“The best place to try Bosnian food! I can’t pick one favorite, from cevapi to pizza to pita , this food taste like homemade. All employees are nice and friendly, but the owner is an amazing human being, so humble and approachable, honest and relatable, love chatting with him every time we visit Cali, which is usually 2-3 times a year and we make sure we eat lunch and dinner at Sofra Urbana every day. Can you imagine 20 of us, but we never had to ask for another drink, she automatically filled our glasses and she had a smile all the time. “It's always pretty busy but for good reasoning. The salads are fresh, crisp, and have great assortments of ingredients that place them right on the intersection of healthy & indulgent!!! I loved the chicken ceasar, but the apple pomegranate is truly something else! The soup they have as a special right now is everything I look for in a soup; warm, comforting, and hearty. The bread they serve with it dipped in the broth is the icing on the cake. Everybody already knows that they nail the sugary stuff! Their baked goods are dangerously delicious. My fave dessert is Tiramisu and Porto's NAILS IT! Their marscapone cream is super light and airy and with the little bits of chocolate and ladyfingers, along with that espresso flavor?! UGH. It's incredible. They do great strawberry matchas btw, their creamy strawberry puree is what makes it special. You can tell it's not artificial flavoring. I love the tea bags they use in their earl greys as well! I've had many cheese and guava danishes at various events along with trying other desserts at birthdays and my two dine in visits thus far, and I'VE NEVER bern disappointed. Porto's is peak indulgent comfort food, made with ingredients that I feel are high quality. Id also say personally, that I feel like everything is a good price for how fresh it is! Annette is a total sweetheart and a literal ray of sunshine by the way, her customer service is amazing!!! Jason gave my sister and I amazing service as well! Our family loves Porto's! 🫶🏻😊“

“This is the best bakery in town hands down no cap. While other bakeries overload their cookies with sugar and unesessary distractions, Foodology gets it right with an assortment of treats for everyone. I love the small cookie cubes as they're perfect for sharing or for the kids if you dont want to give them a huge portion.“

“The pizza overall is decent, I've had better, but the crust is pretty great. They have creative pizzas like an Indian curry style pizza and a spicy Thai style pizza. The Indian curry pizza was decent, but I would have preferred more sauce and toppings. This time I got the Meat Lovers pizza and largely felt the same about it. “Hapa was the only cupcake place that had Champagne Cupcakes 🧁 and I called several other places. I was so excited to here them say yes we have some... and they threw in a extra one for us💗“

“I decided to use Taylor Made when planning a small event from the east coast. In part my decision was based on the positive reviews I read and the varied options for food items, but primarily because the customer service was excellent. Right from my first inquiry through to ordering and delivery, I experienced prompt email communication with many team members.
Day of event food was delivered right on time and well packaged in containers which kept hot foods warm and everything well secured during transport. Perhaps the only negative for me was that the spinach dip which I had ordered for 12 people could have fed an army! Better advise on that portion would have been appreciated as it was costly and although very good, I had to dispose of 80% of it. Highly recommend for catering.“

“I wanted to try this bakery because I was in the area. It is a small bakery just pick up. There is no seating, but the bakery is clean and pleasant. I met the owner who was friendly and helpful. It was so nice to be able to eat a gluten free, low carb dessert. The items we did purchase were fresh, moist and delicious. It was a bit pricey, but when you like baked goods, and can’t have gluten in it and or are diabetic this is a nice solution.“

“Was next door at the optometrist. Saw they had vegan options. Walked in nice place lots of vegan vegetarian options. There cupcakes, cookies, Bundt cake , donuts and ice cream. All gluten free. Decided to try the filled cupcake and Bundt cake. Had good texture and sweetness. Everything is labeled very well so you if it vegan or vegetarian or egg free.“

“One of my favorite coffee shops of the OC area

As soon as I stepped into the cafe, I was met with a high ceiling that was a refreshing break from more of the low ceiling office spaces that I had been studying in. The layout and decor is well put together with the napkins, coffee cup sleeves, and utensils being easily accessible and out of the way from any lines that may form. I’ve also delighted in the presence of board games and enough seating to host these board games! The space is fitting for any who seeks to study with enough accessible outlets within reach wherever you sit. There’s also a maker space area right next door, and in a sense because there is no closed doors between the cafe seating area and the maker space market - it just makes the space feel even more spacious!

I ordered an iced chai latte spiced with nonfat milk. It came out to be $6 for a large cup size. I took one sip and all my worries for the day seemed to have melted away! Praise God! It was incredibly thoughtful to have stickers placed on the drink so that you would know who made your drink. The staff are all kind and hard working - God bless you all.

I want to be back to try the other drinks because it seems like there’s a new seasonal drink incorporating mushrooms, which I have not heard before.
