“BEST BBQ chicken sandwich I’ve had in a minute. I love BBQ anything and a chicken sandwich, but often times BBQ chicken sandwiches are deep fried and breaded. This was just a lovely chicken breast, BBQ sauce, coleslaw, and other yummy toppings. Great fries, great beers. Highly recommend!“

“This location is good some staff are very respectful and courteous and if your order is wrong they fix it, but thats only a certain shift cause that certain shift they are always the same, but just recently a new employee was doing the drive through that just made its difficult to order, so after that I drive up to pay and the price he told me at the speaker was not the same price when I got to the window. I mean a 10 dollar spike from the speaker to the window was a shock, but more shockingly he really put up an argument saying that he never said a price at the speaker and this is the only price that he said, so I told him to cancel the order and forget it but then he says he can give me a discount for the other price. I have went back there 3 more times and each time he has added money on to my bill. He would tell me a price at the speaker but when I go to pay he takes out more than what the price was then gives me my change I noticed the 3rd time cause I was going to use the change for something and the change was short. I went back on my other 2 receipts and sure enough he charged me more but never said a word about it. He works late night and is a fast talker so just a heads up if you go to this location you'll know who is when you encounter him.“

“Half-pound (and up) fresh ground chuck burgers perfectly cooked. Plenty of menu options like turkey, bison, ostrich & more. The fries are excellent, and you load up your burger with all the fixins. Simply the best burger in the South Bay - even better that what Kirks USED to be.“

“A cost-effective restaurant. The price of hamburgers is cheaper than other restaurants. The potatoes are delicious because they are cut and fried on the spot. Fries taste better when they are well-done. Hamburgers are even more delicious with onions in them.“

“By the time I got my fries it was cold. I was craving some good, hot fries but by the time I got through the drive through it was luke warm and cold. I didn't enjoy it. Since I was on lunch I didn't have time to get off, park and ask for another one. Overall this location is on point. I rather have cold fries then hot and unhealthy fries some where else. I actually returned the following week and the fries was awesome. Fresh off the fryers. 😋“

“We are evacuees from the SC Mtn fires. Brew City was offering free meals so we decided to try it. I cannot say thank you enough. We were treated with so much kindness from all of the staff and the owner. Not only is the food and beer selection amazing but the atmosphere and outside restaurant set up is beautiful. We actually laughed and talked as a family. It was the best thing to happen to us in 10 days of evacuation, moving constantly and never knowing if we have a home to go back to. We will continue to come back as regular patrons... and I promise not to cry again. Please support this amazing restaurant. He said he would continue to do it as long as he could. We paid half of our bill for an amazing meal and a healing experience. My only complaint is they do not have merchandise to purchase! I wanted to be able to support them when we are back in our feet. Thank you Brew City. You did more then just feed us. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️“

The garlic chicken supreme, a plain cheese pizza
The beef pepperoni, and the spaghetti with meatballs, I was so pleasantly surprised with everything! The flavor of the red spaghetti sauce was delicate and light and my child ate 2 helpings and wants me to pack the rest in his thermos for lunch tomorrow! The chicken pizza is divine, fresh delicious ingredients and lovely garlicky flavor. The kids said the other pizzas were great too. I’m so happy we found this place and I hope to come back again soon!“

“Why 5 stars for this little tiny place? Because what you see is what you get. They have an amazing diverse menu. The egg rolls are amazing. Everything is priced well. They do their very best to help everyone quickly. Yes, your order might take a bit, but it's worth it.“

“Great fried chicken spot. They also have a lovely vegetarian burger with impossible meat and avocado. Highly recommend to try both at least once. Twice are best.

Upd: forgot to mention a milk shakes, my favs strawberry with a real peaces of strawberry and vanilla - just a solid classic with a real ice cream.

Had the bbq burger with a brioche bun, onions, bacon, and cheese. Bun is nice and soft. Bacon doesn't have any crisp to it and a little chewy. The meat isn't anything spectacular. The texture of the fries is too soft for my liking but are decent.

Burgers are about $15 each and dont come with fries.

