“Nice spot hidden away in a commercial area as most breweries, but nice and comfortable. They even have a stage for events. It had been raining so I didn't see their outdoor set up, but it appears they do. Beers were solid. I was in town visiting and I took a 4 pack to go. Worth a stop.“

My complaint is that she used the nutella buttercream frosting only in the middle which wasn't a lot. I wish she had used it for the fondant as well. “I am a first generation Peruvian American and grew up in NYC. NYC is known for its dining and I have been able to enjoy top-notch Peruvian cuisine. Peruvian Fuego rates with its East Coast counterparts. It’s not pretentious but it is very cozy, whether you eat in or out in front.I went in a small group and ordered the Yucca Fries for the table and it was a hit! Three kinds of dipping sauces and each one was delicious. No one could choose a favorite. The menu is filled with delicious choices and the meals served are presented beautifully and better than the pics. The aromas of seasonings and meat’s coming from the kitchen wets your appetite and your more than ready to eat.The Chaufa options are all amazing; chaufa is Chinese fried rice with Peruvian seasonings. You can’t go wrong. Tallarines are pasta dishes and we had Tallarine Verdes. They serve it with either Steak or Rotisserie Chicken paired with linguine noodles covered with a Basil-Spinach-Parmesan-Cream sauce … aromatic and loaded with flavors. I took home some Fish Ceviche and Chaufa but when I found out they had Tamales, I had to add some to my takeout order.I ate well for the rest of the week and returned to Peruvian Fuego 2 weeks later for more Tamales. I plan on eating in again and will treat myself to some Lucuma ice cream, YUM!If you want to give it a try, come before 6 PM. It fills fast and in my opinion, they need more servers. They do well for the number of orders and people that show up to eat in or take out. In the end, worth the wait!“

“This was the top search result from Google when I searched for 'gluten free' and 'vegan'. My friend with Celiac Disease would not do well here – no gluten free bread. There were many items with garlic, and since I am garlic sensitive, I was forced to break my eczema prevention no wheat diet. We ordered BLTAs and I added cracked cheese (I expected a vegan cheese slice) but it was like mushed cream cheese which made my sandwich thick, soggy and messy to eat. I was very impressed with the tofu bacon, so we came back three more times. I tried the Coachella Forever and Mini Greens salada. The key lime dessert was apparently very delicious. They have fridges and freezers full of take-away items, and a pantry shelves full of Japanese flavours and I really want to take some home with me. I bought the mango lime dressing, but it started sweating after three days, so I ended up throwing most of the jar away. We bought a blueberry pie, by it wasn't like a real pie, so we threw half of that away as well. BLTA is the only item we like and we will come back for it, the levain sour dough was chewy and I enjoy the tofu bacon a lot. If they offered gluten free bread or even use Vietnamese rice wrap on the sandwiches for a gluten free option, we would have eaten here many more times.“

“I don't know how I ever missed this downright adorable shop? I walked in for the first time and was greeted warmly the owner was absolutely charming and I'll tell you it certainly takes your breath away with the ambiance it's so charming whimsical magical and fun. Coffee is absolutely delicious. It was so amazing and I returned back the following day for lunch. I had the turkey cranberry sandwich with potato salad absolutely mouth-watering and delicious. While there dining there were two ladies at the table next to me just ranting and raving about how amazing ALL the dishes are. This is indeed my favorite place now & anytime my girlfriends come to meet me or I just want to get away and get spoiled for breakfast or lunch it is my go-to place. Give it a try!“

“We were warmly greeted by a gentleman who I suspect might be the owner. He was jovial, quick to explain the menu, and make good-hearted suggestions. I got the vermicelli rice noodle bowl with pork shoulder and spring roll. My wife who's both vegetarian and gluten-intolerant also ordered the bowl, but with tofu. Both were excellent and perfect for lunch on a warm day.“

“I'm curious about why there are so few Lapperts ice cream shops in California. We literally drive here from San Diego to have this ice cream. The flavors are my favorite and you can't get anything quite like them from any other brand. My kids are obsessed too, perhaps it's a good thing that they are so scarce in location.“

“While visiting family in Palm Springs, my father reserved a table for us at Si Bon. It was an excellent experience. The service was excellent and the food delectable. I had the wedge salad with maplewood bacon, roasted hazelnuts and Maytag bleu cheese. It's important to note that the dish is gluten-free. My husband loved the Smoked Salmon Plate, and my father had the mussels. Delicious food with a great atmosphere. I would recommend leaving the kids at home.“

