“Very homely atmosphere. Friendly customer service. Hot and fresh food. The parking lot is a little small and tight but there's two entrance/exits. There's no menu online but they do offer over the phone orders. I ordered the T-bone steak and eggs with fresh fruit, a pancake and fresh squeezed orange juice. It was all perfect and flavorful. Minimum wait time (10 mins or less). 10/10 highly recommend.“

Eat N Park, an Armenian owned restaurant offers a huge breakfast with some lunch additions. This place offers dishes packed with flavor, huge portions and low prices! The omelets are amazing, the Belgian waffles, strawberry crepes fantastic & the pancakes are out of this world!!! And don’t get me started on the biscuits…hands down the best I’ve ever had! “Really good classic Italian food in Burbank. We say didn't and ate. We got meatball sandwich which is really yummy. The meatballs are huge and the sauce is delicious. It's exactly what you want in a meatball sandwich Love the food here. There is also a little Italian market attached to the restaurant that has lots of good stuff and a little deli as well“

“Enjoyed sitting outdoors with my daughter and two granddaughters after their Kaiser appointments. I had a very tasty Turkey Club sandwich with waffle fries, while my daughter enjoyed a great omelette and her kids had mini-Belgian waffles with sprinkles. Just Perfect!!“

The lady that rang me up had a welcoming personality and another lady delivered it with a beautiful smile! The menu options are affordable. the food was so fresh and the restaurant was very clean! “Thank you for the safety packaging for delivery. Great tasting shrimp tacos, french toast was thick and tasty and the bacon was nicely crisp but there was an after taste of old grease from possibly another item that was cooked it....same for the scrambled eggs :0(“

“Can in here at 10pm, just an hour before they closed. Which honestly I wasn't expecting a Denny's to close at 11pm. But the gracious waiter and cook sat my family down and gave us one of the best experiences at a Denny's you'll ever have. The staff went out of their way to deliver a great experience for us.“

I definitely recommend the soups, turkey club (AMAZING with or without cheese), the chili cheese fries, the breakfast croissant, the chicken Caesar salad salad, irregular, Caesar salad, they have these huge shreds of Parmesan cheese that are amazing and the salad. And make sure to get the Caesar dressing because it is awesome!!!! Bagels, I love. The hash browns are nice and crispy, get 2 and add ketchup. I’m sitting here at almost 10pm eating this tortilla soup!!!!! Hey!!! This soup along with the chicken noodle!!! OMG, you guys!!!! Just come eat!!!“

She let me seat with a friendly smile 😊 then a few minutes she came back and ask my order and drink 🍹 my ordered food 🥞🥗came out quickly, hot, delicious and satisfied 👍. Marissa walked by frequently to check on me and ask if I need something or order something. She always make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend MARISSA for a reward due to her skills, a hard working server, and a great asset to this DENNY’s restaurant. To sum up, I will come again and enjoy my food.“

“I picked up a middle of the night breakfast order that I had placed online. This was the one time that I didn't check my food inside before my departure. When I got home and unpacked my to go containers, I noticed immediately that 3 of my 4 slices of turkey bacon were overcooked to the point where there was blackened and burnt pieces. I tried to eat one such piece, and it was inedible of course. I won't order turkey bacon to go ever again because I shouldn't have to remember to check to see if my bacon is over cooked before I leave the restaurant with my to go order.

I have ordered other meals to go and had no previous issues, so I'll chalk this disappointing incident down to a cook who was careless or inexperienced with cooking turkey bacon and will avoid this location going forward but not the chain overall.“

“Good food, and the pricing is okay I guess, but they put the waitress by herself for half the restuarant and as a result nobody really got much attention to their needs because her time was so split and she was running around like a chicken while looking like she was over-tired. The company needs to do better by its ground-level people. If you want her to smile, be a company worth smiling about. Not to mention, can single people working here even afford a tiny studio apartment in the same city while working full time hours? If the answer is no, the company should be ashamed of itself. (Upon looking it up, the workers cannot, and the company should be.)“
