surroundings. Highly recommended.“

“Loved my birthday dinner tonight! Portions small for the prices in our opinion. A scallops main dish with 3 scallops is small. Drinks were amazing, decor fabulous and great service. My son had to go eat more food afterwards as he was still hungry. Bigger portions would be good. Loved everything else! Great choices, appetizers, main dishes and creative drinks were delicious. Kind of surprised knowing they knew it was my birthday that they didn't offer me a birthday "something" to make it special. For these prices I would expect something.“
