“Just came back from a weekend in Manhattan where we had the best Italian dinner ever (Carmine's). Their chicken parmesan was so good. Since my daughter's favorite food is anything Italian, we thought we'd try the local restaurant. They had chicken parmesan on the menu so I thought I'd try it. Wasnt expecting much because I was spoiled by Carmines. It was good... not as big a portion but plenty ... the chicken was pounded flat, lightly battered, and covered with parmesan. And the sauce on the penne was really good. A great surprise. And even the appetizer, the calamari was fresh, on a salad with capers ... really good. great local find“

“Very nice and happy service.... I don't get to stop by that often but I remember the last few times I did I was very impressed by the good energy and respect that I felt shopping at this location. The food is amazing and the staff is amazing also. The cashier lovepreet was amazing he ran down all the promotions and if you have a phone number on file you can get discounts on food and gas etc. Offered me free Fuji water and everything they had to offer.... This is one of the happiest gas stations in San Ramon. Don't take my word for it, go see for yourself. There's a little old Chinese woman that works there she is sweet as pie.“

The food is wonderful: we started with a dozen oysters and crab cakes and both were delicious (we were a party of four); our entrees were the excellent blackened halibut (one guest did not care for the spicey topping, so cut that off, but the other guest devoured the fish with gusto), the sea bass was perfect, and the scallop risotto outstanding; everything was prepared beautifully and plated beautifully, too; portions were just right; for dessert we shared the lava cake and butter cake to rave reviews. Service was excellent: Robyn was our server and she was everything you hope for in that position; she timed everything nicely; she made great suggestions; she was warm and friendly; she checked for our satifaction with each course; she made sure our water glasses were filled when needed; and she did not rush the end of the meal after presenting the bill. “If you’re looking for amazing Chinese food, Mayflower is the place to go. The quality of the food is consistently outstanding, and the portions are generous—definitely great value for the price.

The highlight for me is the Peking duck. It’s perfectly prepared, with crispy skin, tender meat, and all the traditional accompaniments. Easily one of the best I’ve had anywhere.

Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere made the dining experience even better. The bus boy named Christian went out of his way to keep us our table clean and refilling our drinks.

“Always wanted to try seafood boils but never could in my hometown. This was the first place I hit after my move and it 100% met my high expectations. A bit pricy but has cheaper options anyone who want to save $$. Went here also for my birthday and was told about a deal going on for crab legs. Totally made the occasion extra special and had food for days. Definitely still good reheated too. Highly recommend. Don’t let the empty tables fool you. It’s much better eaten at home anyways. Only complaint is no salad or soup options since my friend wanted clam chowder. But otherwise amazing“

“We went to this place for the first time, not expecting much. It just looks likes a generic place in a shopping strip from the outside. When we entered, we immediately saw how clean it was and how friendly everyone was there. They were very attentive throughout the course of our meal as well! They have a little robot that brings your food out to you but the server is right there ready to get the food off of the robot waiter. The food was absolutely divine! We got the fish and a shrimp dinner instead of the combination plates. The salads were great as well! Overall, our experience was extremely satisfactory and I would recommend this place to anyone. It was a delightful surprise!“

“The gym is great. Pretty much everything you could ask for. Giant tennis area, 2 basketball courts, lots of cardiov machines, yoga studios with lots of classes, I usually don't have to wait for anything in the weight room. The big drawback is the cost. Very expensive membership. I wouldn't be going here if I had to pay for cost of membership.“

I got the spicy mayo and crunchy garlic as my sauce which was delicious. Good amount of seats inside. Pretty much street parking which can be difficult depending on what time of the day you go. “My favorite Sushi spot in Walnut Creek!!! It’s amazing here. I get the premium omakase and hand rolls every time. (Usually spicy tuna or salmon). The fish is super fresh and my favorite nigiri is the otoro of course.

They have some rolls there that are pretty good as well. The pacific roll is one of the ones we always get. But you can’t go wrong with all the others. Just pick the one with fish you like and it will taste so good.

3. Fried Rice
4. Beef and Brocolli
5. Sweet and sour pork
6. Fried pork wontons
7. Shrimp egg foo young - recent pick-up

& some refrigerated Dr. Pepper cans! Call ahead about 15-20 minutes and they’re always pretty good about getting done by then. Sometimes I wait a little extra but it’s because they’re a bit busy for dinner time.“

“Ok, if you have never had amazing mapo tofu or laziji (fried chicken pieces in dried chilis), two of my favorite Sichuan cuisine dishes, you HAVE to order these two dishes from this place, plus a bowl of rice. Phenomenal flavor, they hit it spot on with the best that we have had in Beijing, the only other place that can compare is Tasty Szechuan in Hayward, so of course we are happy there is a closer place to us in Dublin. Need to have it made spicy, or the tofu lacks the right flavor. The pain is worth the flavor! Their green onion pancakes are not good, but their gan bian sijidou (stir fried green beans) are super good, as well as their eggplant dish (if you like a slightly sweet flavor). Just thinking about those 2 dishes gets me salivating! Oh and then if you want the best milk tea, get it from nearby Feng Cha - regular black tea mill tea, don’t add any toppings, no ice, 75% sweetness (or 50% if you like it with just a touch of sweetness), sooo good, better than most places we tried in Taiwan. For $6, so much more worth it than all the mediocre ice cream places I have tried around here (still have not found an amazing local creamery). Enjoy!“
