“Cafecito1806 is truly something special.

I stopped by one day to try the coffee and was so impressed that I came back the very next day. It’s rare for a place to leave that kind of impression so quickly, but Cafecito1806 did exactly that.

The owner is one of the kindest, warmest people I’ve met, and it shows in everything about the shop. Every cup of coffee is crafted with intention, care, love, and skill. The quality of the coffee and products is absolutely top-tier, and you can tell that nothing is done halfway.

And then there’s Milo. He is one of the cutest dogs I’ve ever met and the perfect addition to the experience. Seeing him around the shop instantly makes the space feel warm and welcoming. He brings a sense of comfort that makes Cafecito1806 feel less like a coffee shop and more like home. Milo truly ties the whole experience together.

What stands out most is the feeling you get when you’re there. Great coffee is one thing, but creating a space that feels genuine, welcoming, and memorable is something special. Cafecito1806 has mastered both.

“We had awesome service by Dern! He was polite, friendly and outgoing. (Killer now tie too!) He made our experience so fun! I even witnessed his care for his customers as I watched him ensure an elderly man did not fall walking to the bathroom. Also, he seemed to interact positively with his teammates too. Thanks Dern! The facility and restrooms were clean. It was like stepping back in time. There are a lot of nostalgic things to take in. My husband and I split a classic hamburger, crinkle fries and a strawberry malt. All of it was delicious. My husband said, “if we lived here, I’d be a regular.”“

One of my favorite is the Mexican Mocha, the breakfast sandwich. To say the least everything on the menu is excellent. I’ve rather support this small family coffee shop, then Starbucks. “Yum! Glad this inspired little joint opened up on East Plaza Blvd. We needed a Japanese dessert place close by. Just returned from my Japan trip and sure do missed it. Had the strawberry sando which was very good. I'm not sure they are the same Japanese strawberries because Japan had the best organics ones. You will know the difference but sando here is delicious. I loved the mango sticky rice blend smoothie was GREAT! You will need a spoon to eat the chunks of goodness (sweet rice and mangos). The Genmai Honeydew was good if you like roasted matcha. “i frequent Lollicup for the Boba which is an option for any drink on their menu- hot, warm, or cold. The menu covers the usual flavored drink combos with just as many unique signature flavored drinks. Of course, like the Boba you have the option to get a traditional iced tea or hot cocoa But Why?? Lollicup also serves Slushies, Smoothies, Milkshakes, Snow, Dairy & Non-Dairy just ask the staff are always friendly and know their drink ??. Been here for 10+ years and Lollicup does not disappoint/hits the brain-freezing/warm-soothing spot Everytime.“

I've asked them to turn it down many times and the staff says they have no control. They also said that 90% of the customers mention the same thing and they feel like it's too loud. The staff is friendly and efficient as they tend to the constant flow of customers that filled the humble establishment.
Some may take mark down this Cafe for its simplistic decor; but others, like myself, find it charming. And after trying their dishes, it only adds delight to find a nice whole in the wall that let's their dishes speak for themselves.
I recommend dining in because you will get a serving of their egg drop soup and it is absolutely worth trying. It's hearty flavor reminds you of the soup you wish you had on a cold day or when you're feeling under the weather.
This is an establishment that deserves its business and I am already planning on coming back and bringing more family to experience it themselves.“
