“Tom’s Bright Eye Surprise is delicious! For vegetarian folks it’s great with a fried egg added as well. I had a meat-eater with me who said the It Ain’t Chicken Sandwich was delicious and that it tasted like chicken and had great texture. The crispy brussel sprouts were tasty too! I will definitely be back (and am trying the soft serve next time!). They have gluten-free breads for the sandos that look and taste like the gluten versions!

The garden on site is walkable and absolutely gorgeous. For food: beef cheeks, fried chicken, and any pasta you care for. Wine: a broad selection of interesting bottles Non-alcoholic: lemonade 😋“

“My friend and I had breakfast at Evarits’s Comal this morning and it was FABULOUS! My veggie eggs Benedict was perfectly cooked, with one of the best hollandaise sauces I’ve ever tasted. The fruit accompaniment was delicious and fresh. Service was on point. I even got serenaded and served a yummy dessert when they found out it was my birthday. I wholly recommend this excellent restaurant!“

“At first when we checked in, there wasn't anyone in front to receive us. All employees are busy and since we were not staying at the hotel we had to initiate the conversation. Once seated, Rainbow took over, I mean literally. Rainbow is the cool bartender, waiter, all things Bar and restaurant and he manages really well. Anyway, he took our order and had a nice conversation with all four of us and made the effort to interact with all of us. We loved his energy and he certainly was looking to give us a great dinning experience- which we appreciate! We got to know Rainbow and he got to know us as well and I think he is a good part of the dinning experience that makes you want to come back and they also had great food. I ordered the chilaquiles, my sons the steak and eggs, the Benedict and my wife order light dish. The cheesy tots were unreal as well for the table.
