“Great little place i just recently started eating at. Super friendly, generous portions, good food, great value for my $. $40 gets me enough food for 7 good sized meals if you order and stretch it right. This place has my business for sure ?.”
“Great savory breakfast. Staff is very friendly and the food comes out pretty quickly. I come here every time I'm in town.Parking: Free parking behind restaurant, read signs as there are towed spots.”
“Amazing place to eat. Food is delicious no matter what you choose on the menu. Would definitely recommendDietary restrictions: Accommodated my restrictions with no issue”
“Just want to extend a kudos to the staff. Good food, FRESHLY MADE IN FRONT OF YOU, worth the wait. The owner and Aurora are super organized, pleasant, and food is served expeditiously. Thank you for a great experience.”
“I've been wanting to try the southeast Asian food here for so long, and I'm glad I got the chance to recently! They earned the Michelin bib gourmand award for a couple years. They're also all over social media. I think the fact that they're so popular makes it hard to get seated here, and their hours were hard for me to work with (they're closed Wednesdays). The restaurant is hard to spot because they're within a medical/business building. You have to enter the driveway from a busy street and then right away make a U-turn to park underground. There is a stairway that connects the underground parking lot with the upstairs.I was here with only one other person, so we were able to get seated quickly. Between the two of us, we started with the roti canai with chicken curry (the server convinced us that it tasted better than the roti canai without curry) and the kaya toast with butter (again, the server convinced us that it tasted better with butter). Both indeed were very tasty. The curry chicken with the roti may have been unnecessary though. Then I had the dry wanton mee w curry chicken N1 $13.95. This curry chicken was delicious with the dark meat. I think they were very generous with the amount of noodles. My eating partner's Singapore style hainan chicken rice R1 $14.95 was ok, she said. To me it seemed like there was not a lot of chicken, but it is their signature dish/best seller.I would come back to try their other dishes and perhaps what they call white coffee. I might skip on the toast in the future because that's not really a meal to me.”
“Not gonna lie... this Vietnamese cafe serving up pho as well as some other small and special dishes came up on my radar because I saw some fellow Yelpers go to an event here. The food looked/ sounded amazing and it's not too far from where I'm working at the moment. The service here is friendly and the decor /vibe feels and looks like a modern Vietnamese restaurant or cafe. I was really tempted to order the pho here, but opted for the butterfly pea sticky rice (or Xoi Thap Cam) instead. From the pictures, the dish looked beautiful and it's something I haven't had at Vietnamese restaurants in a long time. Also, I think I've had pho a few times around that time...(it's been cold) I also ordered the Bluegrass Lemonade to wash it down. The sticky rice dish had lots of delicious flavors and textures from all the different items. Such a fun dish that's presented very well and a delicious alternative to what probably gets ordered most here (the pho). Don't get me wrong, I definitely want to come back to try their pho as well, but was so happy to try the dish that I ordered. Place is located in a tiny lot/strip mall that was pretty close to a freeway. They have their own parking, but it might get tight. I think there may be street parking close by.”
“First time trying and definitely will be back, the food was good , customer service was great, chef came out help me out real good experience and the food again AOoonnnneeee!!! Definitely will be ”
“Before traveling to L.A. I googled best places to eat. Tacos LA Carreta was one of the suggestions. So after a full day of activities we decided to give it a try. Thank goodness we did! Best Tortas and tacos I ever had!! We will definitely make this a go-to for sure.”
“Great experience! Our server Gio was polite and quick. He was busy but he made sure to let us know that he’d be right with us. Our food came fast. We got everything we ordered, nonissues at all. Pablo was amazing with the kids. He made my daughter a minnie mouse balloon and was very happy with it! Kim at the front was really nice too! We would definitely come back!”
“I liked sichuan impression, but wasn’t a huge fan. Dishes were creative and tasty, but not outstanding, and the service was all electronic so although the staff were kind it didn’t feel very personal.”
“Delicious Mex dishes! Service is always super friendly. Counter service but the servers bring out your food and drinks. They have a few draft beers which is really nice. Prices are good.”
“Wow. The quality and craftsmanship on the sushi here is awesome. Tried some of their rolls for take out and the wife and I were blown away with the presentation even for take out. Will be coming back here soon.”
