“One of the most delicious dining options in Upland! If you're craving a meal that will keep you coming back, this is the place to visit. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. My favorites are the almond pastry paired with an iced mocha coffee made with coconut milk. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other spots. I highly recommend this place :)“

“Delicious food and drinks, but I wish they wouldn't put everything in single use plastic containers. A paper plate would be perfect for those eating on site. They also do not use your personal drink tumbler. I'd go more often if it wasn't so environmentally damaging.“

Was a little loud but it was pretty quiet inside people wise. They decorated it for Halloween and it wasn’t over kill it wasn’t too spooky. There were a couple people inside eating around 4:20pm and a couple people sitting outside. I ended up getting a pumpkin cheesecake cold latte. Super tasty!
I can’t wait to try some more. The food looks good! I’ll update when I try the food. One thing to notate is that the coffee is a bit higher priced. For my 16oz coffee I paid a little over $6 which is more than Starbucks but looks like a mom & pop shop so I don’t mind paying the lil extra. Just wanted to note that here.“

“My new to go fix! Went here with an open mind and left with a new perspective of how coffee should be made. They do it perfectly. The coffee is strong and smooth. And the service is excellent. Went here with my mom and ordered a Spanish latte and a “The Void.” If you need a strong pick me up, DEFINITELY would recommend this place before hitting up shoping or going to work. Overall, nice service, coffee, and atmosphere, would recommend.“

“My Coffee Frappuccino is always made correctly!!! Jorge is the best with a dynamic smile and greeting every time! The rest of the staff is great too! My only suggestion for this location is to close the egg bite bags with the printed label, forks to eat with, and toasted a bit more. Hats off to a great team of workers!“

“I brought my 8yo to meet with a friend and her children. We ordered the chocolate cake, Baby Fire Owl and the Hojicha Latte. Both drinks were very good and my son enjoyed the cake. The kids played several games and had such a good time we didn't realize we stayed past 3pm. The cafe staff were so sweet, they didn't even tell us they were closed.“

Recommendations for staff: Honestly respect them, because otherwise you can get trespassed. (There is also Upland Police and sometimes security who monitor around this store) So BEHAVE.

If your going to be going to this Starbucks, sometimes the person who asks for your order is always rushing or being quick and planning like they have to get somewhere fast even if no one is behind you.
He or she will rush, not wait, be inpatient and won’t care sometimes.

I would suggest that servicing the coffee machine might resolve this minor issue. Otherwise, the experience was perfect.“

“Our first experience at Dutch Bros started off a little unpleasant because there was some confusion in the line — we didn’t quite know how it worked, and it led to a bit of an awkward interaction. One of the staff members wasn’t very friendly at first, but Esther completely turned the experience around. She was kind, understanding, and made everything right. The lady at the window was also super nice (wish we caught her name!). What started off as a rough experience ended up being really positive thanks to them. Definitely still a 5-star visit overall.“

“We went through drive thru and since my husband was driving he pulled out without asking if we were done and well they gave us no napkins or a spoon. We got a chocolaty chocolate 9/10, ginger bread latter 7/10 & vanilla oatmeal shaken espresso 8/10, cheese danish not 10/10 & avocado spread 9/10 without a knife or spoon to spread , you be the judge should utensils and napkins been a automatic . Ok well either way we still like Starbucks but hopefully we get all we need without having to ask or our ride leaving drive through without letting us ask.see you next time but maybe another Starbucks instead.“