“Well, this ice-cream shop is close to the best, such us Baskin-Robbins.So if you are an ice cream lover and there's no Baskin-Robbins nearby, then you must come here. They have a variety of flavors. My favorites are strawberry cheesecake and pistachio ice-cream.Other yogurt places, for instance, Swirlyz, are sucks!I'm glad that this shop is in Palm Desert. “Fantastic place for frozen yoghurt near Palm Springs/ Joshua Tree. The server was super friendly and the way you build your own frozen yoghurt is fab. Due to weather, they called to let us know that they were moving us inside (rain and winds), so I guess we'll have to return to dine outside in their adorable dining structure which makes you forget you're in a strip mall. “I cannot find any better pizza place. I decided to stop by Norma's Italian kitchen to order pizza for dinner. I got a medium sized pepperoni pizza with hand tossed crust. I took it home and it was super delicious. That was the best pizza I ever tasted. I definitely like to go back again.“

“Excellent quality of food, atmosphere, and service. Fun and relaxing place. It’s a charming small restaurant with comfortable seating and a calm ambiance. I had the almond pancakes, which were truly perfect: fluffy yet substantial. Just what I wanted. My friend had the Mexi-Cali Benny (eggs Benedict with spicy chorizo) and a side of fried potatoes, which he quite enjoyed. The prices are good for this area. There’s parking in the back of the building and west of the restaurant on the service street that branches off of Palm Canyon. The restaurant is in the southeast corner of the building, next to the Thai restaurant, facing the corner.Vegetarian options: The pancakes are both fluffy and substantial, served with nice fresh fruit and real maple syrup.“

“My family and I really enjoyed our visit to Alps Village. The service was great and the food was delicious. If you want to point out little things..... The Nurnberg wurst was not a couple smaller sausages but one big one the same size as a normal Bratwurst but the taste was good and so not a complaint from me. I would have preferred sauerkraut and potato salad as options vs spaetzle and mashed potatoes. Still tasted good. The Jagerschnitzel was good. My daughter had a pizza as well and that was very good. She ate all of it. I will be back.“

“I got the Varraco Latte and it was so rich; so smooth; the froth on the top was so thick and creamy. It was not bitter at all!! This is a small and cute Filipino cafe that you should try, if you’re into coffee! Their coffees are different, which you can taste. They also have good pastries. Nothing special about them; they’re pastries; they’re tasty. I tried the cream cheese danish and it was good, but it wasn’t anything special. BUT!!!! The COFFEE, which is why you would go here, is absolutely fantastic. It’s right up my alley, so I recommend it!“

“Love this place! It's fun and friendly and bartender CJ makes everyone feel welcomed. He is the BEST!! Trivia is on Tuesday which is super fun and there is a food truck with a delicious tacos parked right outside for that event- yummy!!! There are lots of spots to sit and enjoy the ambiance and friendly customers, enjoy some music and beverages as well as the cool decor. Firebird fans will love it! “We really enjoyed our dinner here. Gina, our server, was the best we have had at any restaurant in a long time! It was later in the evening and she had lots of energy and made really good food and wine recommendations. The food was delicious - we had the Grilled Prime Bavette Steak Frites Au Poivre, the Slow Braised Prime Beef Short Rib Bourguignon and the Salmon dish. Gina had many wine suggestions in all different price categories. Their wine list was extensive. The bread was very good and warm. We sadly did not have room for dessert but will try next time we are in the desert. The only thing they could have improved on, is that they are not kidding when they said it was a "Baby Wedge" salad. The salad was small. I normally split a normal size wedge salad, but this one is not shareable. They could add a little more lettuce and make it bigger.“

“SOLID place for great food and perfect outdoor patio. One of the best scambled egg Breakfast Sandwiches I've had in a minute. Beautiful flakey croissant that held a grip of fluffy scrambled eggs and crispy smokey bacon! I washed it down with a nice hot americono. The warden ordered yogurt and berries with granola. She also had a vanella latte to drink. She reported everything to be exceptional. The service was excellent. It's a first come, first serve seating, and you order at the counter and then find a seat. Both food runners we encountered were extremely friendly and polite. We are locals, and we will be back!“

“We had just flown into Palm Springs so were looking for a light dinner close to our condo. The Cantina had pretty good food although we were fortunate to catch happy hour prices. Even then, a small street taco was $5. It’ll probably take me a while to get used to CA prices again although being part of the Saguaro hotel likely didn’t help. Not sure we’ll go back but it was an overall good experience.“

“I loved this place. We were seated outside in this large pavilion area with fantastic lighting and greenery all around. Service was great and attentive, and my Sante Fe omelette was one of the better omelets that I have had in my life. Side of toast, potatoes, and perfect amount of spice. Menu was also extensive, my one complaint was not being able to try more items on the menu. Next time I go, I will definitely choose to go sweet, but it will be challenging not to go back to savory with the fantastic egg dishes! By the way, get the freshly squeezed orange juice.“

