“There were 3 young teenagers 2 boys and a girl. These kids were working extra hard on Friday November 1st at about 6:40pm. These kids had a a consistent follow of customers coming into the shop. I had ordered my sandwich’s online. I walked in to the shop to see the exact scenario I just described about. These kids with friendly smiles said hello acknowledged that I had an order and said it wasn’t ready. I said no big deal. The look of relief on their faces said everything. I waited patiently just as any customer should. These kids were non stop the entire time that I was waiting. Round of applause to each of them, your customer service was excellent even under pressure. When my order was ready a young man then proceeded to apologize for the deal. I said it is not a big deal. If anything we as customer need to remember that is someone’s daughter, son, mother, father, working behind the counter let’s do better everyone let’s all learn to have patience and spread a little bit of kindness. We seem to forget we have all been there once. Thank you again. These kids deserve a raise. Employees like these kids are hard to find.“

“Best customer service from all subway. I always order online and pick up my subway from this store. I went before pick up time and they were working on it. I had to wait and I was fine with it because I was there before time. An employee offers free cookie and made it before pick up time. Not writing this review for a free cookie. But, happy with service and vegetable quantity.“

“We like that the bread is always so fresh, the veggie toppings are so plentiful, and that the "sandwich artists" allow customization of the subs. It has the added bonus of being incredibly close to the Residence Inn in Camarillo (across the street).“

“I got healthy portions of everything we asked to have put in our subs, the staff was very polite and friendly and the store itself was definitely clean. Would highly recommend this subway if you're looking for a quick bite while driving, or even just in general.“

“So this isn't high on ambiance. It's just a counter sandwich place. But the sandwich was excellent, good bread stuffed with great cold cuts and cheese. I had it Mike's way, which means it's got the veggies on top, with the squirt of dressing. Yummy.

“Update: I am updating my review and adding another star for great customer service and follow up by the owner. After commenting on their website, I received a phone call from the owner and an email, offering a free sandwich, to give them another try. It is obvious that they care about customer satisfaction and I will be giving them another go.Good meat and veggies on my sandwich , loved their oil and vinegar. The place is clean, the staff courteous. The bread was awful.French bread that had obviously been frozen ,with rubber consistency. Ruined the sandwich for me.“
