“I moved to Santa Clara about 5 years ago and this is the ONLY bagel shop we ever go to!! The food is fantastic, always fresh ingredients and delicious bagels. The staff is always so friendly, nice, and helpful.
But my favorite thing on the entire menu is the Vietnamese Iced Coffee!!! This is a little known hidden gem, but Cramer's Bagels proudly offers the most delicious iced coffee available on the entire planet. I simply do not go to Starbucks anymore. The flavor and energy is unmatched!
Basically if there was a rating higher than 5 stars I would give it. You won't be disappointed!“

“Where I go to get uplifted. Employees are so nice. I get my favorite drink, Cafe Fresco 24 oz, little conversation, dog biscuits, they let me vent if I've had a bad day. It is so close to home and I feel so calm and happy when I'm there. The chocolate muffins are so good, though the blueberry are better for you and pretty tasty.“

“Best bagel place in the South Bay! The food is wonderful and always so fresh, the coffee and lattes selection are always delicious, and the customer service is outstanding. They always greet you warmly and make you feel glad to be there. I can’t say enough good things about this place.“

“Came in for large coffee and bacon, egg and cheese on plain bagel. Coffee was strong which I like and bagel was a delight: toasted with bacon fried just right( I don't like crisp, crunchy bacon). Bit into a freshly made puffy bagel and took a drink of hot coffee. Simple but very delicioso for me. There are only 2 dine-in customers besides myself. Majority of customers just order takeout. Cost me $10 something for my bagel and coffee. They have breakfast bagels, spread on bagels, bagel sandwiches, espresso drinks, smoothies and milk tea. Convenient location with Safeway, Ross and other businesses in lot. Across the street from Central library.“

“This is the best donut store in the neighborhood - doubly good in that I don't have to worry about long lines like at Stan's donuts - this is my go to donut house! Prices are up - butter croissant is more like bread - so not light“

“I was having a turkey avocado club on a six cheese bagel and blackberry lemonade for the first time! This was just as good as the bagel sandwich from Main Street Bagel and Cramer’s! I consider coming back again! :)“

“I went in around the afternoon and was greeted by a very sweet lady. I’m pretty sure she was the owner of the shop. I decided to get the Kona Coffee Frappe and it was amazing, i think the coffee is her specialty :) she also gave my brother and i two tasty donuts. i recommend!“

“I'm so glad to have found this spot in the South Bay. The bagels are charmingly unsymmetrical and have a great chew and nice exterior. For those who like whole wheat bagels and toppings, the sesame wheat bagel is a fantastic option, though I also loved the pumpernickel/rye combo--took some of each to go for later in the week. This time (my second visit in 2 weeks) I had a bagel sandwich with omelette - #19 with avocado and all kinds of vegetable goodies, plus egg & cheese. Yum! I've had NY city bagels freshly made and while these aren't those, I can be happy eating these now. Love that it's not a chain. It's also great to see they're busy. I hope they keep up the great work.“

“Ham, Egg, and Tomato-Basil Cream Cheese on a Jalapeño Cheese bagel...without question, the best bagel breakfast sandwich I've ever had in my life. Highly recommend, and based on the 10+ person line at 6:55am on a Sunday before they opened at 7am, others agree.“

“Overall this is a decent bagel place that I would have no problem recommending to anyone. Is it fancy? Nope although there is seating outside. They are relatively small and quick and made a great latte to go with my lox bagel. My complaint would be that my bagel was a tad too toasted but I’ll remember that for next time.“

“As you walk into City Bagels, you’re hit by the delicious scent of warm bagels and baked goods. It permeates the air and makes you hungry. This family owned bagel shop is the kind of place that I am glad to spend my money.
Their drinks were not much to write home about - they were in boba cups. I had an iced chai which was a little watery(?) and was okay. The real stand out is the bagels. They have many flavors (I recommend Jalapeno Cheddar, which was a nice kick throughout the bagel). The ham and cheese bagel sandwich is very clean to eat on the go and tasty.
The lines are a little long and they seemed to get other peoples’ orders wrong, but for me it was a great experience!“

