“The best bang for your buck for sure! I just got a three item plate (plus 50/50 rice/chow mein), an order of cream cheese wontons (cooked fresh!) And a huge soda for $18. On to the food: every single dish I've had here has been fresh, delicious and top notch. Excellent food. I really want to try the bbq pork, it looks incredible! They home make their own hotsauce. The hotter version is legit hott, and the standard version adds a unique spiciness to the already flavorful and delicious food. Every time I go here, the people are so nice and actually care about you. Do not hesitate, and check this place out. The atmosphere is quiet and it's pretty plain-jane as far as cosmetics, but they more than make up for it in the kitchen and at the counter. One of my top 5 favorite spots in the area. “My experience at this P. F Chang’s was amazing. Came here with my fiancée and had the golden feast as part of the new promotion. The Korean style wasn’t as good as we hoped but the manager Mary was quick to help us get the dry rub! She was very helpful in us resolving our situation and Carmen the waiter was so helpful. “It's our first visit and it happened to be a lunch on a Saturday. It wasn't too crowded but it seemed like the staff were all preoccupied. We stood for several minutes and waited for someone to usher us to a table. We almost walked out after several minutes of waiting, until someone cleaned the nearby table and with an apologetic look, led us to our table.

They served roasted peanuts as appetizer. No one came around to give us a menu so I went to the counter and asked for a menu myself. I scanned the room and no one seems to think to service our table until I locked eyes with the person who seated us
She finally walked towards our table and took our order.

We ordered all classic Chinese dishes: wonton noodles soup, honey walnut shrimp, clam with black bean sauce, and chow fun with beef. They redeem themselves with their food. The servings were generous, all food tasted great. My favorite, hands down would be the soup and honey walnut shrimp.

June took care of us from beginning to end. She checked in on us frequently. She was polite, respectful, and courteous. We will come back again for sure to try out other dishes.“

“Ordered food as they were closing they were very friendly and even helped us pick combos that would be more variety and just enough for two rather than ordering one dish a la cart . “The family was in the mood for some Korean Chinese food and the place closer to my house was closed so we found this place. With good reviews we decided to try it. For those that grew up with Korean Chinese food, this place is just like what you remember from back in the day. They didn't try to modernize anything and just kept it as is, just like it's supposed to be. Everything was good and it tasted fresh. I usually don't order Mongolian beef as most times, the meat is very chewy, but it wasn't here. It was tender and flavored very nicely. We also ordered the Noodles with Black Bean Sauce Noodle aka Jajangmyeon. I liked it but it wasn't great. My family on the other hand thought that it was great. The Sweet & Sour pork and the Fried Shrimp with hot garlic sauce were crunchy despite us ordering to go. Their portion size was also good. I find most places charge more AND reduce the portion size but here, although the prices did increase, the portion size is still good. That's a big plus in my book. Overall, I would come back here again and would recommend it to others.“

“Tasty Goody in Norwalk is hands down the best Chinese food place this side of the Mississippi. I go there whenever I want some ? orange chicken, and it never disappoints. The portions are huge, and the prices are great for how much food you get. The orange chicken has the perfect amount of crunch and sauce, and the noodles are always fresh. I’ve tried a lot of places, but nothing really compares to Tasty Goody. Plus, the people there are super nice and quick with your order. Definitely my go-to spot for Chinese food.“

I ordered chow main, fried rice, and egg rolls and none of it was received. The green onion pancakes were insufficiently onion sprinkled and lacked flavor. Service was efficient and fast. Complete a paper check box order sheet with reference to a pictured menu and not much needed for a waiter person. Overall, Northern Cafe is worthy of return visit. They give you that sloppy, messy, greasy finger licking food you know you love with generous portions like your grandma gives you because she thinks you’re starving. Unlike stingy Panda Express.? the jalapeños chicken is great and spicy, the chow main is fresh and moist not dry but the orange chicken can be a hit or miss due to the batter it can be too sweet or too hard. 8.7/10 the service is fast but some sides can be too salty and make you bloat but overall it’s better than Panda Express in serving size, quantity and 84% quality but they are limited to certain items like walnut shrimp, steak, isn’t available.“

Bbq pork was tender and delicious, grab some hot mustard. The orange chicken is something we don't usually order but was great here, still crunchy. Egg foo young was made fresh to order and surprisingly wonderful, airy and the best use of water chestnuts I've seen. The lady even chopped it up for us with a huge cleaver so it was easier to eat. The fried rice has chunks of bbq pork and egg and the chow mein had chicken and egg. They have both Sriracha and chili oil. It was enough food for two plus leftovers

It's been open for forty years and is inside a cute, kitchy building. Parking lot is tiny and one way, enter from KFC around the corner“

“Went in for pick up on a Friday night. Was busy, was able to order at the counter and wait 15 mins for order to be ready. I ordered the garlic broccoli, shrimp steamed wontons and cold noodles. The portion sizes were great and all 3 were under $40.
The broccoli had so much garlic it was almost overwhelming. If you are so so on healing stay away from this as it will kick that flu season in the guts! The cold noodles were okay, just wanted more sauce options and other veges in them. Wontons were tasty and good portion size. It was a good go to. With so much choice in Gardena this is up there.“

“Today at M’s kitchen, I went with the chef’s suggestion of “cold noodles” (which is the meat sauce noodle with soy bean paste, ask for cold noodles). The pronunciation sounds like Tsa Chang lian mein, and while my mandarin is terrible the food was thankfully not.
