I prefer the Andaman in Walnut Creek, they ask what spice level you want your food and give bigger portions of curry.“

“Jamshid, manager of TKS San Ramon, has the greatest food, pleasant staff, and an enjoyable place to dine with your family and friends. The chicken shawarma and beef lamb are very appetizing and delicious. His staff always is very accurate with portion size and never overcooks the food. It is so tasty that you want to go back the next day for dinner again. His staff is friendly, helpful, and quick with their service, and the food is presented beautifully with accuracy in what is ordered. Lastly, the dining area is very clean, well-lit, spacious, and organized to serve customers at any time of the day. The bathrooms are sparkling clean every time we use it.

Please dine at TKS in San Ramon, and I promise that you will have a very enjoyable experience.“

“Excellent quality healthy and authentic Japanese food at affordable prices. Service is fast (usually 10-15 minutes wait, but sometimes only 5!) And the place is very clean.

Very good spot for a date, or lunch/dinner with your parents. Also a great everyday lunch spot. I try to eat here once a week at least - when I need a healthy meal Asian style.

My favorite is the miso soup and side salad, add a rice and it's under $10. There are many food options in the $10-15 range for a full meal. My favorite soup is the vegetable udon noodle soup. I also like that they have soda pop available with no artificial sweeteners or high fructose corn syrup, so I can enjoy a soda sometimes without feeling too guilty about it.

The sushi is also great, and the teriyaki dishes yummy.

Best overall restaurant for healthy Asian food that isn't expensive and you can eat here any day, their open for business hours are consistent.“

“Our family has known Peni, Sherry,there kids and grandkids for over 12 yrs now. Once I saw and smelled the bbq over 12 yrs ago I gravitated towards it and have been a huge fan since. Their island q is the best on the mainland and I recommend trying it all since I don’t have a favorite. You can see the passion and love that this family puts towards sharing a little bit of their heritage through their food with all of us. “The food and experience where fine. Nothing out of the ordinary. The food came out fast and tasty enough. There are better places to eat Chinese food at, but the food here is typically of an average Chinese restaurant. The restaurant could do with an interior upgrade. The interior is out dated. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have do not have problems with returning to the restaurant in the future.“

“Tried 2 Karaa dosa, 1 Mylapore special dosa, 1 poori, 1 porotta, and 1 plate idly here. Idly was just ok. Poori with masala potato curry was really good, and the porotta was also good. Karaa dosa was spicy and the quantity was good. They served sweet for no cost which is very tasty like Annavaram prasadam. This gesture is very good. The Mylapore special dosa (with cheese and karaa) wasn’t as great as suggested by the staff—we were planning for 3 Karaa dosa but tried this instead, and it was a bit disappointing. At-last we had filter coffee and it is very good. They are also offering Coffee with Jaggery or Sugar. You can choose either of them.

Overall, poori and porotta were the best, and Karaa dosa is fine if you like it spicy.“

We could see the chefs carefully crafting the boat while we enjoyed some of their appetizers. Food and service was amazing!!
