“Love this location. Staff is friendly, it's, clean and you're usually in and out quickly.
Parking: It's kind of tight. The drive-thru line runs right through the lot, so you tend to have to back into your space to get out more easily.“
“Cassie was absolutely wonderful! My dad and I decided to stop by before our flight home and Cassie took our order but she was so sweet and seemed so happy which was contagious. I wish we had that kind of service back home. The drinks and muffins were great! Service was quick and we enjoyed a nice sit in time :)“

“The staff was friendly. The barista mentioned they were out of the berries that go into my drink and instead suggested adding strawberries! It was great AND she didn't charge me the additional add in fee that is usually associated with adding strawberries!“

“It’s 7:39 AM — a brand new day, we’re alive, the sun is up… but apparently no one told the girls working at this Starbucks. I walked in hoping for a warm cup of coffee and some good energy, but the only thing cold was the attitude at the counter.
A smile, a simple “good morning,” maybe even a “how are you?” — it’s not much to ask, especially when you work at a place that literally serves liquid energy and is supposed to set the tone for people’s day.
Friendly tip: basic courtesy and a little education on human interaction go a long way. The coffee? Decent. The service? Still waking up, I guess.“
“I have to say that I had mixed feelings about my visit to the Starbucks located at John Wayne Airport this past Thursday. My server was Robert, and he greeted me with enthusiasm and took care to listen to my special request (decaf with hazelnut flavoring and cream and sugar.) That's where the good times ended. I ended up with a perfect combination of flavoring with cream and sugar, coupled with what I have come to know from Starbucks ... a metallic tasting coffee which was not worthy of the price. Will I visit a Starbucks again? Yeah, but only in an emergency. I am just not a fan of the coffee.“

“I’ve been ordering Starbucks everyday for the past few days cause of the holiday drinks from other Starbucks, (the sugar cookie almondmilk latte + vanilla sweet creme), I only had this place 2-3 times and let me tell you guys, this is definetly the best Starbucks. I’ve had the Brookhurst \\u0026 Edinger one , Newhope one, Ellis one, Adams one, but these girls at this Starbucks definitely made me drink the BEST. If I lived close by I’d come here everyday to be honest. The girls working here are so nice and they make the best drinks. Thank y’all!!“
“The line was super long and it was going slow BUT the drink is amazing and I know the staff is probably struggling quite a bit to get all the orders out. They looked really short staffed and overwhelmed. However I just wanted to say-if the staff are reading these reviews. You guys are amazing! I am so proud of you! The location is perfect, nestled right in the heart of downtown, making it a convenient stop for both locals and visitors. The ambiance inside is warm and inviting, with good decor and plenty of seating. Whether you're looking to grab a quick coffee or settle in to get some work done, this Starbucks has the perfect vibe.
The staff here are friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. My order was prepared quickly, and the quality was good. The baristas took the time to ensure everything was made to my liking. Only negative point was that the store was not very clean.
What really stood out was the outdoor seating area, which offers a great view of the bustling downtown streets—perfect for people-watching or just relaxing with a coffee.“

“I came to this starbucks on harbor and McFadden on the 9th of December and I was greeted by the nicest smiles and welcoming employee by the name of Jawn he was in a great spirit and took down my order with all patience and even helped me order a perfect drink I seen on tiktok, I recommend this place to all people who feel the jitters ordering complicated drinks.
