“How does Father‘s Office only get 4.3 stars? This is my dream bar (not that I dream about bars): warm, intimate, unpretentious, truly awesome food offerings, and then of course there is the beer. In LA, for beer, there is no peer.
To those entitled and aggrieved victims of life’s indignities, i.e. commenters who faulted FO because of what is clearly spelled out on the menu:

“We dined at the Burbank location. We ordered a couple of burgers, beers, and wings.
The food was good as usual, as we've dined at other yard house locations.

“This place is awesome and has unexpectedly delicious food! The kitchen is open late, and despite us arriving an hour before close, they kindly served us and the food was unexpected yummy. Delicious sweet potato fries, burger, bowl, and others. Wish I took more photos, but we were busy eating. Lovely dive bar ambience. Will definitely come back!“

“The burgers are amazing and a hidden treasure because it's honestly one of the better burger places in all of LA. Good beer for a good price. Food is a bit overpriced for the area but at least portion sizes make up for it. Small location so it can feel a bit dead depending what time you go.“

One unique feature is that while the bar itself doesn't have a separate kitchen, you can purchase food from inside the market and bring it to your table. Whether you're in the mood for fresh pizza, sushi, or one of Whole Foods' prepared meals, it's a convenient and tasty setup.

“Thursday nights is Trivia and it’s super fun! The trivia was not too hard nor too easy and the emcee/dj did a fantastical job not only coming up with the rounds and questions, but the music he played synced perfectly! It’s fun competitive, so come to have fun! 🤩 ❤️❤️👽“

“I came to Gangnam Pocha to watch Korea’s World Cup match and had the best time! The atmosphere was incredible so much energy from all the Korean fans cheering on their team. It made the game even more fun to watch.
The food was delicious, and a must to paired with their great selection of soju and beers. Everything we tried was really good.
The servers were incredibly attentive, polite, and friendly, even with the restaurant being busy during the game.
Another big plus was the valet parking. I’ll definitely be back!“

“I came for the karaoke but ended up enjoying the food just as much. The menu offers bar favorites with a little extra quality, and everything I've tried has been really good. They also have a great selection of beers to choose from. The karaoke hosts do an awesome job of keeping the crowd entertained all night. Whether you're with friends or celebrating something, this place is always a fun choice in LA.“

“My first time coming here and i was very pleased! It's kinda hidden off Sepulveda south of Ventura, near Dickens. It has very nice outdoor and indoor seating options. The waitresses were super nice and friendly and the food was great! I asked for something i saw on yelp but they no longer serve. The waitress made a recommendation and I was very pleased! I will be going back and having it again!“
