“Great food, fast service. The waitress was friendly and they kept our coffee and water filled. The food was fresh although they weee out of asparagus and shrimp for my omelette. I had a vegetable mix that I selected myself. It came out just a few minutes after we ordered. The ham & eggs were great, too. The ham was bone in and thick. This place is a hidden gem.“

“This is my favorite restaurant of the year! Exceptional food and service, and I love the ambiance of being in a converted home. The menu is almost constantly changing (so plenty of temptation to go back).The first time I visited Heritage I booked a return trip as soon as I left the restaurant. “I picked up the Ahi Beet Poke bowl today for lunch! I loved the texture and flavor! It truly tasted like, and had the ‘mouth feel’ of poke. The dressing gave it a nice tangy flavor! The portion was very generous! Delicious! I will definitely be back to try other items on their menu!“

“The ambience of the restaurant is really nice and the staff were very friendly. Brian H was our waiter and he was very nice - since it was my first time at the restaurant he gave us some Pura Vita pins and stickers which was a nice surprise. “Found this hidden gem of a vegan donut shop. Usually vegan donuts are dry and tasteless. But for a pure vegan donut place this is really good. Small place and private own so they can focus on quality. Nice lady owner with a warm welcoming smile. Crème brûlée donut here is nothing I tasted before from a donut. I could easily order a dozen of these and take them to a gathering and it would be devoured.“

“Their food is so tasty. We tried the mergez sandwich with their French baguette and sautéed potatoes. We loved it. We also had a café crème with a delicious mille feuille (French pastry). their staff is very friendly. They do their best to make you feel comfortable. I definitely recommend this place.“

“We had a spontaneous but wonderful evening at Aliotta Via Firenze. We were in the beach cities area and looking for an Italian meal and this place exceeded our expectations. The staff were the utmost professionals and very welcoming. Chef Mike's passion for his craft is infectious. Most American restaurants would never be as accommodating to their patrons, but Chef Mike offered to make us whatever we wanted if it wasn't on the menu. He brought us a delicious fresh mozzarella and tomato salad which was incredibly satisfying. The menu offerings were definitely geared toward the American palate (e.g. pasta with chicken), but this is a genuine Sicilian establishment so if you want an authentic recipe, he can make it! Mike brought us a customized risotto with fresh vegetables, and pappardelle with sausage and peppers. We capped it off with cannoli and a lemon cake that is to die for. He even has Birra Menabrea, which we enjoyed throughout the evening. Mike's restaurant is the real deal.“

I ordered the burger special with cheddar cheese avocado grilled onions pickle with fries and black tea omg now I am gonna take a nap..I did order the chocolate chocolate cake to go..yummy delicious lunch“

“Everything here was chef’s kiss! My visit was in person and I ordered the Beets Me Burger! The Beets Me burger was so delicious and I loved the fact that it was made from mushrooms and beets. The flavor was amazing and the brioche bun was nicely toasted. I ordered the Biscuit Bomb and through UberEats and it is The Bomb! The biscuit was nice and soft and all of the flavors paired well together. The Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup did not disappoint! I will definitely be back for another visit whenever I’m in this area!“

“Great overall experience. The service was fantastic. The food was delicious. We ordered the house salad which was unique for a house salad and fresh! We also had the butternut squash ravioli - melted in my mouth and a tasty combination of flavors. We also shared the veal picada, although also quite tasty it is not my favorite preparation. “First time here and they nailed it. Got the Bolognese sauce, very tasty and the pasta, curly long ones, were excellent. The wine did not really pair with the red sauce, a Spanish dry red...Water next time perhaps. Will definitely return to this spot! The bread was very tasty ....after we had them cut it for us.“

“All gluten free desserts! The most popular pastry is the Almond Brioche, it was delicious and different, made with rice flour, served slightly warm and moist inside. We like it that it's not overly sweet. For coffee, we ordered a large mocha, it's on the smaller side, but it's wonderful and also not overly sweet. The service was prompt and friendly. Environment was clean and relaxing. Outdoor seating is a plus, especially for dog-owners.“

“Can't go wrong with complimentary fresh baked bread served warm. Love Fritto Misto. We've dined in a few times and ordered takeout once. All experiences have been fantastic with staff & food, although on one visit my sauce was broken and I should have sent it back but definitely not a deterrent from future visits. Pasta is definitely made in house along with pretty much everything else. Some of the specials & really complex pasta dishes can be on the pricier side. I appreciate how affordable the simple choose your pasta & sauce option is. They don't accept reservations. This spot can be really busy during normal dinner times but if you go before 6:30 you can generally get a table easily, no problem. If you take any of their pasta to go and need to reheat it, do it on the stove & not in the microwave..“

“Laurie's has this vegan chocolate cutie pie thing in a jar... it is to DIE FOR! So good! Folx here were happy to point out the available vegan items to us. We appreciated the time they took with us. The place smelled great and was lovely to visit. The parking and some of the local drivers are terrible though. Took us a literal hour to find parking--and some weirdo followed us in his car!“