“Ordered Tonkatsu Curry, crème brûlée latte, 6 premiums, eggs Benedict, and cheesy gyudon.EVERYTHING WAS AMAZINGEveryone left their plates clean. Some of the best Japanese food I have had in a while.10/10 would come again”
“Borneo Eatery specializes in Indonesian, Malaysian, and Singaporean cuisine. I ordered the Singaporean Laksa and Beef Randang plate: The Laksa was delicious! It's made with a strong shrimp broth based with light curry aftertaste; the addition of crispy fried shallots elevated the taste. The soup arrived pipping hot filled with generous ingredients of fish cake, tofu, shrimp, bean sprouts, corn... the house made egg noodles were amazing! Definitely get it with egg noodles. Very good I thought. The Beef Rendang was good, but I thought the beef shank was a little chewy, needed to be more tender. Overall flavor was good with all the components (fried tofu, curry egg, and spicy peanut anchovy) on the plate. Service was efficient and Ambiance is ok. The place looks renovated and very clean. Parking is easy peasy: park at the FREE parking structure behind the restaurant. Payment: Credit or Cash.”
“The O.G. best Breakfast Burrito in Orange County in my opinion and trust me when I say I've tried them all. It's also extremely popular, so make sure that you're prepared to wait.If you go in off hours during the week it'll be 10 to 15 minutes. If you go very early on the Saturday (closed Sunday) you'll probably wait 45 minutes or more. Don't even bother going after 9 AM as they will probably have already sold out.If you know you're going to want a breakfast burrito on Saturday morning, I recommend calling on Friday and placing an order. There are a couple of tables, but they're in the direct sun so be prepared to deal or go to a second location.”
“We had the Zombie King cocktail , it was so delicious and really quite like no other. This place delivers a wide variety of craft cocktails you really need to just see it for yourself. Words and pictures don't do this place Justice. We were referred to it by friends that worked near by. I'm glad we were cause it was not a disappointment at all can't wait to go back I will definitely revisit it with friends.Vegetarian options: YesDietary restrictions: They ask before you go inWheelchair accessibility: Yes”
“Wow, what a selection of ready-to-eat meals in which you can choose to microwave at the self-serve condiments & utensils area. Plus, it's a mini market for all your Indonesian cooking needs. Outdoor-only dining and parking is a little challenging.”
“The beers on tap keep me coming back! Winston is awesome every time, and offers the best suggestions. I appreciate the curation of the beers in rotation <333. Real beer people. Thanks y’all!!”
“Food selections are easy and plentiful with amazing fast service from their staff! The whole ambience of this place is very luxurious from the food to the interior decor.”
“Had a wonderful experience at Denny’s today the customer service is phenomenal… I have an elderly father who has a hard time deciding what he wants but Angelica was so patient and helpful with him the food was exactly what we ordered and fast…”
“First time coming here, we ordered the kimchi fried rice, beef galbi plate, and grilled shrimp plate - it was all soo delicious! Probably the best kimchi fried rice I've ever had, and it had an overeasy egg! I got it to go but it was quick and made fresh. Will definitely be back!”
“So so so delicious. Every baked good was soft and fluffy. Like how did they even do that? Caramel latte was on point. Want to come back here once a week for the rest of my life.”
“A bit pricey, but it's an excellent Pho restaurant. Food are really delicious ? Parking might be difficult. Tiny plaza with narrow parking spaces. But people come and go quickly... I took out 1 ⭐ for their parkings. Really hate their parking.”
“Love that you can get in line on Yelp before you arrive. The waiting area isn’t super large so that is helps with your congestion.Food itself has always been great and the portions are plenty.”
“Very good pupusas, they're big, thin and have good flavor. Usually when they're thin it's nothing but maza with no stuffing and that was not the case.”
“Best Carnitas, awesome customer service, very attentive, and very quick. We love coming here to enjoy with our family,Highly Recommend Carnitas El Momo in Monterrey Park!Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Definitely a kid friendly placeWheelchair accessibility: Yes”
“A feast to the eyes and for the palate. However, the whole omakase felt a bit rushed because there was a train of people standing behind us waiting to be seated for the next appointed timeslots. Also, they said it's 10 sushi but it's really like 7 because there's an appetizer that was more like a small plate of Hawaiian poke, a miso soup side dish and a green tea ice cream dessert at the end.Other than that, good experience though.”
“Exquisite ambience, innovative food and nice service! Went there for the dinner on Valentine’s and it was worth every penny. The dishes are really innovative and still have that touch of Indian food. Apt and balanced spices. Loved the way they have put in so much efforts in improvising the dishes.I ordered butter chicken pot pie, garlic naan, dum biryani, death by chocolate.Dessert was a 3/5 though, it wasn’t really that tasty.”
“The Best Egyptian Food Restaurant in Southern California. The food is delicious and reminds me of Home. The service is exceptional. The atmosphere is amazing. Very caring and professional staff. I highly recommend it.”
“i love their fresas & platanos with crema. my brothers love the vanilla milkshake and the vanilla raspado. third time here and the ladies who work there are very sweet. they speak primarily spanish but were able to understand english & my broken spanish ;)”
