“I haven't tried the entire menu, but I have tried a lot and so far everything is good. Fish tacos are fantastic, all the meat tacos are great too. Nachos is always a family favorite as well. Condiment bar is awesome with roasted chilis, onions, and lime. Their red and green salsa are so tastey as well. I frequent this small chain. They have daily specials too!“

“We drive 35 miles at least three times a month to eat here. We love Home State and as a Native Texan, I can attest that their queso is the real deal!!! They have good lighting, a larger modern menu board with a great selection. They had light hearted music playing and a big tv to watch the Dodger games. It was a great experience with exceptional tacos as well as house made Sangria !! Asada taco - $2.50 - they are pretty generous with the meat! They’ll give you red and green sauce. You can ask for both!

Shrimp taco - $3.00 - pretty good! Its not shrimp, but more of a shrimp patty? You can taste the pieces of shrimp when you bite into it as well!

Fish taco- $3.00 - theres more batter for fish - luckily the toppings help balance the oil from the fried batter. The size of the fish when i ordered to eat there was big. The one i ordered to-go was smaller. I was a bit disappointed at first but the flavor didn’t change. I asked for sauce to go as well.

Horchata - cant go wrong with it! They have regular or large!

The al pastor tacos are a little sweet for my tastes, so I usually get the suadero and asada.