“Many of the workers do not know a lot of basic questions regarding cakes and prices. I’ve ordered some drinks here over years and .. when a cup needs to be replaced before giving it to customers please do that because several times the cups are leaking every time you take a sip. Please be better at that. Thanks.“

“I've had a few cakes from this bakery and they are delicious. The bakery is very cute, def a neighborhood gem. The cakes are large and feed a good amount of people. I like that they can do vegan and everything is decorated beautifully.“

“It’s a cool concept and convenient for a quick meal pick up. It’s not a sit down restaurant, it’s like a collective of restaurants, like a food court but not because there’s only a couple places to sit and eat. You can order food online or at the site and pick up there. I didn’t know it was set up this way so it was confusing when driving there and trying to find it. The building says Daisy on it, you can park and go in.“

“We went there for my girlfriend‘s birthday and I have to say it was pretty spectacular. We had a drink at the bar. The bartender was very attentive and accommodating. The hostess came and sat us down when we were ready to be seated. Our waiter was well informed and told us about all of the specials. We didn’t want for anything. Everything was delivered to our table on time we weren’t rushed. Everything was delicious and well prepared. The food is very very good. Amazing actually. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody.“

“I've been to Rose Park a few times and their coffee is pretty good. The specialty drinks are a little on the expensive side but that's to be expected in downtown Long Beach. They have indoor seating as well as an outdoor patio with lots of seating.“

The food was seasoned so deliciously that it was simple to eat healthier. The texture and flavor of their “meat impostors” will trick your palate! “Lazt Dog is a great place in Torrance. Bar area is very nice, with several large TV's. Bar can be a little crowded, should remove a couple of stools to make it a little more roomy. Outdoor area looks really nice, but it.was a 40 min wait, so I opted for the bar. Food looked good. I had the Baja California burger, with the Apple Cider Slaw. Burger was done very well. wasnt very hot, as the bartender indicated, but it was good. Recommend leaving off the lettuce and tomato. There is a good amount of sauce on the burger, and the lettuce and tomato turn it into a slippery, drippy, hard to eat mess. But it was a really good burger. I will just leave those two items off next time. Beer was great, nice and cold. Bartenders were fantastic. they engaged with all the bar people. Kept water and beer filled. Overall, I will go back. There are a fee other items on the menu I want to try. Also want to check out the outdoor area.“

“I’m soo impressed with the food and service at this place. I just casually visited this morning for breakfast. I felt healthy after having their balanced breakfast of scrambled eggs, turkey sausage and potatoes full of flavor with fresh fruits. The organic coffee just hit the spot. I accidentally skipped the tip portion when I made the payment through their machine, and despite me requesting a reswipe, they gladly said it’s fine. I can’t wait to go back there and pay a double tip for their exceptional service and value for money food.“

They crafted a beautiful and simple design that perfectly captured the occasion, all while being super affordable. “The good:I had a red rooibos tea latte, chocolate chip brioche muffin and a custard cream and strawberry croissant from here for my birthday breakfast. The latte was great and wasn't watery nor too sweet. The custard cream was eggy and delicious. I liked that the tea was caffeine free because I'm nursing and trying to avoid caffeine. My toddler enjoyed the brioche muffin. They have so many delicious pastries to choose from. The croissant was flaky and the cream inside wasn't too thick or runny. The powdered sugar on top made it aesthetically pleasing. The bad:The brioche was just okay. It was a little confusing how it looks like a mini muffin with the texture of bread. They have something called a croissant cube that I'd love to try next time. The interesting:Rooibos tea's packed with antioxidants and is supposedly pretty healthy!“

“I love donuts. They are delicious, enriched, simple and affordable. It is what all donuts should be. This shop lives up to that expectation. The yeast donuts are fluffy and have a subtle crunch from the cooking process. The croissants are huge and generously filled. The jalapenos had a nice kick. The owners a husband and wife were both in the shop. She handles transactions with good customer service and he loaded the case. It's a labor of love and much respect to this donut shop in Long Beach. It is worth the visit for a solid donut and coffee.Parking: It was raining and early when I went. Parking could be difficult when all businesses are open.“

“Gemmae's has always been our go-to when it comes to family parties. We usually order the ube cheesecake and lumpia for pickup. The flavor and quality are always consistent, so we always go back. The online ordering system is very convenient; thus, picking it up at specific times has never been a problem! They use real ube, not those powder kinds they use at boba shops. I know.. I grew up mixing ube during fiestas in Silang, Cavite. The lumpia is excellent, too! The size is bigger than the typical lumpia from other Filipino joints. The inside of Gemmae's is excellent. However, there is no indoor dining, and it's solely for pick-up. One thing to note is the parking. It's situated in a small lot and can get full quickly. But there's plenty of free parking in the street. I will keep coming back here for our orders. The customer service is excellent, and the food/dessert is fantastic!“

“We had breakfast here and it was very good. I had their Quiche Lorraine, chocolate croissant and a cappuccino. My husband had the Californian and French Onion soup. The cappuccino was a bit hot (had to take off the cap to cool it off). Service was good and efficient. Will have to come back and try more from the menu.“
