Starbucks in Temecula

“I go to a lot of Starbucks, and for the most part, they're all decent (except for one, and I'm not going to bash it), but this one stood out. Not because their drinks are any better, but because the customer service there is exceptional! I usually go to the one by my house on my way but now I'll wait until I'm at my destination to get it from here!“

“I didn't go to Starbucks I went to target . I would never buy over priced coffee. I have coffee at home and I go to Winn Co I get my coffee ground and have flavored drinks all week long for a fraction of the cost of Starbucks. I just take my grand babies to target on weekends the only time I have with them.“

“I rarely leave a comment on a starbucks but this starbucks deserves 5 stars. I went there and asked for my usual decaf and after I had the drink I realize I forgot to ask for the drink to be iced. I apologized for it and the nice lady there did another one right away even tho it was my fault. Thank you so much starbucks!!“

“With a local family store atmosphere, this is the only Starbucks I love to come. The service is outstanding, the atmosphere is really great. I meet with my friend weekly here and I noticed a lot of people coming for a friendly chat at a cup of coffee. I like the fact that here i don't have to deal with the tone neutral store employees which treats you as a number. We got to knkw some employees and is great to see them weekly.“

“Our barista Davey M. was really patient and friendly with us. The people in my car changed our order a few times even as we were being served and he was very helpful and kind. Halfway through the order, I decided I still wanted dragonfruit inclusions in my dragon drink 😅 He said “No problem!” and quickly added them back in, and he also remade my cousins drink because she decided she wanted a decaf coffee instead of one with espresso shots. So awesome!! This is the kind of person that I personally love to interact with, especially in customer service. Even so late at night, he was very personable and even made us laugh a few times. Thank you Davey!! :)“

“I'm happy to share my experience with the Rancho California/Meadows Starbucks. This has been my wife's and my main Starbucks in Temecula, and we love coming here. The staff is always positive, accommodating, and exactly who you want to see when picking up coffee first thing in the morning.
Being in a busy residential area, it does get crowded, but ordering through the app helps a lot. My only small reservation is that the prices here are slightly higher than the Starbucks about a mile away. That said, my seasonal cold brew with extra cream is always consistent and made correctly.
Overall, I'm happy to support our local Starbucks and appreciate the service they provide!“

“Came in and ordered a trenta ice coffee for my husband. He said he didnt like the way it tasted. I went back in and explained to Michelle that it was made right, but he didn't like the taste and she and the other woman whose name i didnt catch remade it without any issues. Would come back off customer service alone!“

“So I don’t normally enjoy Starbucks that are in other stores. This on the other hand, was fantastic. The staff was well formed, the counter was clean, and the choices were abundant. I enjoyed everything about the experience, and may have to give in store Starbucks another try. This is not my local starbies but was surprisingly pleasant.

“I really like the tall gentleman that works here. His coffees are really consistent always smiles at people and is friendly. I’ve seen people be rude to him and his coworkers for no reason and he still accommodates politely even during rushes (I come here frequently so I see a lot)

Honestly I’ve been really happy with everyone so far. My cowkers like this Starbucks too. We get a few coffees a shift atleast <3“

“Started frequenting this location as it was easier access from my office and surrounded by more shops than the other Starbucks on Rancho California. Modern and nice location and patio area. Drinks are prepared better than most other locations! Full flavor and consistency of texture is perfect. Food is always prepared well. Team are always nice and pleasant. Always friendly! Of course if you come in with attitude and rudeness, you’ll probably get the same energy back, which you deserve! I’ve seen rude Karen customers… the kind that’ll never be pleased, you guys should go elsewhere cause you ruin it for other customers when we’re enjoying. This is our new go-to for my me and my group! Great atmosphere, great drinks and great Team! Keep it up!“

“I work inside Sola Salons so I frequently go to this Starbucks location. I love my girls Ash & Edith & the rest of the girls/guys working there. My coffee drinks always come out exactly as I want.
