“We came to visit our daughter at CSU Dominguez Hills, and were looking for a spot to eat. We looked up some local spots and Guajillo popped up. We were not disappointed with the Chilaquiles! They were delicious and made to order. The food was plentiful and filling and reminded me of my mom's home cooking! Highly recommended!!!“

“I just loved the home atmosphere of this "little place". It felt as if i was eating at my friend's house. I ordered breakfast: chilorio with eggs and beans. And it was delicious!!! They also have *bolillo con mantequilla🤤, upon request, i did not see it on the menu. The price is resanoble. The only thing is that it is very small, so it fills up fast on Sundays! I would recomend to go early morning on weekends. 😀“

“From the moment you walk it feels like your abuelita’s house! The owners are the sweetest most likeable humans! It truely feels like your abuelitos are serving you. The food here is nothing less than amazing!!!! I was here last night and tried their most famous item which is the torta ahogada and I also had their carne en su jugo and a biónico! 10 out of 10. The food is authentic from Jalisco! I loved it so much I had to come back and try their breakfast torta! No mater what you get, you will be impressed by the quality and authentic taste! Can’t wait to come back and try their jiricalla and pastelitos! This place is a true hidden gem!“

“The food is very delicious, however they need to do maintenance for their car wash they need to have air blower stronger. The pressure washer is not strong and they have missing tire cleaner that is broken. If they get it fixed that would be a game changer. I would appreciate if they do take action to fix the car wash equipment. Also they should add debit card to accept payment they accept coins only.“

“Don’t let the appearance fool you. This is one of the best places for tamales in LA, which is saying something. Don’t go if you’re looking for boutique, but if you want the classic favorites, pollo, queso, puerca, this place is first rate. And their elote tamales are The Best! You can order ahead if you want, by why bother? I walked in on Christmas Eve morning and, yeah, it took a half hour before I walked out with my order, but any other day, it’s in and out, and even if you have to wait, there’s that great smell from the kitchen and you can see in where there are a couple of dozen industrial sized steamers chugging away, which is almost worth a visit even if you’re not buying dinner.“

“Restaurant doesn’t have any bells or whistles, simple hole in the wall but the menudo was delicious! Both my husband and I ordered it and it was HOT, a hint of spice and flavors well balanced. No idea about everything else but we’ll definitely come back.“
