But the mango habanero sauce was amazing and actually spicy I like the milkshakes here too. The only downside is that everything is kind of expensive for what it is. But the quality seems pretty good and its a big plus that they're open late. So I would eat here again! Updated from previous review on 2025-04-05“

The only issue I had with the service was that they did not do a good job of labeling the packages for the other guests in my party.“

“The manager David at this location during the evening time, was very thorough and all around pleasant to help me at the window. I’m an annoying customer asking for extra sauce on the side that comes in a hamburger and not a usual condiment and David was so nice and didn’t care that I had asked or acted like I was taking it from his own personal stash. The only drive thru I know of where you can get a polish sandwich with sauerkraut. Their orange Fanta floats are amazing too!“

“Yes!!! I was surprised, but then I wasnt? I dont know what to say. My lettuce wrap burger was perfect, my spicy nuggets hot, my chili delicious. I have to admit, every Wendy’s that I’ve been to has great service, and the staff has always been kind, but what this location did…. How beautifully they presented my food tray to me, I couldn’t help but smile and let them know I thank and appreciate all of them. I also want to thank whoever is training because everyone is well trained and kind, across all locations. Wendy’s has always made my food request custom to my preference. “I didn't get his name, but the daytime manager was everything and more that a manager should be. He was efficient and attentive, he moved quickly and made no mistakes on our multiple orders. While the restaurant had a short lull in the flow of patrons, he busted out to clean the dining room, all the while smiling and stopping briefly at occupied tables to communicate with us and others. We were up from La Paz, BCS, MX, and he was completely happy to indulge me as I practiced my Spanish with him. I made a point of letting him know that if he wasn't the manager, he SHOULD BE. “We live almost equidistant between two Carl’s Jr locations, but we almost always go to this location on 17th Street in Santa Ana because of the spectacular service! Specifically, Itzchel (Shelley), who’s almost always manning the window when we go there for dinner at least twice a week — she is a real asset to the company! Her happy smile and great service puts a smile on my face too!

We’re retired seniors, on the dreaded “fixed income”, and the coupons keep us returning week after week, in addition to Shelley’s kind and helpful attitude. Cooking is a real pain now that there are just the two of us; and the coupons make it affordable to eat out.“

“This location provided excellent customer service. There was an employee waiting to assist you with the ordering kiosk, I've never seen that before. She was very pleasant and helpful. The food was good, hot, fresh and presentable. The restaurant itself has some slight noticeable wear & tear, but was clean & in good order so overall we had a great experience. Good job team!“

“Road on through as a truck driver gotta say hands-down this is a very good place to stop. Food is very delicious and tasty very fresh. Got me the breakfast burrito with bacon eggs beans, and potatoes worth the money loved every bite. Salsa is very tasty. Also, the restaurant is very clean extremely clean exceptionally clean the staff are very polite respectful honestly when I say this, this place is a very good establishment. Gotta give it up to the morning staff manager. You got a good team there thank you guys. I will definitely be back when I deliver out here again.

“Order some frescas drinks for happy hour and my daughter wouldn't even drink it. It was disgusting. Everything else was fine. I went through the drive through and i was already home by the time I tried the drinks or else I would've asked for my money back on the drinks!“