“Close to my hotel so I decided to try it out. Got 2 bagels to try: a salt with plain cream cheese and a poppy seed with strawberry, both were excellent. Wasn’t that hungry but ended up downing them both.
Perfect amount of chew and toasted exactly right, perfect spread to bagel ratio; some places overload it and it gets everywhere when you bite in.
Black Iced coffee tasted great and went perfectly. Overall my morning got off to a terrible start, but these bagels turned it around. I never leave reviews, but I was impressed. I’ll be stopping by again on my next work trip!“

“So yummy and fresh! We love the cinnamon crunch bagel! It must be popular because they often run out. But no worry, we plan ahead now and wait for them to make them fresh for us! They often throw in an extra for the wait! Yesterday, I tried the “Veggie Avocado” bagel sandwich... omg so good!!“

“A true hidden gem in Mountain View. We love coming here for our Saturday morning bagel fix. The bagels are made in-house and have a fantastic texture, with some unique flavors like Swiss cheese, spinach, and jalapeño. Their homemade cream cheese is also a must-try. I'm a big fan of their Vietnamese coffee—it's got a unique blend that's unlike anywhere else. The place is simple but spotlessly clean, and the staff always wears masks. Just remember, there's no seating; it's takeout only.“

“We eat here fairly often as we live nearby. Bagels are yummy and lightweight. My only qualm is with the cream cheese. We like to grab a mini tub of jalapeño cream cheese but it’s so disappointing seeing it half full? Would be nice to see this improved moving forward. Also would love to see a non-pork alternative for breakfast sandwiches such as plant based patty or turkey bacon added to the breakfast sandwich options for those of us that don’t eat pork.“

“2 out of 3 times my bagel was toasted just right (one time was burned). Those are pretty good odds. If you get there early, the bagels are still warm from being freshly made and are even more delicious. They are generous with the schmear, which is nice compared to other places that are stingy with it. There is a cozy dining area, which is just right for eating my bagel while still waking up.“

“I’ve never had a bad sandwich here and the service is friendly and quick! The bagels are fresh and tasty, for cold sandwiches the ingredients are cold, crisp and never stingy. I tend to get the chicken salad sandwich and pizza bagel but their other items are yummy too. Don’t even think of going to Panera! This is much better.“

“Best donut and breakfast sandwiches in the east bay hands down.
You have to get there early if you want the croissant sandwiches, if not the bagels are an excellent substitute. Donuts are on point, not greasy and or have a bad taste like most places.
Great smoothies! My boys love there strawberry banana and honey dew.
Family that owns this runs a clean restaurant with top notch customer service!“

“When you need a good hearty breakfast to power through your day, it's hard to beat a delicious breakfast bagel. I try to come here at least a couple times a month. They make bagels the right way - boiled and baked. This is one of those places where the staff is busy, but still always has a friendly smile. They wouldn't be busy if people didn't love the food, right? They also have Peerless coffee which is always hot and fresh. They have just about any kind of bagel flavor you could ask for, and many ways to make you a breakfast bagel.“

“Consistently good food for a year+. My go to order is a bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich with avocado. It has never disappointed me. The sandwich is prepared with care with a good ratio of delicious ingredients stacked perfectly. The cross section is always mouth watering.
You can tell the people running this place take pride in it and care about their customers. I’ve always been greeted with a genuine smile here, and have always left feeling brighter.
Whether you’re craving rich and flavorful donuts, or a breakfast sandwich, I highly recommend this place.“

“House of Bagels is a cozy little store with great bagels. I tried the sesame bagel with cream cheese, and it was absolutely delicious. The space is small but has a nice, welcoming vibe. The only downside was that the cashier didn’t seem very friendly, which took away from the overall experience a bit. Still, the quality of the bagels made up for it, and I’d definitely go back for more.
Parking: Few shared parking spots with 7/11“
