“lovely little eatery, not too busy at 1pm on a Wednesday. great selection of teas. we ordered wonton soup (very filling and hearty), gyudon (delicious and sweetly savoury), and white peony tea (crisp and refreshingly light!) will definitely come again. i appreciate the plastic dividers between tables - good to see that a business still cares about privacy and COVID consciousness in a small space!“

“I recommend the quail eggs, which are delicious and tasty. The chicken feet are dried and cannot be chewed, and the sinewy part of the beef tendon cannot be chewed and has no flavor. I don’t recommend the cold rice noodle. It doesn’t have the chewy texture and the seasoning is not delicious.“

“Although the restaurant is often crowded, the wait staff are usually responsive and able to attend to customers' needs.“

“This cafe makes the go to cafe to experience Hong Kong style food. The spam egg sandwich is delicious, most impressive with the softness of bread. The macaroni looks soft but it is also springy . It gives a nostalgic vibe with rich decor of the 70s in Hong Kong. It is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy great food and old days .“

“I’ve been on a Taiwanese food binge lately and have been searching everywhere for some good, authentic Taiwanese dishes. This little mom-and-pop, hole-in-the-wall spot really hit the mark. The food tastes just like what I’d expect from back home or from the night markets in Taiwan.
I tried the stinky tofu (a must-have for any true Taiwanese food lover), the pork chop rice, and a few other dishes—and every bite was delicious, flavorful, and comforting. The portions are generous without being overwhelming, and the seasoning is on point.
The owners are super friendly and welcoming, which makes the dining experience feel even more like you’re visiting family. The restaurant shares a plaza with other shops, so there’s plenty of parking available, which is a big plus.
A couple of tips: it’s best to bring cash, as not everything is set up for cards. Also, they do have a restroom on site, which is always nice for a small place like this.
Overall, this is the kind of spot you want to keep coming back to—and the kind of hidden gem you almost don’t want to share so it stays special. Definitely one of my new go-to Taiwanese comfort food spots!“

“This old shop is very delicious and cheap. 50 pieces of leek, fish, and dumplings are only $20. 50 pieces of cabbage, pork, and meat are only $16. The haggis soup is only $18.99. The fish casserole is only $21.99. Everyone is welcome to try it. Pass the password. It’s delicious😋 face to face.“

“I attended a children's birthday party in the private room. Adults and children gathered together and there was karaoke. The atmosphere was great! The dishes are rich and taste good, and there are many choices of dishes suitable for children. highly recommended!“

“This is a place I've wanted to go to for years, but couldn't because their hours are so strange. They open from 11:30 am-2:30 pm....and that's it.
Dai Ho has the best beef noodle I've had in the Los Angeles area. The beef was extremely tender, and the broth was very flavorful. The dan dan mian was pretty good, a good blend of creaminess and spiciness.
Parking is difficult in this plaza, they only have a couple spots available. Otherwise, you would need to find street parking.“
