“the food was amazing. We ordered big plate chicken, lamb ribs, and stir fry lamb with naan. All 3 were very unique and delicious. The big plate chicken had noodles at the bottom, soaked up all the juice from the chicken, absolute bomb. The ribs were fatty, and juicy. My personal favorite was the stir fry lamb with naan. Lamb was juicy, seasoned with lots of cumin, and the naan was crispy.

Service was also good.

“I can't believe how much I love this place. The market and kabob deli is by far the best store and eatery I've been to since moving to San Jose. Eddy/Eddie (possibly the manager or owner) introduced himself and was very welcoming. Whether you're looking for groceries or take out food, the quality and customer service is topnotch. “I had never tried Afghan food until my partner introduced me to this place, and it completely blew my expectations. My partner and I constantly come back to this place when we visit San Jose. The owner is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about the customers — you can really feel it in the service. We always order the lamb shank, and it was tender, flavorful, and only around $20, which is a steal compared to other Bay Area restaurants that would easily charge $50 or more for something similar. “This is our go to place for good hearty desi food. The food does take a while to come out, but is usually fresh and flavorful and reminds one of the authentic taste of these dishes back home. We usually get the halwa puri, paratha omelet and nehari. The paratha is especially better than anywhere else in the Bay Area.“

“My wife and I came here for a light meal and were not disappointed. They serve pizza by slice with any toppings you request, which is a great plus (as we were not especially hungry). We just ordered two veggie slices and a soda. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed. The pizza was delicious and had a well done crust and arrived within five minutes. The service was extremely friendly and the gentleman who took our order was kind and friendly. It is also great that this place is halal when going with friends who are Muslim.“

“It was such an incredible experience to discover this place in the back allies of Downtown Campbell.
The salads were made from fresh ingredients and the lentil soup was delicious. The staff were super friendly and the tables were abound. Sat in the patio and enjoyed a lovely lunch with a friend on our day off.“

The space is immaculate in terms of cleanliness. The owners are super friendly. The cooks and other employees are attentive and hardworking. And the food is fresh, affordable, and delicious. Water is freshly filtered with hints of citrus. And the art is very appealing, culturally rich, beautiful, and beckoning. I’ll definitely come back when I’m back in town!“

seating area is simple and on the small side. not sure if there is staff not from a specific restaurant as I told the only crew on the floor that the restroom wàs out of tp and they responded they didn't look after that. there is a second rr that was stocked but just tried to get ahead of things.“

“Best cheap eats. Food is always delicious and satisfying. The menu rotates offering a weekly special everyday. Seating can be tough as they only offer outdoor seating which is fine in the summer and spring but winters not so much. Love this place and eat here at least 2-3 times a week.“

“We ordered the house combo and it was very tasty. It came with 4 meats(chicken,beef,gyro ,koftedes). All of the meat was juicy,tender and well seasoned. The rice. was fluffy ans delicious. The mixed green salad had tomatoes amd cucumber and was topped with a pickled cabbage and dressed to perfection. I only had a small bite of the pita because rhe meal was so filling. I can't wait to try the baklava we ordered. What a great find. I will definitely be going back to this restaurant.“