They claim to be the highest rated burger in California but I'm not sure about that hype. I'd rate it worse than Red Robin, Super Duper, and Shake Shack.

Overall not a bad burger spot. But it's not something worth going completely out of your way to try.“

“This may be a chain, but these burgers are delicious. The tater tots are tender and crisp. And they had a special. I basically got a free burger. Super tasty. Worth the money if you're looking for a good burger and also not an overly complicated menu. It makes the choices easy and quick.“

“Ordered the limited quantity 'Konjoe Burger' and may have actually got the very last one for the day (just before 12-noon on a Saturday).

The Konjoe had a great burger taste and nice & spicy ... So, only get this choice if you like spice. Also got the upsell fries which were crispy / tasty.

Would definitely order this again / next time or maybe try another burger which is my way of saying, this was a good food experience. I'll take some pictures next time.

Atmosphere is a 4/5 since it's just a food court although interesting for people watching, etc.

Parking: Parking looked tough but we got lucky since someone was leaving just in front of us .. ;-) ... Go Early if you plan to eat lunch there on a work day and only have an hour.“

“This place serves burgers that are so juicy and flavorful every bite till the end. It’s our favorite burger place. LG location is also special that it’s spacious that is suitable for gatherings and has a foosball table.

As much we love the location, today we noticed the fries are now the smallest regular fries we’ve seen ever. Made me so sad. I’m not asking for free fries or bagful, but I think you guys can do bit better. I wish to update my review, when I see better portions of fries.“

“Glad to see a new spot in downtown Sunnyvale. Tried the impossible burger and it was actually very tasty. My teen got the double bacon with egg on top! Over the top but he said it was good. Would come back again. It was clean and food came out fast. The vanilla shake was too icy. I would skip it next time.“

“Been coming here since the 70.s I always get the bacon cheese burger with their steak fries. It is cooked the way a burger should when you go out. Staff has always been courteous. No fountain drinks just bottles and cans. Their combo price is reasonable when comparing to similar type places. They used to have hot rods gather on the weekends and that is always fun to see. Overall its been there for decades and decades and has been able to survive many different economies. That.s saying something.“

“It's very laid back place. Food takes a bit longer but assuming it's cooked to order than that's to be expected. Food didn't blow me away. It's good but not great, but with it's premium price point I'm left wanting a bit more special ness.“

“I recently tried the Crispy Chicken Burger at BurgerIM Sanjose and I have to say it was a solid choice. The chicken fillet was crispy on the outside, just as the name suggests, and had a nice crunch with each bite. Inside, the chicken was juicy and tender, which I appreciated because sometimes crispy chicken can be dry, but that wasn’t the case here.

The toppings were fresh, especially the lettuce and tomato, which added a nice balance to the richness of the chicken. The bun was soft and slightly sweet, and it held everything together without getting soggy, even with the sauces. I liked that you could customize the burger to your liking, and I added some cheese and pickles, which made it even good.“

“I thoroughly enjoyed my visit because of the phenomenal service. I had some work to get done on my laptop and my servers were so accommodating. They checked on me, reworked my table setting when delivering my food, and offered recommendations. The wings were fried to perfection and absolutely delicious. “Delicious, adorable cheesy goodness! There are little kiosks if you want to order from a screen (very convenient, no waiting in line). However, both times I made customizations to get the cheesy bacon fries without bacon (I'm vegetarian) on the screen, they still put bacon on. I had to get a new cheesy fries dish which was fine, but they forgot about it so 20 min later I asked if they had my new baconless fries and they scrambled to make it. They were very nice and accommodating. The wait was a little inconvenient.“

“There are not many burger places that offer gluten free buns and halal burgers!
Main Street offers a variety of burger options that can accommodate different dietary restrictions and they are one of our go tos for halal burgers.
The location is nicely situated in downtown Los Gatos and whenever there are city events, you can get a good view sitting in their outdoor seating area.

I like their salmon salad also when I’m not feeling up to a burger and they have really nice milkshakes. Their garlic fries are a must and last we went, they fry it in a separate fryer.

We used to frequent the Willow Glen location until they closed down. Loved the lobster rolls they had there.“
