“Mrs. Fields in Valley Fair is elite. Cookies are perfect. Soft, chewy, and just baked to perfection. The gentlemen who served the cookies was friendly, which we appreciated. Sidenote, shame on you heathens leaving one star reviews — there is only one Mrs. Fields located in the San Jose area and you want to shut it down because they didn’t give you milk? Give me a break. Anyone leaving a one star review, just don’t. Because I like eating here. And I don’t want to drive 30 gosh darn minutes to the next closest one. Sheila Washington, who left the one star review below me, can safely be ignored. She must be the Cookie Monster. Anyways, eat cookies from here and support the business.“

“I went in around the afternoon and was greeted by a very sweet lady. I’m pretty sure she was the owner of the shop. I decided to get the Kona Coffee Frappe and it was amazing, i think the coffee is her specialty :) she also gave my brother and i two tasty donuts. i recommend!“
“I didn't realize you should order on advance and was looking for Songpyeon because it's Chuseok! But they were super nice and let me buy some on the spot in person. Recommend calling ahead for your order but am so grateful they let me pick some up ♥️ 감사합니다!! 추석 잘 보내세요 ♥️♥️“

“I ordered a bunch of goodies from Petal Leaf for my tea party for my client and and friends and everyone LOVED the flower cakes. I am a Chinese practitioner and I understand the medicinal value of flowers. Next time when you're stressed, instead of grabbing your kitkat or chocolate full of sugar (or high fructose corn syrup), try their rose cakes. Roses move your liver qi and it soothes your mood. 😁 I am a big believer of eating flowers. Kudos to Petal Leaf for their dedication and creativity!!! Not only their cakes are absolutely delicious, they're also beautiful. A perfect collection for your party treats.“
“[Based on my experiences in 2018-2020]:I am a part-time dduk (korean rice cake) connoisseur and I have yet to meet a person that loves dduk and knows dduk (on a consumer level) as much as I do. I've tried all the well-known, amazing dduks in the motherland (S. Korea)! The quality (texture, taste) of Ehwa Dang's rice cakes are really really good.. even though they are $$$. I love that their rice cakes are not that sweet which may not be a plus to those who have a sweeter palate. I am so grateful that a place like Ehwa Dang exists in the states! I've tried their ssuk (mugwort) songpyeon, strawberry and pumpkin (kabocha) sulgi's, duteopdduk (a traditional 'royal court' dduk), and others that I have sampled in the store. I was really pleased with the textures of all of them!!NEVER refrigerate dduk. As someone who has stored and eaten dduk regularly for the past many years, this one rule is un-negotiable! It's like saying refrigerate your artisan country bread (a big no-no). Either eat it or freeze it. Dduk-makers would wholeheartedly agree. I usually individual-pack the dduck in saran wrap or ziploc bags and stick them in the freezer the same day that I buy them. If you defrost dduk properly (either by leaving it out at room temp or ever-so-slightly heating it up properly; the defrosting method differs for different types of dduk and how long the dduk has been in the freezer..), it will sometimes tastes better than the day you bought it.If you love korean rice cakes and appreciate the lower sweetness profile - as do older korean folks - you will absolutely love and appreciate Ehwa Dang. And if you've eaten a lot of dduk before, you will know that this place serves very high quality dduk. Ehwa Dang is most certainly the best korean rice cake in the area and one of the best in the West Coast including LA (I've basically tried everything that exists in LA; they have pretty good dduk too!).많이 안 달고 정말 맛있습니다. 가격은 좀 세지만, 품질이 아주 좋아요. 두텁떡도 팔아요. 한국에 있는 떡 못지않네요. LA에있는 떡집들 보다 더 맛있구요. 아줌아도 친절하고 셈플도 맛 볼 수 있어요. 방문하세요!“
“Best Korean rice cake bakery in town!!
Loved all of their rice cakes!! You can order special rice cake as well. Bought Songpyeon during Chuseok and ordered their signature Black rice cake!! So delicious 😋

My family's favorite! My son try with ice cream ( very delicious 😋)
Good for breakfast with tea or coffee ☕️“
“please do not use real united states dollars here if you have the option to mooch off of someone's benson bucks. it is impossibly overpriced and mid and the staff is always overworked. benson is tolerable to sit around in if you don't mind their turbulent mix of music i guess“

“This bakery has such amazing red bean goods! Their red bean mochi is soft, fragrant, and so yummy. The filling ratio is perfect and you can tell they really don't skimp out on quality considering how flavorful and smooth it is. Their red bean bread is also very good as well. It's on the sweeter side but it's a very well-done pastry.
Additionally the man at the counter was very kind! He answered any questions I had and had good customer service. Red bean lovers please check this place out!!“

“The cake here is a classic. Very similar to all the other locations. Fluffy and tasty cake with interesting seasonal flavours.
I ordered the Pandan flavoured cake and it did taste like Pandan and coconut in it. Ordering it was pretty fast too, pretty much no line up and the cakes were ready to go.“
