The ONE complaint I have, is that for a place that’s mostly quiet, it consistently takes forever to get a drink.“

“We had an awesome date night at Amour WeHo. We started with caviar, escargot, and frog legs. We followed that with the burger and a Caesar salad with lobster. We enjoyed a nice bottle of wine with our dinner. The service was outstanding. All of the staff was great. This was our first visit and we are so happy that we found this place. “Farmhouse kitchen is the best Thai restaurant I’ve ever had. On top of the food being great and delicious, the presentation makes you want to order everything from the menu. Chef Bo was so nice to come out to our table and all I can say is she was a very nice, young & talented person. She even made me a special dessert for my birthday. Thanks Bo❤️ I highly recommend this place if you want an authentic, excellent and delicious food. In addition, the place is so full of life. The decor is amazing! I can’t wait to go back and try some of the fancy drinks and dishes on the menu.“

“Fashionable place for not just ramen, but gyoza and self-made hand rolls.

Dimly-lit, medium-spaced tables, service is good but a bit overwhelmed when they're at capacity (which is often!). Parking is limited on the street but doable.

Have to say the NYC location is better, but honestly would need to do another visit to confirm. Distinctly remember the self-made hand rolls in particular being quite good in New York and not nearly as memorable here.“

“I recently revisited and was wondering why I didn't come at least every month here. This place has one of the best cocktails and vibes, but I always appreciate the bartenders' level of service and especially huge shout out to Daniel.
Daniel took care of us with utmost care with a single goal of making me and and my friend happy. My friend had a pretty particular taste and Daniel listened in and went out of his way to make a delicious drink.
Definitely love talking to the other folks at the bar. Highly recommend who wants great drinks, kind/fun bartenders, and just a good time overall.

“I absolutely love coming here, the bartenders Grant and Miguel are so unbelievably kind and always give the best recommendations! their drinks are delicious, prices on par for LA bars, and honestly some of the smoothest tequila I’ve ever tried. Grant has the best playlist, a lot of 90s hip hop and r&b, it is the key reason I keep coming here and will continue to do so. My only wish is that they reopen the club section soon, I’d love to have more dancing room. 10/10 all around, give it a try :)“

“This was a great brunch and starting with the grapefruit and juniper spritz set the right tone because they were perfectly balanced. I hate cocktails that throw off the balance with alcohol. Baked scallops, great flavor; lobster pasta I highly recommend because the sauce could be eaten by itself it’s so good; smoke salmon Benedict was done to perfection and the highlight for me was the addition of avocado and a very thin super crispy muffin! I always think muffins are too big so that was a big plus for me.“

“This is one of my favorite lunch spots in Beverly Hills. THE BEST PHILLY CHEESESTEAK AND CHIPS🤌🏾

You can get the matu cheesesteak during lunch or dinner hours, but ONLY at the bar!!! So first come first serve seating (waitlist). Or, you can order it to go if you don’t want to wait for a spot at the bar.

Beautiful restaurant and ambience. Great drinks and customer service. Though I’ve never dined during dinner to try other items on the menu, the cheesesteak is enough to keep me coming back!

“We have been going to Horses ever since they opened since it’s right in our neighborhood. The most friendly staff with a big shout out to Amanda. The most amazing craft cocktails and absolutely delicious food. I think we’ve almost tried everything on the menu and have not been disappointed once. We priced out a ton of venues, particularly in Los Feliz/Silver Lake where we live, and Spare Room was hands down the best option and worth the 'schlep' from our side of town. Great cocktails, stellar pre-order food options (you can order there but for bigger groups it's worth pre-ordering), the bowling was a super fun activity to keep people entertained, and all of the servers were very attentive and friendly. Whether you're looking to host a party or just a fun night out with friends, Spare Room should be on your short list for sure. Also the hidden photo-booth! “My brother and I had the most amazing night of superb jazz and food this past Sunday, entertained by Betty Bryant and ensemble. Her fingers moved like liquid gold on the keyboard and her compositions were witty and mesmerizing. The word that kept coming to mind as they performed was "subtle." The music was powerful, but so discrete as to be gentle and gentile. Woodwinds, Bass, and Drums - all played with the kind of delight that makes everyone love the performers as well as the music. As for food, one dish stood out particularly: the creamed spinach with blue cheese. Please tell Chef I would love that recipe! I'm back home in Tennessee now and plan to attempt to copy it, but having the authentic recipe to serve to friends when we entertain would be over the top! Can't wait to visit my brother in LA again and return to Herb Alpert's Vibrato Grill, Jazz, Etc. Just wow! And Thank You!“
