“One of the best ramens in LA! I love their shoyu and jyosui ramen. It’s light and refreshing, yet full of depth, and I just can’t stop eating. The noodles are medium-thick, pleasantly chewy, and absolutely delicious. Karaage and gyoza are also really good. The price is also really affordable! I highly recommend this place!“

Just real authentic food without all the pretense of some of the beach city places that supposedly sell "Indian" food. The lunch buffet is reasonably priced and always well stocked and the wait staff are very pleasant and attentive to all our needs.“

“I tried Hiroshima Okonomiyaki when I first visited Japan over a decade ago, and I fell in love! When I came back, I thought I was only going to be able to have this dish in Japan, but I was stoked to find out there is one located in Torrance. Whenever I visit my mom, she always asks for me to bring her a dish. I usually get the Chinchikurin with traditional noodles and add mochi on top and it never disappoints.
The staff is super friendly and I always enjoy sitting infront of the grill and watch them work.“

The fish tasted fresh and had a light batter so it wasn't so heavy and the fries were freshly made and delicious. “I came here with a friend expecting to eat salmon belly sashimi as it one of the only few places in the area that has it. And wow, it didn't disappoint. We were planning to have a plate of salmon belly each, but unfortunately they ran out. Makes sense as it's hard to get. The other dishes we ordered were good as well. The server was nice and the atmosphere was welcoming. If you didn't pay attention to the sign, you would miss this place driving by. I would recommend this place.“

“We stopped by for brunch today on Sunday and the food and service were outstanding as always. The menu is vast and goes from breakfast, sandwiches, burgers, tacos, fish and chips, the famous meatloaf and so much more to choose from. They are baking their own muffins and scones in house which are outstanding. The atmosphere is relaxed like a nice country cafe and it is very inviting where you want to sit a while and talk enjoying some of their great coffee. Misto is a well known institution in the area and folks on this side of the hill love this spot with good reason.“