“Pretty cool spot and quite large. For some reason by the photos I thought would be a little more rustic but it is fairly new and in a large new development. They have plenty of beers and good food. That woman behind the bar was a little prickly at first but got a little better with time. Tried a couple of their beers and was happy with that and would definitely go back next time we're in town.“

“It's been my go to ice cream parlor for years in LaQuinta. Great ice cream. Price doesn't even matter. Until now. Favorite order has been their root beer float. 2 scoops vanilla and a can of root beer, A&W, I think. Last 3 times I've been there they have downsized to a tiny can of root beer. Same price. Not good. Worst part is if you're a float enthusiast, you blend the soda with the ice cream such that by the time you finish you have a brain freezing cold vanilla root beer shake! I've asked 3 staff to bring back the large can. So far nada. Is the owner listening? Please restore the large soda. Without it it's not really a float. Thanks for listening I hope to support your business in the future.“

“Whatever Starbucks is putting into their matcha latte is causing inflammation. Either I'm allergic to the oat milk they use or the matcha tea powder mix ... or both ... so I'm finding alternatives. Sotto Voce in palm Desert has been on my radar for quite some time. Their matcha lattes are excellent quality and they don't just automatically dump vanilla syrup in it like Varraco and others do .... So they're definitely more than a cut above the rest. I put a little tiny bit of cane syrup in mine & it was perfect. This store is a bit of a challenge to get to as you have to walk through the whole mall to get to it. But the palm desert garden malls is a beautiful mall as it is open air and I could use a walk in the morning Have a Good Day“

“The customer service is top notch. We were given samples which were super fresh. We tried the vanilla shake and the ice cream bar, our personal opinion is the toffee icecream bar is the best since it has a bunch of the toffee as well as its dipped in a chocolate that turns into a hard shell.Bathroom available, tables to sit and enjoy treats and there is a glass window to see the production of the toffee!Cute, clean place to go solo, a date, with family or friends! “While eating at the neighboring El Salvador Cafe, we saw the bright colors on the patio of Loco Charlie's and decided to dine here for lunch the next day. Beto greeted us and let us select any of the tables inside or outside. After we chose one on the patio, he brought over our waters, a basket of chips and two bowls of salsa. The first serving of chips and salsa comes free, but it's an extra cost if you want a refill. The menu here is so extensive and they offer basically everything (and probably more) than what you'd expect at a Mexican restaurant. Beto recommended the fajitas so that helped me narrow down my decision. Overall, he was super personable and we enjoyed conversing with him, connecting on the topic of the Pacific Northwest. CHICKEN FAJITAS ($21.99): A HUGE serving which I'm sure could easily be two portions for many people. The chicken became a little dry as it continued cooking on the sizzling plate, but it had good flavor from a savory and slightly sweet marinade. The peppers and onions were still somewhat crisp and had developed a nice char. A separate plate contained two tortillas, Spanish rice, refried beans, lettuce, pico de gallo and guacamole. For the price, the amount of food was quite generous. I had enough leftovers to make for a light dinner. If you are in the mood for fajitas, but want a smaller serving, consider getting the Fajita Tacos. It's the fajita meat and vegetables, assembled into taco form, also served with a side of beans and rice. Throughout lunch, Beto provided great service and stopped by a couple times to check on us. The owner, Charlie, was also helping out that day and visited our table to say hello. Everyone in my group was happy with their meals, so I'd consider this a solid spot for Mexican food. Side notes: - There is plenty of parking since the restaurant is located alongside other shops and eateries. - The restaurant is not far from the airport. With planes taking off every few minutes, it is pretty loud, so the patio isn't the best place to hold a conversation.“

“We loved our whole experience here. The restaurant was lovely with the patio seating and the food was also very good. The staff was so kind! The date shake is a must have- so save sone room!But the best part was the complete walk through of the garden. We found that if you start at the beginning it is much more meaningful and as you continue through it it get more and more beautiful. The grounds were just so beautiful. The ambiance when you step into the restaurant is positive in the theming they employ but the tables and chairs are just adequate.The service is helpful, likable and very attentive.The menu has a wide range of burger options and a few non-burger options. They have a large variety of French fry options.We chose the featured Tuscany Burger and sides of onion rings and sweet potato fries. All is well cooked, well plated and delivered quickly.Sadly, the overall flavor of this burger is a miss, which is a disappointment for a featured burger. Their rings and fries were solid hits. I would rate this place higher if I liked my burger more.“

“Best Mexican food I have ever had. I got the birria tacos, out of this world good. We were in town for one night after a race, asked the lady at the hotel front desk where to eat and she said this place. They had a live band playing the night we were there, don’t know if this is a weekly thing or not but they were great! We live in Oregon but often think about flying to Palm Springs just to eat here again. I will make it back to try their tamales, they were out the night we went. Highly recommend“
