“Don't expect the Ritz, remember you're talking about a fast food restaurant and as far as they seem to go lately this one is far better than par. I stopped today for a frappe' and I SO APPRECIATED being greeted with a smiling person rather than a screen! The lobby was not only clean, but decorated for Christmas! Put a smile on my face. “I love this Jack in the Box location! The food is always good not thrown together and or lacking any ingredients. The service is always prompt and speedy but done with the quality of a dine in restaurant. It's my "go to" spot when I'm out running errands and hungry. Thank you Jack in the Box for being consistently great!“

“Staff were very polite and friendly. Restaurant looked clean. They were not very busy so there was no wait. Unfortunately, my food just didn't have a good flavor and the texture was rubbery and mushy depending on the bite. I used a coupon from the mail - two bowls for the price of one. I got a lot of food for the price I paid but unfortunately the only part of the meal that made me happy was the fortune cookie. I don't plan to go back. I think they should cook food to order so it tastes more fresh. Even if they did, I'm not sure how to give advice about making food more flavorful. The recipes seemed bland. I don't like to add soy sauce or other sauces. I like to taste the ingredients.“
