I got a made to order omelet, minute steak and Louisiana sausage. They had a few more options like waffles and a fresh fruit salad bar as well. I had green tea… which suspiciously tasted like the raspberry tea that was next to it… but overall, for less than $4.50 this cannot be beat. They don't take reservations and we had to wait about an hour. Inside is small so you can see why there is a wait.

However, the staff were very attention and offered great service. We shared the birriaquiles and the French toast. Both were great, I just wish the barriaquilles had crispy tortilla chips mixed in vs all wet chips.

My friend and I had the strawberry mimosas which didn't look like the presentation online, but were still good.

“WOW!!! What a gem of a restaurant, we ate here for breakfast on a Tuesday morning and it did not disappoint. Everyone loved what they got; Village Omelette, Denver Omelette, Marilyn Omelette, and Jerry’s Machaca. I also got the Bloodsucker Mimosa. It was the biggest and best mimosa I’ve ever had. Even my in-laws liked it and they don’t really enjoy breakfast cocktails. I would highly recommend the homemade jam that comes with the toast my husband almost licked the sides of the ramekins that it came in.“

The owners (Otto & Selena) are amazing!!

One thing I noticed is despite how busy they all were Otto had a smile on his face the entire time.

Normally when it's busy and chaotic people tend to lose their smile because their stressed out. This is proof that when your doing something your passionate about it's fun and you enjoy every minute of it.
