“Was told the kitchen was already closed when we arrived but then a group of 3 that walked in after us was able to order some fries which is what we had wanted. Got an old fashioned and a Diablo. Old fashioned was good and on the stronger side. Karaoke was going on. There were a lot of people but had no trouble getting a seat and it didn't feel crowded. The bartender (I think Mike?) was nice and checked in even though it was busy.“

“My boyfriend and I love to come here for local eats. They have a good variety of beer from the valley which I like too. Michies are 10/10 ! Wednesday night they have whisky flights. I love places that have different specials each night. Menu is small but lots of good stuff on it! We were in the mood for a burger so we came here and it did not miss ! We were pleased with our order. Order the garlic toast with the dip 10/10! Fresh chips 10/10 service is okay the bartender seemed a little distracted that night but it's okay we're all human and I get it. It did not ruin the experience. “Walkable from my house which is huge bonus. Sweet, helpful staff. We went for Happy hour. Had 2 delicious drinks. Tried the deviled eggs...who doesn't love bacon on their eggs? “This place is a hidden gem in the valley and even the lot it's in you wouldn't assume it's good. This is located in the same lot as the Food 4 Less and Baskin Robbins. And I am so mad I didn't get this place sooner, the savory empanadas I had were DELICIOUS. I had the corn, pork kahula and a chicken one that I forgot that all came with their individual sauces and I WILL be going back for more. I was however so disappointed in the banana Nutella empanada- it was very mushy and the Nutella taste was nonexistent. Either than that the actual place is super clean and a cool ambiance to it!“

“MY FAVORITE LA BAR!!! My review is loooong overdue as I've been coming here for years. I've moved further South on Ventura but I still manage to come to what I feel is my home in bar form. I'm a woman who loves mixology and good bartending and most bars are extremely male centric. TLP is great for women and men. It wouldn't surprise me that many women love this bar. You will hear everyone mention "the feel" of the bar and it's because they seem to consistently hire AMAZING BAR AND WAIT STAFF. Kudos to management for keeping such excellent consistency. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME..I come to the bar I sit at the bar and get an INCREDIBLE convo from the bartenders. They always serve me the most fantastic drinks and make me feel like a FUGGIN QUEEN. I love them so much for this. They manage people well and that's hard to come by. Even if I've had a bad day they seem to always say the thing that lifts my spirits -- it's wild. “Really one of the best places to eat in Santa Monica. The wait staff is wonderful everyone is incredibly nice and it’s as if you become family when you’re here. The food is good and the atmosphere is great. It is a great place to meet up with friends, get some work done or just relax with family.“

“Wow what an amazing brunch experience today! 1) Atmosphere: Nice and chill vibes for a Sunday brunch. 2) Service: Amazing. Our waiter, Steven, took such good care of us! He was super friendly, made great recommendations, and did not let the mimosas run low. (if you show up for Sunday brunch, ask for Steven!) 3) Food: Bottomless mimosas for $24 is a great deal, especially on this side of town. Speciality drinks were good too. I enjoyed my chicken and waffles. They weren't stingy on the chicken like almost ALL the restaurants in LA and the waffle was a nice side and delicious. It was plenty of food for me...we all got to go boxes. I'll definitely be retuning here with a larger group of friends. Highly recommend!“

“Excellent food, I had the smash burger, my friend the blackened salmon. It was a fun and really loud crowd. No problem getting seated. The staff was very professional and no pressure.Parking: Valet fills up quickly at busy times. I was so full they had to close it before I arrived. Very little street parking at busy times, and the area looks a little suspect.“

“Work right across from here so this place is one of my go-tos for lunch. Never actually sat down and ate inside even though the energy is always feels good. I've gotten just fries from this place about 4-5 times. There's a reason i've gotten it 4-5 times. They're crispy, always fresh and well seasoned. They also give you three sauces: spicy mayo, garlic aioli, and honey mustard. All are amazing and my favorite is mixing all the sauces and putting them on top of the fries. I've also orders the mozzarella sticks and the classic burger, no cheese, lettuce tomato and pickles. The mozzarella sticks are big and the cheese stretch is perfect. For the burger I didn't care much for the bun but the taste of the burger was amazing. I always come back and will always come back.“

“Came here for some drinks. It was my first time trying this spot. They play loud music, have pool tables and air hockey games. Alot of TVs around so it's a great place to watch games. I liked the nostalgic decor in the bathrooms and old magazine style cut outs laminated on the bar tables. Great energy and the people are really nice too. They make a really good espresso martini. “We had a ladies lunch here on a Saturday afternoon. We made reservations online through Yelp about two weeks prior and were seated promptly on arrival at reservation time. We ordered drinks, appetizers, pizza, and flat breads to share. The buffalo cauliflower (has a nice kick), Brussel sprouts, and parmesan truffle fries were good, plentiful and crispy. The pear royale pizza and heirloom tomato flat bread were really good. The skinny studio heat cocktail was delicious and left me wanting a second round of it. Atmosphere is loud and it gets really packed and busy here. Service was attentive. There is a separate room in the back where a baby shower was held. Six Chow can accommodate big groups and is great for celebrations. Several tables were celebrating birthdays where staff came out with cake/desserts and sang at various times. Valet is available in the front, parking lot is small, and there are street parking.“

“I haven't got s chance to visit but the delivery service is great! I usually order a lasagna, and it is so fulfilling and yummy! I usually called to place the order over the phone and the customer service is always amazing. When I do order food for pick up or like with a delivery service, something tends to go wrong, or be forgotten or miss made but anytime I've ordered delivery with them. It's always top-tier.“

“Came for a happy hour. They have some cocktails on happy hour menu. Can order from bar and there is table service. Food is good for bar food: we shared fries tenders pizza and nachos. The ambiance is dark and comfortable with soft lighting and plush seating available. It can get loud with games. Parking is available in a paid lot but the machines weren't working the day I was there. Street parking is also available (read the signs) and there's also metered street parking.“

“The starbar is right next door to the u haul location where I Frequently I've been going to in the last couple weeks. Because I'm moving out of my house. I've never been to this establishment, but I hear the owners are really good people and they have couple t. Vs, and I'm sure they have really good drinks. I don't drink myself but I'm sure others do and would find this place relaxing although it is on. Deventure itself and when you're next to a busy street. You do get a lot of bad air from cars and tires. But other than that it's a great place.“

“Hi, I just wanted to say that I go to HQ Gastropub often! It's a great spot for excellent cocktails and all different kinds of beers. The food is also very good. They range from cheeseburgers and chicken wings, to really good sushi. The staff is also really nice and friendly. Just to name a few of my favorites, there's Joanna, Kim, Stephanie and Ryan. They all are very friendly and provide great service. Those are just some of the great waitresses they have there. As far as the waiters, Shay and Frank are also great! The vibe is really upbeat and lively, filled with great music from a DJ, and also they have a ton of large flat screen TV's either to watch different sports, or watch some great music videos from all different genres! “Bar Louie is fun they have a DJ on Fridays and Saturdays. There is no cover and every time I've been there I've been seated very quickly. There's ample parking and the plus is there is also Yard house around the corner. I usually order the Dos Sauz margarita. The truffle fries are delicious as well. It's a good place to get the night started.“

“This place was awesome. I was looking for a place to have a drink and found Woodman right off Ventura. The bartender Chad was great. He pretty much worked the entire restaurant and did a fantastic job keeping up with the service and being engaged with the customers. It's a sports bar so they had on the games. I didn't really have anything to eat but the chips and salsa. Being a salsa person it was pretty goods. I'll definitely be back.“
